An interesting place for sure. Small rooms. Good breakfast. Your path to relaxation may be hindred by the many signs posted by the owner seemingly all over the Inn instructing you how to behave. Sign on door to room: please remove shoes while in room. Sign on towel on shelf in room: CLEANING CLOTHS FOR ROOM SPILLS ONLY. DO NOT USE FOR MAKE UP. DO NOT USE BATH LINENS. No temperature control in room. Sign on only window in room. ONLY OPEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Sign On Front door: ALL GUESTS PLEASE READ THIS.DO NOT CHANGE THE LOCK BUTTON ON THIS DOOR!!! YOUR INNKEEPER WILL DECIDE IF THE DOOR SHOULD BE LOCKED ... There were more. I've stayed in hotels all over the world but these signs gave me a very bad vibe. This place could be a funny SNL skit with very little effort.

Trish and Matthew are awesome! Loved our room. We had the balcony and it was so nice enjoying a glass of wine looking over the town and listening to live music going on from across the street the evening we arrived. I'm gluten free and Matthew prepared a magnificent breakfast for us. The green kale smoothie was fabulous. My hubby loved his regular breakfast too. We were also grateful there was a place to park our bikes and they have a little zen nature area in the back that was lovely. Great energy to this place. You can tell Trish and Matthew love their customers and are happy to accommodate any needs.

Charming, Quiet, Comfortable with great Breakfasts. The breakfasts are great here! We had stuffed french toast and stuffed pancakes with juice and coffee that was above and beyond for a bed and breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the wireless internet signal strength is strong enough to live stream Netflix or Amazon. The hosts are very nice and work hard to ensure their patrons have a good experience. The only advice I have is to add a TV in the foyer or rooms.

Went to Mrs. B's this summer for our annual bicycle trip with friends. Loved the location just off the bike path and near everything downtown. The morning breakfast was very good and the patio and garden out back is a great place to relax and enjoy a glass or two of wine.

Mrs. B's is delightful, I loved the decor and the breakfast. Maybe not a place for rough around the edge biker types, but better for the meditative intellectual folks. The gardens along the river was my favorite place to relax.
