Restrooms are gross, makes me question overall cleanliness of this place. No napkins around or any self-serve coffee station for condiments, seemed understaffed for sure. I did like the large seating capacity and it was spacious. That's about it.

Biggby's gets bonus points for their friends staff and consistent quality. That said, their drinks are on the espresso-light side and often taste more like flavored milk than a coffee beverage to me. On the bright side, they have killer 7 layer bars and I love the fact that they offer a breakfast bagel with havarti cheese (one of my favorites). I love supporting Michigan businesses, and have nothing bad to say about Biggby. I just wish I had more good to say. Overall though? Perfectly adequate coffee shop.

It's my first time to try Biggby coffee and I like it so much , specially the cherry coffee , also the place is warm and friendly with relaxing music .

I love the Biggby product however after just driving all the way over here to get my Biggby fix at 8 pm when the store's online hours posted said 9 pm I found that it was closed. So I had ended up going to Starbucks because they were actually open when they said they were. I have experienced this same problem at the location on University as well ,only when I had went to that one it was ever earlier than 8pm.

Stopped at this location today and its now closed. Doors locked and everything cleaned out of store. No sign on window, nor sure what happened. Coffee good. This location had over powering smell like moth balls when you walked in door. Yuck. Music very loud makes conversation challenging.

I can't give them any less than four stars because I love Biggby Coffee and I want to support Michigan-based businesses. The service was great, as is the case with all Biggbys, the coffee is delicious and hot! However, for only being a few years old, this is the most weathered-looking Biggby I've ever seen. Biggby, you've got to get some new carpet in this location! That will make all the difference! Also, you need some live music! Especially for a Biggby of this grand size!

Stopped in again just because it was on the way. It seemed like a manager working this time and service was great. Very friendly and the coffee was great as always. Yay!

This is my favorite location! The staff is always friendly and make the drinks to perfection! When I go to other locations I'm frequently disappointed because this biggby has me so spoiled with their great customer service!

Do NOT support this location. I was previously employed at this location until I quit because of how poorly they treat their employees. This is why they have such a quick turnover rate of employees. If you have noticed, there's always different employees coming and going at this location. They would never pay us on time. And when they did pay us, it would be in cash or personal checks, usually a week or more after we were supposed to be paid. And often times, the checks they gave us would bounce and cause our bank accounts to go negative, resulting in hefty bank fees. We would never receive pay stubs. They also wouldn't take taxes out of our pay even though it is required BY LAW. The rules at this location were not enforced, so employees would often eat food behind the counter (very unsanitary). Often the dishes weren't done properly so black mold would grow. The coffee was kept for upwards of 6 or 7 hours before being replaced. They would use Biggby Best instead of espresso in the lattes sometimes. So, while you're paying for espresso, you're actually getting Biggby Best coffee. They run out of everything weekly because they're too cheap to actually order the supplies needed. So, in conclusion if you go to this Biggby, you are supporting a terrible establishment.

I really like this coffee shop. It's based in Michigan, free coffee refills, friendly staff, clean environment, quiet atmosphere, and good music. The music is mellow but not fall asleep mellow. It's new music along the lines of mumford and sons, of monsters and men, etc.

The location was spacious, the product we tried (Vanilla Bean Cappuccino) was actually better tasting then we thought and worth the try. However after reading online before trying this place the menu was vague but said Bigby had all sorts of sandwiches and baked products. Literally they had a few muffins and tea biscuits in something like a butter tart holder, and that is all they had for food or snack. This is my first time ever at Bigby and I assume people who go here just go for the Coffee etc but I had envisioned it being more full service which is why I ranked it a little lower.

I've been to a few Biggby locations, and I've taken a liking to this one. It's a lot bigger and spacious than most that I've seen. Also the crowd is more mature and most of the customers come here to read/study, hence it's quiet and perfect for me since I recently became a student again. The staff are nice and keep the area clean. The music isn't too loud so that it gets in the way of your concentration... except if you come on Tuesday's when they have open-mic night, and then you're screwed, because you will find an abundance of teeny-boppers that want to come and play crummy music and their "groupies" that will run a muck. (Do i sound like the wicked witch of the west? Well, I don't care! lol) Anyways, getting back to the review, Biggby in general is a nice chain, I like their coffee (esp. their caramel apple cider...errr... which really isn't coffee, but still it's good!) and the fact that they have free wi-fi! BOO on YOU STARBUCKS!

This is my all time favorite Biggby location. It is completely because of the great people who work there.The service is fantastic and of course, the coffee is delicious. I suggest the hot caramel cider too, delicious.

I've been to several Biggby locations, but this one is, by far, my favorite. It's spacious (you won't show up and find there's not a table available) and comfortable, with tons (and I mean TONS) of electrical outlets for laptop users. Good coffee and tasty teas, a staff that's as friendly as they come, and free wi-fi? I'm sold! To make things even better they occasionally have live music.

I have visited several Biggby coffee shops, looking to support my local businesses and there is one constant among all of them, the friendly staff. Often times customer service is lacking but not at Biggby. They greet you with a friendly "Hello" and a warm smile, just the right touch early in the morning, during the hectic day, or late at night. The coffee: What I like about Biggby is the variety you can choose from in making your coffee selection. This morning I tried the Michigan Cherry coffee and was not disappointed at all. Michigan is known for their cherry growing and you can really taste those wonderful flavors in this coffee. In addition to their traditional coffee flavors, they offer an assortment of Lattes, Cappuccinos, Chai, Hot Chocolate, Hot Apple Cider, and much much more. There is an impressive list of teas for those interested in non-coffee selections. Food options: There are a variety of tasty snacks including bagel sandwich's, muffins, and dessert treats. I choose a bagel sandwich which I microwaved and enjoyed thoroughly. In addition to the drinks and foods, Biggby also provide handy pamphlets that describe all of their different drink options, information about their beans, brewing and grinding instructions and even suggestions for what you might like to drink with your meat. The last thing that I really like about Biggby coffee is the efforts in pleasing their customers through what they call "Follow Biggby Bob". This is where Bob, owner of several Biggby stores goes around town and pays for the customer's drinks for a selected period of time. Awesome job Bob and the rest of the crew!

Biggby is my favorite coffee chain. I'm still cranky about the stupid Beaners name change, and that they've raised prices to become a bit more Starbucks-esque, but their coffee's always smooth, and their staff is always friendly.

I meet with clients often at this Biggby Coffee. It's by far my favorite place to meet. The staff is always super-friendly and the coffee is great! There's a lot of room at this location too. Highly recommend it!
