SMALL TOWN JOINT WITH FOOD. Came here Sunday morning for eats after baby girl's baptism. They don't open til 11am, so no breakfast. We were early, but got inside to wait. That was generous of the only person on duty. It was freezing and rainy, and we did get coffee, thank you. The 12 of us all ordered off the limited menu, regular bar food. Oh look, a turkey burger, count me in !! Hold the sweet potatoe fries and give me normal greasy russet potatoes. Our food came out 2 plates at a time, and was auctioned off. My turkeyburger was given to the gal who ordered the veggie burger because the server couldn't tell the difference. I still got the sweet potatoes. By the time we figured out what was what, my burger and fries were cold. yummy. The burger was just a preformed one, semi moist, no cheese no nothing. Not even worth eating, but I was starving, no breakfast ! However, the rest of the party seemed happy, most of them ordered a Reuben or Rachel. I was chided for ordering a turkey burger in a Podunk town at a bar. Lesson learned. But I LIKE turkeyburgers. We couldn't even get a bloody mary til noon. Could it get any worse?
