Wow! Came here with Phil A. and was immediately impressed. I have not seen a more attentive manager than this place. Totally hit it out of the ballpark. This is my Noodles (and restaurant for that matter) of choice. Great job!

First time trying this place and it was almost ok, the noodles were not done enough for me. It was fast food standard at best.

Good place for a decent, quick, predictable meal. The Med Salad is my favorite, and tonight's was very good. (I typically judge this salad on the quantity of olives, and tonight they were plentifull!). I sort of agree with Josh W. about the soda machine. Yes, it's fun to have so many options, but during busy times? Kind of nuts. Not burn-in-hell annoying, but annoying, none the less. One more thing: tonight my husband's plate had dried/baked on food on the edge of it. These things happen, and they kindly remade his salad, but ick. Overall, good for what it is. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars...

This place is clearly - among its segment - 5 stars. I repeatedly visit here getting the whole grain Tuscan linguine with extra sauce, substitute mushrooms for carrots, my wife gets modified entrees also. The last 10 times the meals were perfect. They get slammed in the summer with these kids' soccer teams and they get you in and out still in a respectable time. I won't name names, so let me say I went to a "popular Australian-themed casual steakhouse that sponsors a college football bowl" and I like this (anonymous) place, but the last meal there was not as good I think as our recent meals at THIS Noodles. This Noodles is superior to other Noodles that I still like.

Sadly, I had a disappointing trip here today. This was my first experience at this particular location and I won't be heading back soon. I ordered my usual--pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken. The pesto was good, but the chicken was disgusting. It was difficult to chew, even harder to cut, and I wasn't even sure it was chicken. I let the guy at the register know and he offered to give me a new piece of chicken. Meanwhile back at my table, I was going through my cavatappi scooping out all of the gross chicken onto a napkin. A few minutes passed and the guy came and asked if I had gotten my new chicken yet, which I hadn't, and a few minutes later it was brought to me. At this point, my noodles are now cold, but at least I have a new piece of chicken! Or not. The new chicken was exactly like the old chicken. It was rubbery and impossible to chew. I feel like it had to have been pre-cooked and then microwaved. There's no other way to achieve that texture. I'll still eat the noodles here once I've recovered from attempting to eat chicken made of rubber, but I will never order any kind of meat from this location again.

Came in with a few colleagues during lunch while in town for a work visit. We were instantly greeted by Ralph before we got to the counter and he got our orders in right away. He and the rest of the staff were so kind and attentive and the food was great. Looking forward to having a location in Phoenix, AZ in the future!

I think people here are profoundly deaf or lazy I asked for no onions and got no mushrooms.the server took it back so the hairy guy cook could scoop out what I wanted and add in what he missed leaving me with a few noodles and bowl of broth what a rip.

Amazing! Been to lots of noodles inc, always love live them, but this ones the best! We were just driving through, stopped by quick for a rest, every staff member is so friendly and kind and thoughtful, it really brightened my day! And the food was insanely quick, absolutely delicious! We will be stopping here every trip through from now on! :)

It's okay. Great alternative during lunch than the normal stuff. Won't break the bank. Decent sized portions. I got a cheesesteak sandwich because I didn't think the noodles would do it for me. You can't really screw up cheesesteak that bad, so it was a safe choice. Sandwiches come with a soup or salad of your choice.

I'm so happy Noodles & Company opened this past summer here! It's not too far from work, so every couple weeks I spoil myself and eat here for lunch--especially when I'm not in the mood to bust a gut over at the nearby Chipotle. I've never had anything I didn't like, and I never have trouble cleaning my plate. Yesterday I had the buttered noodles, grilled chicken and tomato bisque soup. Even if you're not a big pasta fan, they have plenty of other options. They have soups, salads and even sandwiches now! One of my favorite things they serve is actually their black tea--it's organic and naturally sweet (no sweetener added)! The service is great, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food.

This is a standard noodles, good service good food. However, the person that invented the stupid new style coke machine should burn in hell. The last thing I need is to wait in line for the person ahead of me to figure out how to get a peach sprite out of the damn thing.

This place is awesome. It has a great atmosphere and the best noodles that you can get fast. Noodles is probably the best restaurant in the world and this chain is just as good as any other.

Love the veggie Thai soup! This place is pretty good and you get decent portions of food for the price. They even have a new age fountain pop machine that is fun to watch while waiting for your to go order! I've tried quite a few dishes here and have never not liked any of them.

very yummie!!!! this is almost the best u can get. the mac n cheese is OK, but its not the best ive had. also, their chicken noodle soup is so bad, too salty. yuck. but still, i would recomend it to almost anyone though. the staff are friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs, don't go too early though, or u might see one of them falling off a ladder, (i did once!!!)overall, i'd give it 3/5 stars, good but not the best. oh, and it is not busy at 11:30 and 12:55.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
