Fairly mediocre tasting food. Everything appears to be cooked with a deep fryer. The batter for both the onion rings and jalapeno poppers could be improved. I had the mac and cheese fritter hot dog, but was disappointed that they used what seemed to be a batter that matched poorly with the fritters when deep frying.

Rock city. Deep fried, bacon, chipotle mayo. Enough said. Get this damn dog. It is happy. I also like the Boblo Island BBQ (coleslaw and o rings on it too) and the Mexicantown with the chorizo, avocado, jalapenos, cheese, sour cream and the rest. Either way you go, regular dogs (my husband's preferred way) or polish (what I prefer) work. My husband and I split these three dogs in half and shared and we were stuffed to the gills. The sides were good. The hand cut fries and the poppers being our picks. I preferred the poppers but that is no shocker. The fries were decent but not as much my thing. I wanted pickles but my husband is not a huge fan of the pick, especially as I order them a lot. Yes the dogs cost. They are also sizable and loaded up. I am not bothered by the price point. On the Facebook page they do deals like 20% off takeout Thursday the other day or a couple of takeout combos with two or four dogs with fry side(s) and fried brownie dessert (16-22 dollars respectively) those are both nice deals. Eating in is not the best experience, it is not large there and definitely not designed for eating. The outdoor tables work in the summer unless like my husband you are anti al fresco. Frankly we are fine with next time having just the dogs for takeout and trucking them home to devour with a big bag of Better Mades we already have from a shopping trip. I doubt the fries would survive our journey at any rate, hmmmm those jalapenos might though. All in all worth a whirl, especially if you like dogs.

Good hot dogs on the best hot dog bun I've ever had. The bun is the right balance of toothy and soft. It can get a bit pricey but worth it.

I love it. My wife not so much because she doesn't like the hard casing. Unique and refreshing menu. Very innovative.

The place is just ok. Not terrible, just not great. Points for a unique idea, Michigan based sourcing, and good service. The hot dogs themselves are pretty good, and the toppings are creative- there just never seem to be enough toppings. So you kind of feel like you ate a normal hotdog and paid 5 bucks for it. The fried sides are pretty good, but you have to be in the mood for a very (very) thick crust/coating that is very (very!!!) salty. I tend to like salty things, but I can only eat a few of them. I will say: Beware of the Jalapeño Pops!! These are fresh (not pickled) jalapeños and the seeds have NOT been removed. Very hot! borderline painful... and we like spicy food. The cheesy middle isn't the traditional tangy cream cheese- there is not much filling, and what is there is extremely mild. But honestly we couldn't taste it very well because our mouths were on fire. Bottom line, go there if you want to try something new & different. The restaurant isn't very old so they may still be working some kinks out of the system.... hopefully.

Simply outstanding! For what they do, this place is great. They do hot dogs, not hamburgers, just hot dogs. I'll let you peruse the online menu, which is small, but oh so tasty. I had a Killer Kraut with a turkey dog. It came overflowing with sauerkraut, grilled onions and mustard. I opted for a side of onion rings. I didn't know which was better. The onion rings are thick cut, but they don't give you a wasteful, American sized portion. It is filling, though. The beverages are either canned, bottled or blended. I did not go for the milkshake, fearing it would have been too much. I'm sure that would have been the case. the can of coke was enough. All this for about a sawbuck. The place itself is pretty teeny tiny. There are a few seats inside and more outside. The staff person was pleasant and efficient. I had to wait just a few minutes for her to bring me my meal. I will return.

So while I am not a hot dog fan by any means, I decided to give this place a chance. My two reasons was that they have "Detroit" in their title and the fact that they have other dog options beside hot dog (polish sausage, turkey and veggie dog). The first thing is that the place is extremely small (6 seats on the inside and 2 tables on the outside and no bathrooms) and to me is more of a takeout place. They have about 10-12 different type of dogs (I had polish sausages), and I went with the killer kraut (very good, I was not a fan of the poppy seed bun however) and the rock city (loved the whole deep fried wrapped in bacon feel and I didn't do cheese but had mys coney style). For my sides I went with both onion rings and fries ( they have about 5 different sides, onion rings were good but the fries were better). The owner was even kind and gave us fried cake balls on the house (excellent). Overall a really good place that I will come back too.

Sometimes you just gotta have a hot dog. Yeah, you know your productivity will go down the rest of the day, and yeah, you know there is a 46% chance that you will be walking away with a stomach ache, but sometimes life just calls for salty, delicious meat in tubular form. When I get these cravings, there is no better place to go to in the Ann Arbor area than Detroit Dog Co. They have a dinner deal for two which gets you Any 2 hot dogs 2 orders of fries and a deep fried brownie. I got the boblo dog, which had deep fried onions, coleslaw, and barbecue sauce on a poppy seed bun. Twas delicious. A hot dog form of the ultimate beef brisket sandwich. Girlfriend got the Slim Shady, which she said was phenomenal. The deep fried pickles were perfection! Fries were delicious and had great texture and seasoning. However, the foodgasm moment of the meal came from the deep fried brownie. HoLy CoW it is freaking delicious! it is fried with batter on the outside, which gives it a light and crispy consistency, and the brownie is mint with a gooey center. It comes with whipped cream and dusted with powdered sugar. Absolutely brilliant. However, unless you have a death wish, I recommend sharing. BROTIP: --dogs are 50% beef and 50% pork, yet they have turkey and veggie options. --Water tastes like liquid pennies, so consider bringing your own On a sunny Michigan day, bring your dogs, as they are dog friendly and have outside seating!

Was driving back from Calder Dairy Farm this past weekend and decided to make a detour to Saline to finally try Detroit Dog since it's been on my list to try for a while. No regrets! The space isn't huge but it's not really a sit down and hang out kind of eatery so it fits. It's more about getting a dog and some sides, eating, maybe getting seconds, and heading out. So for that the space is perfect. It's bright with big windows and white walls. Makes it feel clean and very spacious even though it is smaller. The menu is pretty sizable given it's very dog focused. There are nearly a dozen different dog options but I went with the most popular (according the very awesome and nice lady behind the counter) the Rock City-- bacon wrapped, deep fried, and topped with a chipotle mayo and grilled onions. YASSS. It was fantastic. I wish I had ordered two! I also got a side of the hand cut fries which I also liked but did not love. But that's more on me. I have a confession, guys. I'm actually not really big on hand cut fries. I know, I know. It's the natural way but for some reason, not quite my bag. So I think that's more on me than them. Next time I'll try the onion rings. Or get another dog. Or deep fried pickles. Or jalepeno poppers, Lots to choose from! Vegetarian? No problem. They also offer veggie dogs. Or Polish sausage or turkey if those are more your bag too. They use a ton of local products which is also a bonus--Faygo, the aforementioned Calder Dairy, McClure's, Better Maid and more. They also have shakes and a couple of desserts -- deep fried cookie dough and deep fried brownies. Yeah, I'd eat those. Didn't that day because I had just had ice cream for breakfast at Calder but next time! Can't wait for my next visit! So many dogs to try, so little time!

Small menu, cute place, delicious food. The owner is very nice. I like that majority of the items there are made in Michigan. I am not a huge hot dog fan but decided to give it a try. I have had the ROCK CITY dog, fries, and fried cookie dough and they were awesome. Will be back again :)

What's not to love? Delicious hotdogs with plenty of choices for toppings. The guy helping us was so nice and efficient. The hotdogs, buns, and toppings were all fresh and prepared quickly and nicely. I don't live near Saline but would actually drive there for a hotdog. I mean, seriously!

Thanks to yelp and my desire to try new places I have found a new weekend lunch place. Detroit Hot Dog Co is amazing. I love places that local source most of their ingredients and this joint does just that. From their awesome and creative hot dogs to their amazing onion rings, fries, and fried cake balls they hit it out of the park. I would suggest you peruse the menu yourself but my favorite is the rock city dog. I'm a sucker for bacon wrapped anything! They also rotate a dog of the month which last time I went was an awesome hot dog with fried bites of Mac n cheese on it. Just a heads up they are a pretty speciality based place so don't expect there to be an extensive menu but what they do have will keep keep you coming back for more. Also, the space is pretty small so I wouldn't bring a huge party but they do offer catering and I'm waiting for an excuse to have a party so I can hire them. The owner is super friendly and patient in explaining their menu, she always makes me and my SO feel super welcome and appreciated as customers. I'm a huge fan for sure!!

So after last time I got food here and wrote a review, I got a very rude and unprofessional message via Yelp from a reviewer... I speculate that this person who sent me the message is very close friend/associate of the owner of the restaurant... long story short, calling me a big person and recommended me to order less food, thus why I'm such a big person. I laughed at the message, this person obviously didn't realize that the pictures of the food I took were foods that my friends and I ordered. When I checked this person's review of Detroit Dog Co, she gave 5 stars. When I got this message, you could say I was quite upset and said I would never go back again!!! However, after couple days of pondering about the message, I ended up going back here to give this place one more try. And yes, I ordered a lot of food to help me make a decision and to see if the these hotdogs were any better then ones I had before.... so I ended up getting: - Chicago Style Hotdog - Rock City - Killer Krsut - Boblo Island - Order of Fries First and foremost, their fries were good. It was crisp and well done and a lot better then other joints fresh fries. Second, their dogs were okay... just okay... again, it all comes down to personal taste.... however the hotdogs that I ate weren't overwhelming in sense that I had to tell the world to come and give this place a try! However, I would have to say the customer service is great, on this day, the owner was the only person working, but he took the orders, made the foods and the place operated without any problems. While nothing changed between my first and second visit, I'm giving this place a three stars for now... and to Sarah P, yes I hate all the fries and 1/2 of each hotdog and shared with my friends!!!

This place is amazing. The staff is exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and the hot dogs are out of this world. Since I discovered the Detroit Dog Co. a few weeks ago, I've been back at least 3 times, with a 4th trip on the agenda. Bear in mind, I live about 15 miles away, so it takes some effort for me to get there - which is a testament to how much I enjoy the place. I'm a pretty big eater, but one dog is enough to fill me up. I've tried different varieties each time I've gone because I want to find the "one true dog." So far, I've had the Slim Shady, the Mexican Town and the Make That Cheese. I've enjoyed the Make That Cheese the best, though each has been excellent in its own way. My oldest son absolutely loves the Rock City (hold the aioli) and has had it each time he's gone. I haven' tried it, but a deep-fried bacon dog? What's not to love about that? My youngest son, who was a self-professed hot dog hater, even loved his meal. And he's pretty finicky so, again, that's saying something. The only reason I'm holding back a star is because I found the fries to be overly salty, which is a shame, because they're a gorgeous golden brown and should be perfect. We've also had the deep fried cookie dough, which is also a winner. Seriously. Try this place. If you like hot dogs, you'll love it.

Gotta love a hot dog joint. Really gotta love a hot dog joint in a small town. Especially gotta love it when it's in your hometown! Saline's downtown has seen better days. With established businesses closing down, Detroit Dog Co. is a relatively new business that has promise. Replacing what was the second failed cakery in that spot, this establishment serves various hot dog options all made with Michigan made Dearborn Brand hot dogs and refreshing Faygo Soda. The chili dog -- is Detroit style. Not my favorite, I'm a Flint kinda guy, but for what it was, the Detroit style chili dog was good. However, my sauerkraut dog was far superior. The nice snap of the Dearborn hot dog and the sweet and sour kraut made my lunch. I look forward to trying some other hot dogs the next time I visit my family, in particular the one that looks like a modified Swanky Franky!

I am from the suburbs of Chicago and this place is every bit as good if not better than Portillo's, Red Hots, Weiner Circle, or a dog from Wrigleyville or Comiskey! A great snap when you bite into the dog and all the toppings to go with it. I have eaten here several times and always leave happy! The service is just as good as the food.

really disappointed that after a year of trying to get here on our way through Michigan, this location closed at 2:30p today (normally 8pm). perhaps we will try again... but that doesn't satisfy my tastebuds that were primed for a unique & delicious hot dog! it's not easy finding parking for a 38 ft RV towing a jeep n a small downtown!!

Good food with a cool atmosphere. I had the Rock City and the hand cut fries, both were delicious. I enjoyed the focus on Michigan based products (Dearborn dogs, Better Made chips, Faygo soda, etc.). The place is cozy and the outdoor seating looked like a nice place to enjoy a dog on sunny day. I will be returning soon.

I hope this place does well since it's one of the few in downtown Saline within walking distance. Went here on opening day and had a Killer Kraut hot dog with onion rings. The hot dog was great. The onion rings - bland, as if they forgot to salt their batter. Since then, I've been many more times. I've settled on the Killer Kraut dog with the french fries - miles better than the onion rings. Sometimes I get a root beer, which is a nice touch. My only real complaint is that when ordering takeout, the hotdog toppings get messed up when wrapped (mustard, onions, and sauerkraut all over the place).

  • David G.

Everything I've tried so far has been delicious. I'm slowly working my way through the dog menu and have probably tried half of the offerings so far. All of the combos are flavorful and work nicely. My only complaint is that some of the dogs with lots of toppings are a bit of a mouthful. You can maybe take one or two bites from the end, and then things start falling off and you're reaching for a fork. Somehow, I've never had this problem with real Chicago dogs from Chicago, so I'm thinking maybe it's the bun or the larger-diameter dog causing the problem. The onion rings are really good, and very obviously hand-battered, which is a good thing. I've only had the fries on a dog, not as a side, but they had a good crunch on the outside and were soft within. Yes, the prices are higher than some might expect, but they're using quality ingredients, with most of them locally sourced from places other than Sysco or GFS. It's a get-what-you-pay-for thing, and if you don't like the price, don't go there. That said, I do hope they are able to make the concept work, because it's a nice change from the restaurants in town and even Dan's across the street, and really the only spot in downtown Saline beside Benito's Pizza where you can duck in and grab food somewhat quickly. It can get cozy (or claustrophobic, depending on your POV) in there at times, but if it's nice out, I always eat outside. If it isn't, you can take your food to go. The owner seems to always be there, and she remembers me and asks how I am. Gives it that small-town charm. I've only had good service, and the food is usually up within a few minutes, even when there's a small crowd.

Absolutely killer! A tiny place with only about 10 stools, serving some fantastic food. There are about 10 dogs on the menu, my family and I sampled four: The Original, Rock City, Mexicantown, and Killer Kraut. All were served on substantial poppyseed rolls (from Ed's Bread, and reminiscent of what you get with a Chicago dog in Chicago), heavy enough to stand up to all the toppings. The toppings are in abundance, so much so that eating with your hands is a challenge. So just order one, at least to start. Depending on which you order, that will probably be enough for lunch. The fries are fresh-cut, and taste like it. Slosh on some malt vinegar and you're good to go. The onion rings are the winner, though. A light, tempura-like batter that really sets off the sweet onion taste. Even the members of my family that don't like onion rings (the black sheep, in other words) liked these. In fact, for once our family was entirely united in our liking of a place. That's rare indeed, and worthy of five stars. Well done!

Just stopped in for the first time and tried the Slim Shady and the fried cookie dough with a bottle of Rock and Rye. So fantastic! The hot dog and cookie dough were delicious. So sorry I didn't stop in sooner! Super friendly staff and very cute place. Can't wait to go back and try everything!

Love everything about Detroit Dog Co! It's nice to see something so fresh and exciting come to Saline. From the decor to the food, everything was awesome. I had the Boblo Island BBQ with a veggie dog and it was so good. The fries are some of the best fries I've ever had. And I liked that I could get a Faygo in a glass bottle. I can't wait until summer is here and we can walk downtown and grab some DDC!

I tried Detroit Dog Company in Saline for dinner today on a recommendation. Glad I did. I got a "Rock City" hot dog which was $4.49 which was absolutely delicious. I was a little worried the bacon on the dog would be undercooked but it was fabulous and gave it some excellent flavor. The DDC fries which are basically regular fries with chorizo, cheese, and spicy sauce are to die for. I actually got a second order to go. They take french fries to a new level and are worth the $4.49 price tag. Also tried the deep fried cookie dough which was pretty much a "melt-in-your-mouth" dessert. The only thing I found a little lacking was the size of the milkshake they gave you for the price. I ordered a chocolate shake and paid $3.79 for it. For this price I'd expect a standard "glass" as well as a 3/4 to full refill from the steel mixing cup. Unfortunately all you get for that price is the single serving in a small mason-type jar. I'll go back, 100%, I'll just be drinking water while I'm there.

I wanted to give Detroit Dog Co. 4 or 5 stars based on what I'd heard, but it's not quite there yet. We stopped by at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and it was packed. It's super cute and super small inside. All 8 (yes, 8) seats were taken, so we ordered our food to go. 2 coneys, 2 ketchup only dogs, 1 Rock City (wrapped in bacon and deep fried? Yes), 2 fries and 1 Faygo = $27. We wanted milkshakes, but they had run out of ice cream. I asked for my Rock City "no bun" and was asked if I'd like it "gluten-free style", aka wrapped in lettuce. I excitedly said yes, but when I got home, no lettuce, just a dog in a box. My husband and kids loved the french fries, and I thought my Rock City dog was really good. We'll definitely go back, but I think "A-OK" is where DDC is right now (and "A-OK" isn't bad, DDC, so don't beat yourself up).

We enjoyed the original detroit dog, the mich and the slim shady dogs with side orders of hand cut fries and the tasty DDC fries. Do try!

I've been following the social media feed (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) of the new kid on the block in Saline- Detroit Dog Co, and they DID NOT disappoint. The Dearborn Hot Dogs are delicious. I had The Original Detroit Dog w/chili and cheddar minus the onion. YUM YUM YUM. The juicy dog had good snap when you bit into it, very flavorful and the poppy seed bun from Ed's was truly outstanding. I had a chance to sample the deep fried McClures Pickles and batter dipped Onion Rings. Both are very good. Very cool atmosphere with design work from Detroit's own graffiti artist, Sintex. The vintage brick is beautiful. You've got to love the fact that they use all Michigan made products and local legendary ingredients from Dearborn Hot Dogs, Faygo Pop, Ed's, Calder Dairy, McClures Pickles and Better Made Chips. The only down stroke, the freezer was broken and I couldn't order a handmade Chocolate Shake. Next time!

The pro's: Great ambience; great/friendly service; awesome concept of using Michigan/local ingredients; the BLT dog is amazing!; the Reuben dog was amazing too! The con's: The prices are a bit steep, but I'm sure that's because particular ingredients are being used (3 hot dogs cost us $16 last time, but they were really good) ; the interior is small (though they do offer outdoor seating in the warmer months), so if you go with a lot of people, babies in strollers, or when they are busy, you may be eating In your car. I believe they use Dearborn hot dogs. Personally I prefer Kogel hot dogs; they tend to have a better "snap" and break off easier with each bite. The skin on Dearborn dogs tend to remain attached the piece you don't bite, so it requires some extra tearing to prevent pulling the hot dog you didn't bite, out of the bun. I also suggest they check out Alpha Coney Island. They make the best coney dog I have ever had, and I've had my share of coneys throughout the state/country. Good dogs IMO: Boblo Island Rock City BLT (my favorite) The Reuben

We have been coming here since they opened and I am long overdue to write a review. We live downtown and love being able to walk and get a local dog/fries. The food is consistently good and service is excellent. We always order ahead since it does take a bit of time to get the food. This is because it is made to order, which is why it's so good! Favorites: Rock City, Coney, Mexicantown, Jalapeno Pops (not gluten free). Also, our daughter has a gluten intolerance and they are fantastic with that! They have a dedicated fryer for the french fries and wrap her dog up in lettuce. It is comforting to know she will not get any cross contamination with gluten. She wants to go every week :) Since we love the service, the food, and the fact that they take awesome care with our daughter's gluten intolerance, I give Detroit Dog Co. 2 BIG thumbs up!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! Their unique style is refreshing, and their food is so good (there are not enough words to describe it). What is even more appealing is that they support other local brands, such as Dearborn Brand and Faygo (look on their website to find out some others!). Other than that, they have a great outdoor eating environment as well. So check it out! I suggest that you try the Rock City dog....awesome!

We did a road trip today to try out the newest semi-local restaurant find, and ended up pleasantly surprised. The Detroit Dog Company has a good idea, good execution, and luckily like any new business they are really trying hard to please and not skimp. I had the Mexicantown and an order of the hand-cut fries. The fries weren't bad, but since I'm not a fan of the hand-cut style, I can't mark them down since they were as advertised. The Mexicantown, however, was really good. I almost ordered it with the optional pretzel bun (which I love), but I felt the flavor and texture of the bun might mask the rest, so I held off for now. The experience was messy, with plenty of napkins cleaning sour cream off of my hands, but the sweet chorizo, fresh jalapeno, shredded cheese, cool sour cream, tomatoes, and avocado made for a great combo. I liked it a lot and would order again. I had a sampling of onion rings, which were quite good. I also had a bit of deep fried brownie, which was nice. I will be back to try some more of the menu items, partly because the owners seem to be putting their hearts into the business, and partly because the food I've had so far is really following suit.

Really hope this local company gains support - I just tried them for the first time and I'll be back, I would try everything on the menu - only had the rock city and a shake. Charming lass running the place too, give them a try if you haven't.

Great Saline hidden secret. This place is right off the square so not visible from Hwy 12, but worth looking for. The menu is impressive, considering it's mainly hot dog options. Shakes are great and toppings are delicious. Surprisingly I've got to say the hot dogs themselves aren't the best, pretty hard casing, but worth overlooking for the whole experience.

NOT WORTH IT!!! First, its too small. not much space to sit down and eat. Menu is limited. doesn't come with fries, you have to pay extra for fries!! Fries were not good at all. PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS FOR A HOT DOG WITHOUT FRIES!!!! Price varied from $4.50-almost $6 for a hot dog. Cost us over $20 for 2 of us. I could get more for my money at Applebees, TGIF's or Ruby Tuesday!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! I GIVE THIS PLACE 1 YEAR AND THEY WILL BE CLOSED!!!

Excellent food and friendly service. Small but nice atmosphere. I had the Chicago Dog and can tell you that it was the best I've had. We will definitely go back and try some of the other dogs as well. The onion rings are the best in the area. You should give this place a try.

Great concept and I really appreciate this new "style" of food coming to the area. I am pretty sure that we can all agree that we have enough pizza joints and Coney Islands. Space was tight which seems to be by design and caters more to take out. Great food and I will be back along with many from my office.

Great hot dogs, great service!!! The veggie dogs are vegan also!!! The one downside is seating, there's only about 10 seats bar style. But the service was absolutely fantastic and the food was great!! And love all the michigan based products!!

Great concept, but needs improvements. I took myself and my 4 boys one snowy evening to try this place out. Upon entering, I was a little nervous that there wasn't really anyplace to sit-but we all really dug the simple decor. The owner was very friendly and informative about the menu. I don't remember the name of the dog that my boys ordered-just that it was the same one, they asked for 4 different ways due to their different tastes, and I decided to try the Boblo-4 orders of fries, fried pickles and 5 drinks-in a can. The total came to around $45. It seemed a little steep, but I tried not to judge until the food came out. That us when my jaw dropped. Everything "looked" good and tasted good-but the price for the portion (especially the fried pickles!) was very disappointing. Biting into my Boblo, I immediately lost everything on the top, and had to eat the dog plain and the toppings after-but all the flavors went well together, and I could imagine what it would have been like if I could have kept it all together. My boys, who are not very big eaters to begin with, were happy with their food-but wanted more when they were done. After spending $45 on hot dogs, I ended up going home and feeding everyone again. Would I go back? Maybe. Would I take my kids back? No.

I love this joint. It's small, simple, with a twist of an edge. I usually wobble between the Boblo Island hot dog and Rock City. Both are extraordinary. I love everything about this small local shop. One branch I think could the shop could use an improvement on is employees. The owner is the sweetest women, and I like ordering my hot dogs when she is working. Yet when she isn't she has one other employee as I know of. When I walk in, there is usually another customer ahead of me. With only one person working and with a small crowd waiting for hot dogs, things can get difficult. Her other employee is a man, he seems to not be thinking all the time. When more people come he seems to either take his own time or rush to finish the orders. From one of my many experiences; I ordered a Root Beer Float . My order was to-go, the man went to scoop out my ice cream taking the spoon out of what looked like a chocolate ice cream tub, and looked at it. He knew it was dirty from the chocolate ice cream. I know this may just be a guy thing, not wanting to take the extra step to wash the spoon or at least get another one. I looked around at the other gentlemen who were enjoying their hotdogs, they noticed it too. Don't get me wrong, a little chocolate ice cream never hurt anyone. Yet it was almost an entire spoon full. I was a little disappointed, but I took the ice cream and my root beer and ate it otherwise. I think more employees would for sure benefit the shop, an having more workers on busier days would for sure help. Nonetheless this should never stop you from visiting this new business. I can't wait to see this local shop expand around the state, or even nationally.
