Sat there for over an hour and then waitress came back to say we forgot to cook your food. One waitress even came back during our wait to ask if she could have out hot sauce cuz she though we already ate due to the empty table and how lone we were sitting there. Not impressed at all.

Great service good food neighborhood goodness. We had a wonderful breakfast. The place to fill the tank before you get on the road to leave duluth, or before you are planning to walk around here for the day. We will be back.

Randy's... This place is a Dive! But in a good way! We needed to get some breakfast and we don't do fast-food. This is where the local working man gets his morning feed bag. You get a hearty meal at a cheap price. I ordered Randy's hash browns and wasn't going to need to eat again for nearly the whole day. You are not going to impress a date here. The service was good if not a little rough around the corners. I wouldn't have had it any other way. 3 Stars.

So first off, the food is amazing and has a very local mom n pop feel. If you want a place that is cozy and local, you've come to the right place. The woman working the register was adorable and always refilled our coffee and made sure we were doing ok. The other waitstaff didn't seem to care, though. They tried to bring my boyfriend corned beef hash TWICE after we said he ordered the country fried steak, then they argued about it for a few minutes before dropping it on the table along with my food (my food was perfect, over easy eggs are hard to get done right and mine were SO PERFECT). We told the waiter that he ordered the country fried steak, not corned beef, and we were told it would be 45 min to an hour before it would be ready. Normally we're chill about time, but we had to make it to a brewery tour so we didn't have time to wait extra. So my boyfriend just ended up eating it anyway. We asked to be comped for JUST his meal, but the waiter just took the ticket and darkened the total of both meals...wtf? We explained our situation to the woman working the register--how he never got his meal but we were willing to pay for mine and the drinks--and the woman comped the entire meal for us! Totally unexpected and she really made our day. THAT is good customer service. The corned beef hash was the best we had ever tasted, but too bad we missed out on country fried steak! Next time we're in Duluth we might come back, because the food was so great. Hopefully the service will be better!
