I used Najwa catering for my wedding six years ago. When I was planning my wedding, I wanted some interesting, ethnic and flavor-able food over the norm that exists in Southern Minnesota. I did not even know about Najwa, till I booked the Civic Center for the wedding. My wedding is still the talk of my family and friends and no one can forget the food that was served. The chicken with the fresh vegetables and rice was so perfect. It was so tender and had this wonderful aroma and tang. People still ask me about it. I am tempted to host wedding part II, so that I can enjoy the food once again without the stress of the wedding.
