I've been here a few times, and most recently went yesterday. Absolutely average. The food is actually a little more expensive than it ought to be. The ranch is the worst I've ever tasted -- watered down and virtually flavorless. The menu is chock full of 1,000 calorie (or more) bombs. I wound up getting the Margarita Chicken which is 500 calories, and I thought it was alright, even if a bit salty. Two of my friends got the honey BBQ Crispers. I tasted the sauce, and it tasted like diabetes. Way too sweet, and it didn't even taste that great. My other friend got the sampler, and there's nothing ever wrong with getting those. I should also add that a single bottle of that mediocre "beer" people like -- Bud Light -- costs four bucks. More reason to pass on this place. The bar area is nice, and there is also a decent number of TVs as well, but I could do without coming here. I'm not exactly a manorexic, but even THIS should scare somebody enough to not want to eat it: Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadilla 1450 Calories (Roughly 75% of what you should have in a day.) 100 Grams of fat (Triple digits? What in the.) 43 Grams of saturated fat (Over TWO DAYS' worth.) 69 Grams of carbs 72 Grams of protein 5 Grams of fiber 3240 Miligrams of sodium (Well over a day's worth.)

This used to be our favorite restaurant, mainly because it is so close to us. I have to say that the new menu is terrible. The portions are very small, over seasoned and the extra condiments for fajitas are ridiculous. 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese , 1 tbsp. of sour cream and a few onions are paltry for 3 fajitas. They lost my business!!

Why so dead on a Friday night? Because they suck! In the "bar area" was us and one other couple. Let's start with the waitress. She came back to our table multiple times to take our order, once our order was put in it was like we didn't exist. Why pay $3.00 for limitless nachos or soda if you never get a refill? Not even one! The food was horrible. I don't know how hard it is to make a quesadilla but somewhere in that super long process they fed up. Have you ever had a dry quesadilla ? Me either! And the menu says ground beef, what I got wasn't ground beef, it looked like strips of garbage that the pulled out of the grill after they cleaned it off. I would have rather saved the extra $8.00 and went to tacobell . This is the first and last time I will ever go here.

Worst chillis around. My sister found 4 lids in her mashed potatoes and I found a long piece of hair in my fajita. We called up there and they were nice enough to reimburse our money back. - Wouldn't you want to know what kind of things you can find in your food?

My friends and I went there to celebrate my bday. We are the type of people know how hard it is to work as a waiter/waitress and always are very giving. But when we sat down the waiter at first was very attentive. Then a group of 8 came in and sat by us, and then BOOM was completely ignored. We had to constantly wave other waiters and waitress down, even to get our food! and by the time we got that it was COLD. I think our waiter was more concerned about getting a huge tip from them then giving 2 shits about us. it was such a shame. Yes we complained but the manager only took off 1 item off of our bill. But because we are the "higher/bigger" person we left a nice tip. Karma ya know? Then a few months later we went back to same one to give it another chance only to sit there for about 20 mins, and NOT one person came to our table! So we left! DO NOT GO THERE. I have no clue how they are still in business!

Service was slow, the queso was good. Tried the little sliders. They were really meaty.

Ate here last night at around 8pm sat at the bar for a couple of drinks and dinner had terrible service. The bar tender never came back to take our order sat there for about 15 minutes I finally went and asked the host she got someone to finally take our order then he never checked back to see how our food was or asked if I wanted dessert which I did. He barely cleaned our dishes. I am a server if I wasn't I would not of tipped him at all!!! I will never be back I will find another place to eat!!!

The place is always dirty. The service is always really bad and the food is never something to write home about. I live right by here and sometimes family will insist on going, but it doesn't matter when we go, they always seem to be the same. This place may have the worst service I've ever seen....ever...I would drive the extra miles just to go to another one because this one is TERRIBLE!

My mom and I had to drive out to Sterling Heights today and Chili's was very close to where we were, and easy to get in and out on Hall Road. The food was standard for what you'd find at any Chili's, but what made this visit different, and not so great, was the service. We arrived at 12:45 and thought that it'd be super busy because it was lunch time. However, it wasn't busy at all and we expected to have decent service because it wasn't too busy. The server that we had was awful. She didn't come to the table to get our drink order for a good ten-minutes. Then it took her another ten-minutes to bring the drinks to us. My mom's drink was weak (no syrup) and needed to be changed, but the server took forever to come and check on us. We placed our order and ordered soup and thought that the soup would come out quickly and then we'd have time to enjoy before the food came out. We waited for a good forty minutes before anything came out and the the soup and lunches came at the same time (I hate that!!). Needless to say, this was not a good visit and I will not be back. The next time I have to drive out to Sterling Heights, I'll be sure to try somewhere else before going back to this Chili's.

The BF and I stopped in the other day because we were heading out to Lakeside mall and I was craving a burger. Ugh, we had two servers working as a team and it still took 25 minutes to get our classic nachos appetizer and 40 minutes for two burgers? Did I mention we were two of 6 people in the *whole* right side section of the restaurant?? They were friendly though, when we did see them. Although, the female of the duo was a little too chatty. I don't care that you're working a double and you had to clock out and re-clock in. Do you want me to go on about my work day? And, I'm sorry, don't ask me if I want a refill. If you see it's empty just get another one. If I don't drink it, I don't drink it. It's not going to hurt you any if it's left. I had the Jalepeno Smokehouse burger and the boyfriend had the BBQ Smokehouse burger. He really enjoyed his; me not so much. It was just meh. Kind of overcooked and could tell by the cheese they had been sitting under the warmer for some time. Then again, I didn't get mayo or ranch on it, because they're equally disgusting and waste of too many calories and fat grams, so that could be why it was just 'meh.' But, if something needs mayo and ranch to give it zing, it's definitely not worth it. And my fries were overcooked and I usually love Chili's fries. And I will never order another JSB, not because it was meh, but because they're 1250 calories!!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! That's disgusting. I knew we should have went next door to Dooley's for burgers.

3.75 Stars The 2 for $20 is a pretty good deal. App, 2 entrees, stuffed and doggy bag. Did you know in Germany they don't put their leftovers in doggy bags, they just throw it away! Pros: Attentive and nice servers. Good looking food. Good tasting food. This is like adult ice cream, only its salt, fat, meat and sugar. Good fresh tasting beer on tap. This location is better than other locations I've been too. Competition is good. Cons: Overcooked corn on the cob (what Bennigan's like place doesn't have overcooked corn?) It was still edible. The hand that holds the salt shaker needs to back off a bit. The corn, corn chips, fries, everything had the mark of the heavy handed salt shaker man. I can't stand when they forget salt but just don't overdo it. Silverware was not impressively clean looking, maybe they need Cascade. Salsa was meh but the guacamole was good. I was almost swayed to give a lower rating because of all the other lower ratings but I didn't have the bad experience the others had, maybe it was just a slow night (it was) and they could afford to treat me well. Anyways, I liked it.

Not the best service - i ordered tacos w/out tomatoes due to an allergy. They still put them on, had to wait another 15 mintues until the brought new tacos. Didnt have the best service from our waitress either.

Chili's is a great place to meet with friends. We love the food but I must say my favorite is the dessert (the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie). It's where I mix eating salad and dessert without feeling bad.

It had been years since I had been to Chili's, and someone gave me a gift card to go there. Yeah, that was a waste of time. I'm surprised Chili's hasn't yet gone the way of Chi Chi's, in that the food is average at best and the service isn't much better. The food has no real flavor besides the amount of crap they put into it. The food is on the pricey side, and the shrimp almost made me pretty sick after one visit. You want Mexican food? Go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, and even most Tex-Mex places are better than this. I will probably never come back to this location, or any other one. What's the point? They rip you off.

I'm not going to lie, this was one of my worst dining experiences in the last 10 years. For one, it is a huge pet peeve of mine that if there are 6-7 empty tables, don't tell me there is a 15 minute wait and then actually make me wait. He told a party of two 10 minutes and there were a dozen 2 seat booths empty...they walked out. When we get to sit, I waited another 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order. Apparently, if there is silverware on the table, it's their sign that an order has been taken. Nope... The con queso at Chili's to me is like the cheddar biscuits at Red Lobster...the only reason to go. Well, they either changed the recipe or microwaved something old because it was terrible. I ordered my regular margarita grilled chicken, and again, it has been drastically changed and is a fraction of what it used to be. My kid didn't get her sliders until 6-7 minutes after we got our food and the waitress literally came over and told us, "they are putting the cheese on your burgers now, they will be up in a second.". Never in my life have I heard something so ridiculous. I still ended up tipping 20% because the waitress was honestly nice, coupled with working Sunday so I didn't want to penalize her. Will I go back? No way. Too many other choices out there. I'll live without my chili con queso.

Always good food here! I love the quesadillas. I also love the variety of soups. And of course the molten chocolate cake is a must for an after dinner treat! The new table kiosks make is easy to order and pay. Great idea!

Margaritas were great! BUT, their were two separate hairs in 2 meals! Holy crap! What the heck!!! They deducted $16.00 off the bill which was a nice gesture :)
