Simply the best!
Super creamy delicious soft serve. I love anything with sprinkles, and they'll give you a cupful of rainbow sprinkles if you ask.
This place doesn't look fantastic, but the custard is so perfect. My mom and the rest of my family went here on a trip to the area. I was excited because I haven't had custard in AGES. They did not disappoint. I think my boyfriend and I paid $8 for two massive portions. It was a cold day though, so we found it hard to eat our size MEDIUM custards. The flavor was on point, and the toppings were perfect. I am still able to perfectly recall just how tasty these were. I mean really, if you haven't had Bob Jo's yet, you really need to go. I can see this being a trend for future visits. I will definitely get a smaller size next time though. It's rich stuff, and it's easy to let your eyes guide you instead of your stomach.

Great coffee and Tasty snacks. Go there to just chill and work or kibitz and look at some local art. Staff is wicked friendly and always funny.
nice cozy environment, friendly staff, super awesome flavors... the girls bathroom has a painting of some guy next to a huge mirror that scared me 5/5
This little coffee shop is great, they use the same beans that zimmermans in Ann Arbor does for the wonderful coffee they serve. Everymonday night is open night mic where folks can come in and express there artistic talents. Tuesday nights is bike night bring your bike and cruise around downtown Wyandotte. Then 3rd fridays of the month they have an art show and there always something going on in Wyandotte 3rd fridays to enjoy. The Coffee drinks come in a large mug to enjoy and it alwats taste just rite. I get a capucino most times and tea on others. They have a piano that sits far back in the corner that many will just stop in and play from time to time.the building is very old and gives you this 1920's feel .

.El Dorado Is truly a hidden treasure.... I feel so awful that we missed out on this great little family owned place for the last 40 years! How did we NEVER hear about this "old school" steak house... ???? It's a place Like where Frank Sinatra and his "rat pack" would hang! We walked in...to hear a sweet musical 1man show-Kenny Vosh..... Singing and Strumming the guitar -a rendition of Neil Young "Harvest Moon".... We took a table right by the beautiful, soft music. Service was attentive and friendly. We ordered a craft of wine( is that what used to be called a " Caraffe" ? ) I don't know... But I am really loving the '70's live music ambiance . No TV, No Phones or IPads.... Refreshing! Our conversation is lively. The home made pierogis were perfect... With a bonus of perfectly fried onions on top. Hubby's rib eye was right on the Mark ! Crusty spice on the outside .... And a perfect medium rare! I ordered the all you can eat cod and great seasoned French fries. The fish was beer battered and Crispy perfection!! Did I say that the musician (Kenny) sang my favorite OBSCURE. Song.... "Hallaelueh" by Leonard Cohen.... Wow.... I am in Heaven!! Great meal, great entertainment, great date night! Great talking with other friendly people in this quaint little family restaurant. A party of 10 seemed to really be having a fun time, too. ( we have to remember this... For our next group party night) We will be back. The prices were also fair. Not cheap. We read that they used to serve Prime Rib on the week end.... Sounds like a great idea.
Truly is a hidden gem, while the decor is a little dated and could use a pick me up, the food surely makes up for it. The paprika chicken is delicious and definitely worth a try!
Pretty good food! We had the steaks and the cabbage rolls and all were scrumptious. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back to try other dishes.

Based on the review of others I went here and I tried the pepperoni roll. It did not disappointment. This is not some hollowed out half empty roll. It's packed from end to end. Spicy, cheesy, delicious. Of course it's a little greasy. That's what happens when you bake real pepperoni. Best pepperoni roll I've ever had. Also, I appreciate a small business owner back there hustling and busting his tail. Nice guy, working hard, treating his customers like gold. The kind of business everyone should support.
Ordered our favorite pizza toppings yesterday (9/1/15) on two pizza's at a cost of $27.00. The pies dripped of grease and we're not at all enjoyable. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. used to buy from them years ago, don't know what happened but it was REALLY BAD! Wouldn't recommend this pizzeria to anyone. Will not waste my time and money again.
By far top 3 pizza restaurants in ALL of downriver. The pizza's are awesome and the pizza rolls are even better! Tired it for the first time about a month ago and won't order from anywhere else. If you can't decide what to do for dinner or lunch, I can't recommend this place enough. I'm just thankful they deliver to Riverview. Lol.

I grew up in Michagan and love the ABC you just cannot get elsewhere. Came home after 25years and hear its hard to find. This place gave us a TON of the best Almond breaded chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls ever. This is the spot.
Good food, generous portions, affordable prices and the almond chicken actually looked and tasted like chicken! What more can you ask for in a Chinese place? The staff is a mix of Chinese and Americans and all speak English well. This is the most consistent good Chinese food downriver.
This is my favorite go to carry-out Chinese restaurant. Food quality is very good and consistent. Portion size is large! Staff is friendly with carry-out orders prepared quickly. Dining area is worn and doesn't have the cleanest appearance. Kitchen area is open so you see what you get. Call them up and place an order, you won't be disappointed!

Delicious! I am very picking when it comes to Asian food b/c I had the luxury of having a Cambodian/ Laotian grandma that cooks everything including Thai.I was having a craving for spicy Thai curry without the coconut milk ...aka Gang pa.It was amazing! Will definately return.
We came for a late lunch here yesterday with my cousins and I have to admit, this place is very pretty. The decor is beautiful, and the location is primo son! Parking is not a PITA as well. But restaurants are not all about the looks and the location. It's definitely more about the food that's served in the establishment. A week ago, we were gonna come here because my cousin was celebrating her birthday and she was VERY ADAMANT about having the Tom yum soup here. But the time we went, they were closed. So, no foul, went to eat somewhere else. Yesterday, we were blessed with the chance of finally putting this establishment to the test. So we ordered an array of entrees and a bowl of their famous tomyum soup. Yes the soup was exquisitely robust! Perfect for a super amazing cold season like this. Their medium hot is not as spicy as I would like it to be, but I don't really care about that. The flavor is the most important component of the dish. Their entrees are tasty as well, specially my fish and my boyfriends spicy squid. Their pad thai is to be reckoned with as well. We had their 1/2 duck in curry and their pork with eggplant. Both were super delish. Service was awesome and they were very attentive. At the end they even placed the bill on the table. AMAZING! The glass is always half full. Weeeeeeee!! Follow me on instagram @rodtorres3
Always a treat. Haven't found an item on the menu I don't like. The spicy salted squid is my favorite. The soup served with lunch , no matter the variety is always good, and they will large size it for a dollar. That brings us to the service which is excellent, quick friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?

The Little Pierogi & Crepe Kitchen

125 Elm St
Wyandotte, 48192
Reviews:
I had been looking for a new crepe place ever since my go-to closed in midtown Detroit - and I'm glad to have found it! The Kitchen has about 8 kinds of 9" dessert crepes (most named after local streets) for about $5 each (a great price considering the underwhelming offerings of a certain Ann Arbor crepes place). I had the Elvis Crepe (PB&J, chocolate, bananas). It's a delicious, filling crepe that two people can share, although you won't want to! I'll definitely be back to try more dessert crepes, the breakfast crepes ($6 each), and the pierogis ($1.5 each) -Cash only, closed on Sunday & Monday-
***CASH ONLY*** I visited the Kitchen on a slow weeknight with a friend. We were cheerfully greeted and asked if we'd ever been there before. Neither of us had, so we took a few minutes to study the offerings. They have many varieties of pierogies available, and you can order individually for $1.50, or a dozen for $12. You can enjoy them prepared with onions and sour cream, or take them home frozen and cook them yourself. Crepes are also offered, but the majority were sweet varieties. I may try one during a future visit. I ordered four: two potato and cheddar, one chicken bacon ranch and one bacon bleu cheese. My friend got a couple jalapeno and a couple mac and cheese. We sat at one of their several small tables and our pierogies were served quickly afterward. I really enjoyed all of mine. They all tasted as they should, and were delightfully salty. My friend thought her mac and cheese pierogies were a dud, because they didn't taste like much. There was a storm coming through, and the woman on the grill said to us not five minutes after we got our food "I'm gonna have to let you ladies out when you're finished. Do you want a box?" It was 7 and they were supposed to be open until 8pm. We both felt rushed to get out so they could close for this "storm" (basically rain). It left bad tastes in our mouths. She could have worded it so much nicer, e.g. "We'll be closing up for the storm once you ladies are done, but take your time." Besides the forced eat-and-run, everything was good. I'll still go back. I'm excited to take my husband because he loves pierogies, and the ones here tasted great.
This was delicious! I came with 2 girlfriends last night for 3rd Friday and we came once to try a pierogi and then actually came back for ones to take home and treated ourselves to a crepe. The crepe was the most amazing thing to end the night with! We had the One with cinnamon toast crunch and it was like the best cinnamon roll! Very creative and delicious. I can't wait to eat another one lol Everything was so good, we had a variety between us and we had no complaints. The inside is simple but adorable. The tin wall is a nice touch. The staff was pretty friendly. Nothing over the top but not rude at all. It was overall an excellent experience and we will be back.

Friendly staff and regulars at this cute little place. I stopped in for lunch on a business trip. I went with the Swine Burger (stuffed with jalapeños and chili!) with coleslaw and fries. Nice 12 oz. Bud light for $1.75 ;) Free wifi was easy to connect to. Would come back often!
One of our regular locals. One of the better burgers in town. Perfectly sized (about a 1/3 pound rather than those 1/2 lb monstrosities), perfectly priced. The rest of the menu is middle of the pack. Average service (nothing to rave about, nothing to complain about). People rave about the SwineBurger. It is good, but really messy... I usually stick to a straight up cheeseburger. The wife and daughter go with the mushroom Swiss. I've got to dock a few points for the hassle of being cash only, but also giving bonus points for the excellent fish fry on Fridays (go with the cod and perch) and the surreal entertainment experience that is karaoke night (the best free floor show around). Also, ask for the seasoning salt for your fries.
Excellent dive bar!!! I remember going here in the old days after a day of boating on the river and Lake Erie.. Last week, after visiting someone at Wyandotte Hospital, we came upon the old Speedboat!! I was so excited!! After all, I hadn't been here in about 30 years! It was actually fancier than I remember, if you can imagine that ;-) ...somewhere in the recent past, it had met a quaint remodel...However they may have forgotten about the ladies room... I ordered fish and chips and by bf had the house salad with tuna. Our waitress was down to earth friendly and so on top of everything. My water glass was never below half empty and she checked on us without being annoying.. My fish came with more fries than two people could scarf down.. The tartar sauce is a little different, I didn't taste any relish, only dill.. It was mild. The fish was plump and flavorful, but not fishy-fishy. The menu is actually quite extensive.. but I will admit...I saw them opening a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville frozen box of something for another patron.. No biggie, like I said, it's a dive bar! I loved the older polish folks hanging out and insulting each other, it was quite entertaining! I can't wait for my next visit downriver!! Speedboat patty melt, here I come!!!

Great little place. The French dip is to die for ... I crave it regularly!
I eat lunch here at least once a week. The waitress with the short blond hair is the BEST! She is so nice and prompt. I tend to stick to the lunch menu as the prices tend to be on the high side. Ambience is good. If you don't get the short blond server then the service becomes "just ok".
Great food, great service, great prices. That pretty much sums up the place. I usually go here for lunch with my girlfriend where we find the soups to taste like they are home made, amazing burgers, and the servers that are out of this world. If you get a chance to eat here for lunch try out the Cheswick sandwich, its amazing.
