It's quite nifty that I can place a huge order at around 11:40pm and get it 30 minutes later. Their system is really easy to use because you can customize your sandwich or order practically anything and everything (even hot peppers) all online. I had originally placed a gigantic order but realized that I needed to change it completely so I called in and the guy seemed pretty upset. Five minutes later, I placed another gigantic order which I figured would cause some confusion or anger but everything went smoothly and came intact except for the soda. When the delivery girl came, she actually spilled a lot of it on herself. Ten large, wobbly sodas in a big box doesn't make for a great situation. I've been to the location in South Carolina before and I remember thinking that it is a very regular kind of sub but made well. It's not like Subway or Togo's where everything is sloppily strewn together. It's actually quite put together. Today I ordered the #5 Vito: the original Italian sub with Genoa salami, provolone, capicola, onion, lettuce, tomato & a real tasty Italian vinaigrette. Be sure to check the nutrition facts for each sub online because the standard version of mine was 600 calories but turned into 710 with the 7-grain whole wheat bread and avocado spread I added. Good thing I only ate half. Being a California native, you naturally just want to eat avocados all the time and have it every sandwich whenever available. So I requested the "spread" which for $0.75, is very lightly added. I almost thought that it wasn't in there which was a bit disappointing. Even if you're trying to be healthy, still get the French bread because not only is it less calories than the wheat, it makes it feel like a real sub and not a regular sandwich you can make at home. Don't get me wrong, the wheat was thick and hearty but the French bread is what makes this sub great. I like the shirts that they wear too. No salads, no soups and just SANDWICHES!!

I absolutely love JJ's but this location is an ABOMINATION . Don't get my wrong, I am all for fun in the workplace and I promote the "Fish philosophy" but the yelling and attitudes at this location cross the line from being fun to rude. A friend and I had asked them to possibly turn the music down as it was so loud we couldn't hear each other across the table, but our request was refused and we were told it was "part of the atmosphere". Nice. I will admit, they are "freaky fast" but can I really give them credit for that when my sandwich is unraveling from its paper on my drive back to the office and the veggies are all but inside the bread? I had once expressed some past concerns to their corporate office and was advised that a trainer would visit this location and address and issues. If you are a fan of Jimmy John's I would highly suggest visiting a different location, even if it may not be convenient.

For being a new location they are trying to do their best however I do have a few gripes with the place. My biggest one was the lack of response from Management when I had an issue with an online order. The problem was they had an apparent glitch in the system where it charged my card three times for one order. When I called to get the charges reversed I was told I needed to call Corporate as they handle all online order issues. I do so and am told that the store itself as it is a franchised location needs to handle this. Okay, I hate being bounced around, but I called back and the guy told me he would need to contact his GM/Area Manager and that he or they would call me back in a few minutes. Long story short I never heard back from anyone at that location, but a Corporate rep called to inform me of the glitch and that those charges would be reversed. Also they tend to mess up simple orders pretty easily. Since when does a Bootlegger come with Cucumber on it? Mind you I didn't select it as an add-on either. Also it never fails that when I order a Carryout or Delivery that I never get napkins. I am chalking all of this up as growing pains and will update my review at a later time if things improve.

Ok...my last order I will place with this store. I started out as a fan, but they have screwed up 4 of my last 5 online orders. I am done with them. They used to always get it right, and deliver quickly. Not anymore. I wish the owner and manager would fix their order accuracy.

Jimmy John's motto: World's Greatest Gourmet Sandwiches. They look good, but is that title true? I consider myself a Potbelly's fan mainly for their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Here's the lowdown: You have a choice of three different styles: the $5.50 Giant Club sandwich, the $4.50 8" Sub sandwich or the $3.50 Plain Slim which is the sub w/o veggies and sauce. Oh, and there's the J.J. Gargantuan for $7.50, but I am afraid to know what's on that or how many grams of fat that would be! My friends picked up subs before a concert we attended. If you're a meat-lovin' carnivore then you'll drool over your choices. My one friend loved her #8 Vito It was an Italian sub with Genoa salami, provolone, capicola and all the fixings. Another friend had basically the same thing only with twice the meat and hers included ham. Most sub/sandwiches places, gourmet or not are usually not very veggie friendly. Jimmy John's is one of them. They have exactly one veggie option: provolone, "real" (is there fake?) avocado spread, sliced cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, tomato and onion. How about Buffalo mozerella and fresh avocado? You would have me at hello with that one. A veggie sandwich is a veggie sandwich whatever moniker you give it and to me, this "gourmet" one is just like any other. If you are on a low carb diet you can order any sub or sandwich as a lettuce wrap for the same price. They get a huge shout out for being fast! Really fast! They sell cookies too, but they ruin their oatmeal cookies with raisins. Hello! Don't you know chocolate chips in an oatmeal cookie is a way to a girl's heart? Just ask Potbelly's. I think I'll go there tonight!

I love jimmy johns and have ordered from this particular location plenty of times I always go for the gargantuan with extra everthing and avocado and mayo on the side because for 17 bucks I have dinner for my whole family and we usually end up satisfied and stuffed.... does anybody besides me think that their slogan for "free smells" a bit cruel, I mean what if you are hungry, all you get is a smell.

Very friendly staff. They deliver to nearby office buildings and the mall as well as homes. Staff is always in a good mood but I always get put on hold. Delivery is a bit slow but it is nothing to complain about when your sandwich gets to your location alright and is fine.
