Let me start out by saying I am a HUGE Dunkin Donut fan, huge and this location isn't the one I normally visit. My rating is solely based on the terrible experience I had going through the drive-thur this morning. As soon as I pulled up to the window I was "greeting" by a unfriendly woman who snapped at me and asked me what I ordered, then cut me off and said, "Did you order a sandwich?" I said, "No I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee." "Well that's a sandwich.", she told me. While the window was still open, she turns to her coworker and precedes to tell him that I don't know what number I ordered and she asked me if I had a sandwich and she said she didn't, but she does. I couldn't believe she was talking to a customer like this. Needless to say, I told her to forget the order and drove off. I'm still shock how that went down! I have a feeling if she felt nothing of talking to me like that, then I'm not the first customer she has done that too. VERY POOR customer service!

Very nice employees at this location. I came in to buy the 3 lb bag coffee special ($19.99) for Xmas gifts. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and there was a large selection of donuts and bagels for mid afternoon.

This is about the third of fourth random time I've visited this DD location. Being a creature of habit, I ALWAYS order their Chocolate Creme donut ALWAYS looking forward to that creamy chocolate filing. This visit was no different from the previous ones as far as the product goes. Two BIG bites into my chocolate creme donut and I STILL have to taste the chocolate. Maybe the SECOND one will be different. The second one was WORSE! Two BIG bites into my chocolate creme donut and I STILL have to taste the chocolate. (Deja vu) This time around, I took a picture to PROVE IT! (see picture) Customer service? Forget about it! I was SHOCKED to see Heather's review but - and this happened DURING this visit, as I was being helped (ie, I was choosing the donut selections I want for my 6-piece pack) - when the guy helping me suddenly said "what's up BUDDY! How are you doing?" I thought he was on the phone! Turns out, he was greeting a drive thru customer! Talk about your friendly service! I mean in mho there's friendly and there's just plain UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't they train these associates BEFORE they work? I mean you may disagree with me and be ok with being greeted "what's up buddy! How are you doing?" at a drive thru of a Dunkin Donuts nonetheless, but I just find that, creepy, unprofessional at the least. That's one Dunkin Donut location I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN!

Absolute worst customer service in the world. The girls who work here in the morning are so rude. Not only did they flat out ignore me and screw up my coffee, they were so rude to the guy delivering their supplies. I'd love to know where a manager was!

Dunkin Donuts coffee is some of the best in my opinion. I've recently started drinking coffee before work to wake me up! I've been to far better Dunkin Donuts locations that would receive a higher rating. Overall, the coffee is still really good but I've had issues with receiving wrong orders or one time they forgot to give me my coffee altogether. They also have wake up wraps that are pretty healthy and I have eaten while I've been dieting. I will continue to go to this spot based on its location near my work, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come to this particular location.

Let me start by saying I visit this store every Friday. EVERY FRIDAY I AM DISAPPOINTED. Management was even supposed to mail me a gift card for my troubles a few months ago. Never got it. Not like I care anyways, I only complain because I am in complete disbelief that I have such horrible experiences with this store. I am completely shocked that they can possibly mess up as much as they do and still be open. Every Friday my coffee either tastes like chemicals, is made completely incorrectly (given to me black when I clearly add cream/sugar), my bagel is rock hard and not even toasted when ordered to be toasted, my sandwiches are cold in the middle. My work doesn't provide cream and sugar and coffee so when I get to work I am stuck with this coffee that is undrinkable. I have wasted so much money with all of the coffee and food I have had to throw out for it not being consumable from them. Today for instance, my veggie flatbread was frozen in the middle. Who does that? My coffee tastes like the creamer is bad, and tastes like chemicals. I never write public reviews I only privately contact the company in order to save them face to give them another chance. After my last issue I took 5 weeks off from coming to this store. I gave them another chance today hoping things would have improved. WRONG. NEVER coming here again, and I will make it known on Facebook and any other forum that they simply are lazy and do not care to make their orders correctly. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered, and they simply should not be in business. Dunkin Donuts, you're way better than this. Step it up or you'll be closing another location here pretty shortly. Success is SO easy. Listen to your consumers because contrary to your beliefs, YOU NEED THEM. Train your employees to provide polite, upbeat, and courteous customer service. Train your employees to make the items on your menu not only correctly but with a little effort and pride. Serving a customer a veggie flatbread that is frozen in the very middle is absolutely unacceptable. Chemical tasting coffee is absolutely unacceptable. The morning attitude of your employees is absolutely unacceptable. Your establishment is... you guessed it... unacceptable. Have a nice day.
