I am a Panera Bread fan, this has one of the best customer service, and one I frequent quite a bit and they remember me! Alex, the manager here is one of the best Panera Bread managers, he is always going around making sure everyone who eats here is happy. Also, there is always someone cleaning and making sure the table areas are clean for the next customer. Nice comfy layout, too... you can never have bad seating here.

This is my favorite Panera location. The only thing that could make it better is if they had a drive-thru (which I hear the new Knollwood location will have...) There is always plentiful parking and rarely a long line. My favorite thing about Panera is that they list the calories on the menu, you can make an informed decision. I think I have tried almost everything on the (adult) menu, as well as several bakery items. With their "pick two" combo, there are so many different combinations that you could probably eat here for an entire week without having the same meal. My summer go-to is the Strawberry Poppy seed Salad, it is superb. My winter go-to is the Wild Rice soup. Quick Tips: Always get the french baguette - delicious. .I'm a big fan of Panera Bread. I love their soups, salads, sandwiches and especially their macaroni and cheese (yum!). Service is generally quick and the food is consistently good. This location gets very busy during lunch time, so be sure to secure a place to sit as quick as you can.

I was very disappointed when this location was out of bread bowls. I was also received a very stale baguette with my order. This Panera BREAD experience was the worst.

Tasty fast food when your expectations for service and ambiance are low. Admittedly the BEST baguette I've ever had, I can make a meal out of that alone. I also enjoy the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, the berry poppyseed salad, the country mushroom soup, and the green tea.

I love Panera Bread and have been to many, may Panera locations around the country. This one had the best customer service. My fiance and I went here for breakfast when we moved here this last weekend. The workers were extremely nice, very helpful and the food was perfect just as I expected. The store itself is very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Excellent food - some of the best in the area. Sandwiches are great and the chili is the best I've ever tasted. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey.

OK, so I'm not gona go on and on about how I'm such a huge fan of Panera Bread because we all know (not really) that I have raved about Panera some time ago. I loveeee their mediterranean veggie sandwich and they are RIDICULOUSLY huge at this location. I mean, MAYBE I just got lucky that day and they cut a huge slice of bread for me but my coworker said the same thing! They have bigger portions. I guess that makes it official! Yay me for finding another sandwich shop for the days that I just wanna lay on my couch after work, eat leftovers and have take out lunch the next day. WOOT.

About 2 weeks ago after a 12 hour day, I decided the Asian chicken salad from this Panera sounded great. I went in ordered the full salad, lemonade and a cookie to go. I waited and had a good 3-5 minutes to watch the nonsense behind the counter. 3 people at the registers talking to each other laughing and joking with the manager (dude with a pink shirt, sandy blonde hair and glasses), a guy and a girl making the food. The place wasn't busy but everything seemed to be very randomly done. Not the Minnetonka Panera I've known. I shook it off, drove home, pulled out a bowl, dumped the salad in and mixed it up. It seemed so dry. Then I realized, there was no dressing. It was forgotten. I called, asked for the manager and told him what happened. Oh, he was so sorry but he was not a problem solver. I had to ask for a gift certificate, I don't think it was too much to ask for reimbursement for that dinner and another. The manager took my name and address and said he would send it. Well he lied because he didn't send it. So now Mr Manager, you lost me as a customer and I'm on Yelp! telling my story. Shame on you Mr Manager. Shame on you Panera!

It's been a while since I last stepped through these doors but despite the time away my taste buds were still craving the usual combo. So my mind was already made up the minute as I approached the counter. Then it happened. I looked up at the pretty pictures in the menu and saw some new items, even 'hidden' items. Didn't know this place had a hidden menu but I guess not a lot of people do which is why they had to share it on the menu. Despite the other new choices available I stuck with my gut and went with my usual combo (Frontega Chicken Panini w/bbq chicken salad) since it was what I was craving. The place is kept clean, the staff is very friendly and there is always an empty seat next to the fire place waiting to cozy on up next to as you satisfy your hunger. It's also a great spot to go to (free wi-fi) and get some work done while you sip on a drink (non-alcoholic of course) and snack on a pastry. I find it much quieter than a coffee store, since you don't have grinders and all sorts of machines in the background distracting you with the sounds.

Panera had something for everyone...soup, sandwiches, pasta, salad, bagels, baked goods, coffee, barista drinks. The food is fantastic and tastes homemade. The baked goods are baked fresh every night. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You won't regret your Panera experience, and make sure to get a Reward Card! :)

Bad service and really bad staff I guess that's what you get at places like this. Frequent here but every-time I have been the staff and service has been so-so!
