As always, they are super fast and very consistent. I had a big order for an office I was speaking at, and they filled the huge order with very short notice, which I really appreciated!

It's jimmy Johns. Sandwhich was fine, chips were fine, water was fine. Music was way too loud. Probably won't be on this side of town again for a long time. I will certainly be back to JJ's, just not this one.

1st time at Jimmy Johns ever in recent memory, I think. Just so happens that it's in Chanhassen, MN of all places in this country. A couple of friends and I were carpooling from MSP airport on our way to Fargo, ND for the Fargo marathon the next morning and we stopped off this Jimmy Johns for gas and food, after picking up another friend who lives in Chanhassen. I never intended on cheating on Subway, but it was the better alternative to Quizno's that's for sure. I'm sure Jimmy Johns is one of many competitors of Subway, a direct competitor since they make sub sandwiches. This particular Jimmy Johns is located in Chanhassen, off the MN Hwy 5W, near where my friend lived, so it was good to come here and not overkill on the budget and time, since we had to keep a schedule. There is a private lot here and there was really nobody here on a Friday afternoon when we rolled in here. Better than long lines any day! I didn't really have any expectations here, other than a good cheap sandwich that was healthy and tasty. I tried to compare it to Subway and the comparison was abet similar. Only major problem is with Jimmy Johns is that they don't have vegetables. Maybe lettuce, but that's all. With Subway, you get a more variety of stuff to choose from and not just a list off a menu without seeing really what they put inside. In hindsight, I should have suggested to go to Subway instead of Jimmy Johns, but the Yelper in me wanted to try new things, even though it's a chain restaurant up in these parts, I don't have them in Hawaii, just yet. The restaurant itself was small, like your neighborhood Subway, McDonalds, or Starbucks. The place was clean and empty, so that's always a plus, even though its standard practice anyway. The service was good and expected, so that part was good enough. What else can you expect from a fast food chain than good food fast? Nothing else than good customer service. Can't say I enjoyed it, but didn't hate it either. The jury is still out on this one and need to do more testing. For now, it's a good place to grab a sandwich. I grabbed water for my drink and ordered a tuna sandwich. The taste was different than Subway and it was really far from gourmet. Prices are on par with other fast food places and with Subway. Believe me, you wouldn't find me at Quizno's, but I will give Jimmy Johns a try whenever I am on change it up a bit and Jimmy Johns was the way to go for now. Recommended wherever Jimmy Johns is.the continental US again. While I do enjoy the healthy aspect of Subway, I need to Support local!

I'm a little disappointed with Jimmy John's. It's a good place to grab a quick, cheap sandwich, but the choice of toppings is poor (only lettuce), and they have only white bread. Jimmy John's does not compare with Subway, and there are many other places I can get a better sandwich...

Hey chan Jimmy Johns, if you would expand your driving perimeter to include a little of Chaska, you'd do a lot more business. To not even deliver to the Chaska high school? Stupid.

The online ordering process sucks. The guy that answered the phone talked faster then the Ed guy in the commercials. What good does it do if I can't even understand what the dumb little kid that answered the phone said. After thinking about it he said "jimmyjohnswedeliver" so fast that it just sounded like giberish! Cut the freaky fast BS and try and add some professionalism to the menu. Music is too LOUD!!!!!!!!
