One of our favorite family date night locations. Great prices, huge selection of menu items, and of course ICE CREAM treats. The food is wonderful and filling. If you don't like crowds and a buzzing atmosphere I would not recommend coming here however. I have never been here where the place is not almost full and they have utilized pretty much every inch of floor space for seating so there are no private little nooks available if that is something you desire in a eatery. There are different specials everyday and I have tried many of them and have never been disapointed. Don't forget to save room for ice cream after your meal, it is a must. Oh and if you are Gluten Free this is also the place to go, many Gluten Free options to choose from.

I came in on a Wednesday morning for breakfast before work. There were a couple of larger groups of people, but my order was taken quickly and my food was promptly presented despite the half full dining room. I had the Swedish pancakes with lingonberries on several good recommendations and I was not disappointed! They were sooo delicious! I also had a Carmel frozen latte that came in a really tall frosty mug and was delicious as well. The biggest negative is that I spilled some lingonberries on my shirt and there was only one napkin available at my table to tend to it. Otherwise, everything was great and ya a cute little diner/ice cream parlor atmosphere from the 50s. I would totally come back for breakfast again and again!

The service at this bridgeman's was awful. The waiter did not seem like he really cared and our order was somewhat messed up. The second time I came in the menu selection was poor. They did not have the steak and shrimp combo like they used to. I used to like coming to this Bridgeman's back in the day with my friends. But now awful service and little to choose from on the menu. The reason why i gave two stars instead of one is you still have good ice cream and malts.

Always a favorite. You can't go wrong with the breakfasts. The burgers and meatloaf are also really good as well. Expect a little wait in the mornings, especially on the weekend. The waits are usually short and the food is well worth it.

Pretty good place to come to for a variety of ice cream flavors, and they have above-average diner fare that is good for a quick bite while out. They have a very large menu with breakfast served all day. Most things are inexpensive and there are a variety of items to please different tastes. Portions are a little small for some entrees but with a side or two it should be enough to fill you up; if anything you can save room for a tempting malt or ice cream. The syrup on the table is "sugar syrup", but this is typical of diners. I tried the banana bread french toast and a side of corned beef hash and they were both surprisingly delicious. Service is mostly young teenagers but they are still really friendly and accommodating, and although it took a little while for me to be seated, everything was quick after that. After your meal you pay at the counter up front (American Express not accepted), and up at the front is also where they have all their ice cream flavors on display. Ice cream is also available to buy in containers in the freezer next to the counter.

I really like this place. They have done a lot to get families in the door like a 5 dollar burger night and kids eat free night. That gets us in there once a month or so. They have a huge menu to chose from and you will be full when you are done. The food is way above average diner style and the ice cream is fantastic. It is better than DQ and won't break your wallet like Cold Stone. The service is great amd very prompt. If you need a quick bite or a place to reward the kids, look no further.

Bridgeman's is a Minnesota staple. They have great ice-cream as well as some good Scandinavian dishes.

Great malts and the food wasn't bad either. Definitely a great place to go for dessert. Cute old fashioned atmosphere also. Love this place!

Dine with senior citizens and be served by teeny-boppers. Prices aren't head turning, but they do have the best ice cream around!!

I was hoping to find a good, local alternative to ice cream places like Cold Stone and Dairy Queen, but unfortunately Bridgeman's isn't it. The ice cream was good, but the portion was tiny and the paper around the cone was literally glued to the cone so you can't eat it all without downing a little glue and paper in the process. I haven't sampled the food from the restaurant, but if you're looking for ice cream you should look elsewhere.

Great service!! Everyone was very polite and upbeat, and the food is yummy! Ice cream is, as always, delicious.
