Pretty good!! Ordered shrimp scampi and chowder both were great! Shrimp were big and fresh! I ordered room service from connected Sheraton and it arrived within 20 minutes. I highly recommend esp for jet lagged travelers. Ordered breakfast the next morning, pancakes were good! Check out my pictures above.

Me and my family ate at this location on July 3rd and service was Excellent! Our waiter Thomas. D was so nice and professional. The food was good and as our first time experience here, it was awesome! We definitely would recommend this resturant to others. Customer Service is a HUGE deal to me. We made sure to tip him nicely! :) "Thanks again!"

So glad there's an Uno's closer than Bay City! The burgers here are excellent, with fries that are good enough to be the deciding factor between going here or another restaurant. Had to knock this down a star since service has been hit or miss here, with our server being friendly, but only vaguely attentive one time, yet another time our server just didn't come back after a larger party showed up. We ended up needing some random employee to get our check for us. Still, overall, Uno's is great and worth visiting.

shimp and crab dip appetizer was outstanding! we ordered from the 2 for 12 dollar menu and added a large shroom pizza to share. I was filled up and had leftovers to take home, which is unusual for large appetites like ours. little pricey, but well worth it.

I usually LOVE Uno's! But this visit was sub par! Service was extremely slow! Took 5-8 minutes to be greeted.... We ordered our food & drinks together thinking it would expedite things! But no not at ALL!!! The adult food came out before the two children meals.... Not quite sure how that happens but it did! Plus the only special request was without Guacamole!

I must have gone on the wrong night, it was horrible! I assumed from the name it was a family friendly place, but my first impression was it was one of those trendy "flavor of the month" grills like Bennegins or one of those places. The décor was like all of these trendy "grills", kind of cliché. You could tell they were trying to be upscale, something they are not. My son wanted to sit in the lounge part. We sat in the chairs (like upholstered barrels), and my husband and I were sitting at a table that came to our shoulders. The waitress came over, put our menus down and asked for our drink orders. While getting our sodas, I had to figure out the funky folded kids menu without tearing it, so my son could read it. He ordered the Make Your Own pizza. When I opened the menu I could tell they were not what was expected at UNOS. It was an extensive menu with huge prices for what was offered. When we finally got the waitresses attention (she was SITTING down with patrons flirting and totally ignoring us for at least 5 minutes) I got the Rosemary Rubbed Chicken and a cup Onion Soup and coleslaw for the sides.. Gary opted not to order, which in retrospect was a good plan. Ryan's Pizza was cooked and came first. Hint, when something has pizza in it's name, it's always good not to burn it. It came looking like it was on a dark brown cracker. The Pepperonis were all shriveled and charred. I felt bad for Ryan. My food came. First the Onion soup, with a slice of intact cheese that was just thrown on top. Not melted. The crotons were not crotons. There was no flavor at all and they looked like bred crusts. The soup was just sad, watery with a few floppy onions. The chicken was ...different. It was a full breast it appeared, but it was sliced in half, like a fillet, so in reality they actually charged $12 for a half a chicken breast. Quite a markup, it made me wonder what the other offerings were like. It was then sliced on the grain to make it look like there was more. The flavor was ok, but there was a lot of fat, making it not as appealing. The coleslaw was absolutely tasteless. The highlight of the meal was a very yeasty taking breadstick that came on my plate. If I dipped it in my son's leftover pizza sauce, I couldn't taste the yeast and it was ok. They do have good pizza sauce. Overall, UNO's is a HUGE thumbs down.

I have eaten there at least six times and have never been disappointed. Good food and good service. Love the fish trio. Nice atmosphere, you can sit in the bar area and catch the game or sit in the dining area with the family, whatever the occasion it works for me.

Lasagna Stacker Deep Dish Pasta is excellent. I hope it becomes a regular item on the menu
