I occasionally order Sarpinos when in the mood for 'gourmet' (if you can call it that). The driver obviously went to the wrong address but tried to claim he came and rung the bell no answer ( was sitting outside entire time). My only fault in all this is I hadn't updated my phone on my online profile (usually order online). My reason for writing this review is for the manager by the name Donna who tried to get smart with me and condescending "that is what happens when people don't update their phone numbers.". Very unprofessional and uncalled for from a 'manager'. More disappointed in the person that made her manager as clearly she doesn't have it. Have to reevaluate ordering from this Sarpinos going forward. Needless to say I didn't eat Sarpinos today as I told DONNA the 'manager' to cancel it.

We ordered online and used the automatic discount specials. Pizza was delivered in a timely fashion. We got exactly what we ordered. Love the online interface and easy ordering. Loved the sauce. Crust was good too. Very affordable. We are definitely fans.

Ordered online and took advantage of the online ordering discount. Delivery was super fast. The house pizza was the strangest combination but really delicious! The chicken Caesar salad was good but the chicken was a little weird. The cheese bread was really good.

Getting tired of eating the usual of Pizza Hut and Dominos chain restaurants we decided to give Sarpinos a try considering they are always sending home menus and coupons to my house why not. Even though they send the menus constantly we throw them out so browsing online they have plenty of good deals that you wouldn't have to keep the mailed out paper ones. We ordered a large topping with 3 toppings wings all for $20.00 with the coupon found online. The ordering was easy online. Delivery was also very fast. Now on to the actual pie. The dough was nice and thick perfect soft and not too chewy texture. Toppings were loaded on. Another plus was that when ordering it comes with a free sauce for dipping of your choice. The chicken wings were nice and saucy fall off the bone type and a descent size too. One last thing they are open very late 1am on weekdays and later during the weekend. I honestly would much rather order from here than any of the other chain joints!

We paid 40.00 for two 3 topping pizzas, wings and breadsticks. The breadsticks were so overbaked we couldn't eat them. We didn't get any dipping sauce. They made one of our pizzas wrong. It was lukewarm and doughy. I called to try to figure out what to do with the pizza but they didn't have much to say so I hung up and I'm never ordering again. Even the chicken wings were so-so at best. I'm not even sure what to do with the leftovers it was so bad.

Odered delivery from Sarpino's on 4-11-2015. Not so great. A few other people in my family agreed. I would rather eat the pizza at $5 Pizza in Apple Valley--honestly. The toppings were sparse and the the crust was wilted.

I love Sarpino's, Rosemount doesn't have any good pizza places that deliver here, the ones that do are gross, I'm so happy that the Eagan Sarpino's delivers to us it's the only place I order pizza from!

We have been ordering food from here for 6 months and in that time we have spent over $100 a week. They're constantly running late for their deliveries and always bring in the wrong food. Just tonight they brought me the wrong food when we called the court that they told me it would be 45 minutes before we got our correct food, obviously unacceptable so I drove the .8 miles up here get my food. When I got there I asked for the manager who told me its was my husbands fault!! But on the phone they admitted that it was there fault!!! So the manger tells me that she's going to credit my account for my next order, I tell her there will not be another order that we will never order from them again & she could just credit me. She then says she doesn't know how to do that & would have to call the owner. So I told her I'd wait while she called him ( I was still waiting for my correct order) well long story short I got a full refund & the owner called me to apologize & begged me to give his business another try. I politely declined

I can always rely on picking up something for dinner. Big selection of items on menus. I can always find something for kids, either calzones or pasta. Ordered bunch of pizzas for friends who helped me move. We were impressed with selection and great taste.

Amazing food! Way better then average pizza. Everything is fresh and their meatball sandwich is unreal! Service is pretty great too - I had no issues.

I've ordered here many times. They have screwed up a few but took care of it. Staff are great and the food better. Price is well bellow Bella or Umbria. The crappy chains don't get my cash. Sarpinos is my default.
