I T H O U G H T I Y E L P E D H E R E A L R E A D Y Oh well, second time here while on a road trip. If I remember correctly, it was OK the 1st time. This time, it was OK. Now, in the 40+ yrs I worked in food service, I NEVER showed up for work with dirty hair. My server was young, and had greasy greasy hair. Ick. The bartender had a nice clean updo, but another server had a shorter greasy do too. If that is a new trend, it is icky. Did I mention it was icky? I do believe the state health code requires all employees to bathe daily. And, she didn't write down my order, much less parrot it back. It took over a hour to order, get served, return my steak because it was OVERDONE, eat, and pay. I got there at 4:45 pm, not even the dinner hour! If you come here, budget enough time, or get the food " TO GO ". My steak and chicken dinner was damn good, even if the 2nd steak was too done as well. The chicken was DELIGHTFUL the next afternoon during my road trip. The MOD did come to my table and confirm that the 2nd steak was not prepared correctly, and gave me a discount. That was nice of her, but she seemed pissed, hopefully at the slow cook and not me! P LA N O N A L O O O N G T I M E T O E A T H E R E

The place was very expensive for what you get. I have a $15 dollar budget with work. I could only get the soup salad combo. This was at lunch. Bring your wallet. Oh and the soup and salad was tiny and sucked.

We came here on Saturday evening, after navigating through a maze of food on the floor, we were sat at a table and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before our server came by. I ordered the coconut shrimp and when it came put my shrimp was black, fries limp, and salad was from a bag. The "trophy margarita" was barely a margarota..no salt, no ice,.and apparently there was tequilla in the drink

Being a wood fired grill I had to try the rotisserie chicken that caught my attention as soon as I walked through the doors. The aroma was amazing! After enjoying one of their many choices of brews on tap I decided on the ribs and chicken. I was pleasantly surprised, nice sized portions! And I thought the ribs were especially good. I like spice so opted for the mango habanero bbq sauce, it had some kick! If you are sensitive to spicy foods I would go with a straight bbq. But I would definitely get these again, lotsa meat on these ribs. Delicious. Chicken was equally as good, nice smokey flavor, could have been a little more juicy if had to be picky but I was very happy, so much so I had to take some home! Overall I give Grizzly's a thumbs up! Will be back soon.

We're back and loved our meal. The word grilled chicken was wonderful but the wild rice stuffed mushrooms were awesome!!! Our server Amanda was great, we'll definitely be coming back.

Horrible service. We waited at the door for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. We brought it up to the manager. He did not even offer us anything. He just said sorry and let us walk out. Do not come here

My fiance and I were ghosts in this restaurant. This place should earn an award for the worst service. After being seated in the bar, we waited around 15 minutes reading the menu and deciding our meals before the manager made eye contact with us and realized we hadn't been helped. He proceeded to assign a server who clearly didn't want to be there or be assigned to our service and proceeded to take our drink order and pass us off to the bartender on the other side of the restaurant. We explained that we came simply for a meal and not to drink and that we'd like to sit on the restaurant side. we were moved and waited around for another 8 minutes before deciding that our drinks were not coming and nobody was going to talk to us at this restaurant.

Other than a few good servers, it's just a okay place. Bartenders also wait tables. Seems like the management cares more about labor cost than your food.

I've eaten here a bunch of times and I can't understand how it stays open. The food is great but service falls short 90% of the time unless you're sitting at the bar. Even that is a struggle sometimes though because the bartender are required to wait on their own sections too which may include the OUTSIDE PATIO! seems to me like the service sucks because the managers are trying to run the whole place with 2 people.

How underwhelming! The parking lot was packed, so the hubby and I were excited to try this new Grizzlies location. I don't set my standards that high for chain places like this, but it still didn't manage to meet my low expectations. We got 2 beers, a chips and salsa app, and some sandwiches. The beer was the only thing that was reasonably priced and met my expectations. The chips and salsa consisted of some greasy, kinda stale chips and a single ramekin of salsa--like the dish you usually are served small sides of ranch or mayo in at other restaurants (fo free)--for only $4.99! I'm not one to bitch about portion sizes if the food is good, but I could have bought a whole jar of better tasting salsa and a whole bag of chips for that price. The sandwiches were "meh" and my coleslaw definitely came from a bucket, but was ok. Server can't help the bad food, but could have brought salt and pepper and ketchup at least for the hubby's fries. I think she knew we were incredibly disappointed and avoided us because of it, which is unfortunate. Not worth the illegal u turn I made to try that place instead of b dubs.

2nd & 3rd time here were disappointing. Service was so slow, even though the place was mostly empty both times. Chicken quesadilla was very greasy & the artichoke dip was tasteless. The cloth napkins have that gross texture & smell like they are filled with grease & not quite clean, which is exactly how the garlic toast served with the artichoke dip tasted. The domestic taps I had both times were flat.
