I hadn't been to a Chili's in forever, but I went here on a date yesterday and we did the 2 for $20 menu. Service was fast, the food was good, and my water glass was always kept full - can't really ask for anything else! I had the 6 oz. sirloin with sides of mashed potatoes, no gravy/toppings, and the candied apples, which were delicious, and we split a chipotle chicken flatbread - it's a bit spicy but also pretty good. I'd come here again if I was ever in the area.

So, I come here alot. Love the service, and food. Order the new tacos, spicy , if you don't want spicy, tell them. My waitress was awesome, Morgan. She went to have them remake it for me, cuz, the chicken was spicy. Had them grilled it, instead. Much better, no spice. Much better. Too many for me to eat , I now have dinner for later. What an awesome waitress she is. This is the only one I come to. Thank you every thing, everyone. Including the manager. Made sure all was great for me. .

This blonde bitch walkin around in the blue shirt like she just got it in the ass is ignorant as fuck. It's 3:30 there's maybe 7 tables here and she sat us in the center of 3 tables then surrounded by two multiple tables with kids sorry don't wanna hear their kids being loud and don't wanna hear the relationship problems at the next table either. Just annoying that I made it clear I wanted a further seat and she tried to cluster us together each time. Then she had the nerve to raise her voice and say is there an issue with this table too? I rolled my eyes and sat down then she said Excuse me! Like bitch get on she looks like she took one too many xanaxs. Lol Servers nice though

Place was really busy! Perhaps this place needs more help because seems like all the waitstaff and cooks are overworked and service is slow was snails. Took awhile to get drinks, appetizer, food, refills. I ordered burger bites and they were burnt to a crisp and missing toppings. Bun was hard as a rock but the waitress brought my food back without any questions and I was brought fresh food and fries. Burger was juicy and came with all the toppings like it was supposed to. This isn't my first choice, especially this location. P.S enjoy reading the 10 page menu and good luck deciding on a meal.

While back in town for the holidays I met up with a large group of my friends. We went to Dooley's across the street, but the Lions were playing so there were no seats. We decided to go for Chili's. The restaurant was very accommodating to our large (10ish) group. Our server was excellent and very helpful and fast. We ordered a lot of food and it was served together. We got chips and salsa and our server gave it to the whole table which was nice. Chili's has really changed their menu and presentation. There were a lot of good options everything was presented nicely. I would definitely go back!

Great service. Great food. The manager came to our table to see how everything was going and I told him that the little washee's they gave out to customers was a definate plus. I go to Chili's in Warren all the time and have never had a washee given to me. When the Warren restaurant ran out of items, it was the Roseville Chili's that came to their rescue and sent the food items that the vendor failed to deliver. I like the way the two restaurant work together as a team to keep their customer happy.

My friend and I were running errands and decided to come here for a quick 'pick me up' margarita and an appetizer. Even hungover and craving food as if I hadn't eaten in days.. I was a little disappointed with Chili's. One good thing about our lunch/drink date: The president margaritas are really good. I'm not a huge tequila fan but I was hoping something other than beer would make me feel better from a long night of drinking. It took 2 servers to bring 2 margaritas because they were shaking them up at our table. (something new for me). They poured our drinks and left the shakers on the table that were still More than half way full. I know the margarita glasses were small, but I thought it was a good amount of alcohol for about $7. No complaints there. Now lets talk food.. My friend and I decided to get soup (I got the southwest chicken soup while she got the chicken enchilada soup). The soup was good but not as hot as I would have wanted it. Listen, it's cold outside, I'm drinking a cold Margarita.. I need something to warm me up. I cant complain that much though because I ate it all. We then decided to split the Triple Dipper and went with the southwest egg rolls, boneless buffalo wings and spinach dip. I do love their egg rolls and spinach dip but how can you mess up boneless wings.. oh I'll tell you: By being cold and old. I bit into the chicken and it tasted like it was sitting out for way too long and the sauce was all dried up. the service was slow, I could tell that other tables around me were getting annoyed. I was just happy that I had good company and a strong margarita keeping me occupied. If there was a Lions game on, maybe I would have been happier. Oh.. and there was a hair in my water. I didn't catch it until I was almost done with my drink which totally grossed me out. I'm not going to chop this off my list of restaurants.. it was just a bad day.

Not what i'm used to from Chili's. I was a regular at the Chili's in Rochester for years, but this was some time ago. I was in the area and I wanted to get a glimpse of the Lions game and get some lunch so I hadn't been into this Chili's before so I figured it was about time I ducked in and had a look. The outside had been remodeled a couple of weeks ago and it really adds a lot of character to the building overall. The inside has a huge circular bar next to the dining room that reminded me more of Outback's setup than what i've seen in a Chili's, but nice and open atmosphere. Now for the food, I was put off a bit by the pricing, which they tagged me $5.60 for a bottle of Sam Adams. Normally when I pay those kinds of prices for 1 bottle of beer it was either made right there on the premises or there are half naked women dancing on the tables. Neither one came true. I had a Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich that was on a lovely Pretzel Roll (pic uploaded), and it was really good, but had but a tiny sliver of Avocado on each half of the sandwich. Now if this sandwich was like a $5 sandwich at Wendy's, I could let it go, but instead they clipped me $10.50 for the privilege of enjoying watching the Lions tank against Cleveland and to not put a bit more avocado on the sandwich is damn near theft. All you had to do is not screw it up Chili's. Shaving pennies will cost you dollars long run. You would think they would have learned after what happend to them in Australia.

Bartender is horrible. Entire bar was filthy upon walking in. Once she finally came to the bar she just threw a couple napkins on the bar & said "what can I get ya." I asked can u get us a rag first please? Then with a minor attitude she threw up a rag & threw all the food salt & pepper all over us! Don't know if she didn't care or management never taught her how to wipe a bar without getting everything all over the customers. Should of just walked out. Even while we were there she left the rest of the entire bar dirty. As people sat she jus threw napkins up & said "what can I get ya". She has already won worst battened of "my" 2015. If management cared this would have never happened. If I would have seen a manager I would of talked to them. No I would never eat there again! Mike

I don't if the restaurant was short-staffed or got more business than they expected but service waa particularly slow. It took 10 minutes for the aerver even to come to our table to get the drinks. At least the food was decent.

I used to come to this Chili's location every few weeks or so. I'd sit at the bar and get great service. Bartender and server were always friendly and the food was fast, no matter who was helping you. And then I came with a friend who didn't want to sit at the bar so we sat at a table. Worst. Service. Ever. I waited literally 30 minutes for water. Our food was cold (and we didn't order salads!). The server forgot my silverware and took ten minutes to bring me a set. I thought this was just a one off bad experience but every time I've been here since, I've had ad service in the restaurant it great service in the bar. The ladies bathroom is always filthy, which just seems to reflect the laziness with which this restaurant is managed. It's too bad because the bartender is a real gem and some of the bar staff do try.

I'm not big on chain restaurants in fact I go out of my way to give the independent my hard earned dollars HOWEVER I have always enjoyed this location. We always sit on the bar side. Natalie works the afternoon shift and she is wonderful. She is the bartender, waitress and friend to many. She treats all her customers like family. While all Chili's have the same menu they do not have Natalie!

If you have nothing but time, this is a great place to eat! It tends to be very slow anymore which I found out that's the managers problem because of how she's scheduling. She's putting A girl at the bar. There's atleast 14 tables in the bar area not including the bar itself. She may be good and able to do it which I've seen and she did do a great job esp knowing she was alone but my issue is no one else seemed to notice or know she was it. So it took some time for her to get to everyone which could leave to a crappy tip for her which, not sure if your aware but they live off their tips!! Just like ppl live off pay checks. Leaving her a $2.00 tip for a $25.00 meal is kinda low. Besides it being slow. The foods always how. Prices are a little high but occasionally is nice to go to chilies so I don't mind. Update:: I wrote my original thought about this jan 2014.. I'm writing this nov 2014 I'll probably never be back. I think we've been back once maybe twice..since then. They've now added these stupid iPad looking things to the table which basically makes it for no waitress which I am massively against! People are trying to find jobs, let's reduce it some more! Honestly... Shake my head.. I'd like to speak to a human! This stupid thing alone takes my star down to a 1. The food is okay at best Service is slow.. Food is okay..although I'd also like to add some of the changes they've made to their menu wasn't for the better. I mean chips should have salt on them. Without. It tastes like cardboard and that's just to name 1.. I'm done with chilis..

when entering was greeted by a very friendly hostess. was seated pretty fast for 6pm on a Saturday, another lady ( not our waitress ) came by and said " welcome to chili's " and took our drink order. our drinks came then shortly our waitress, my wife and I ordered the 2 entrees with appetizer for $20, ordered the cheese Styx ( very good But came with a small half filled marinara dip container ) wife ordered a grilled chicken salad ( very little chicken and the salad itself was nothing to write home about and my wife had to ask to people ( the 2nd hostess and our waitress for her side of ranch dressing ) I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs and fries ( fries were OK, but the ribs looked like they came from a CAT and not a Pig. little bones, very little meat but were tasty ) ordered the cheesecake ( very good ) service was a little on the kind but slow motion gear. Probably wont be back.

It's a Chili's restaurant, you know what to expect no matter what state it is in.

This location is almost 2 different establishments depending where you are seated. Sitting in the bar area gets you fast, friendly service and the orders are correct with hot fresh food. Sitting in the normal restaurant area gets you inattentive and sometime rude waitstaff that leaves you without drinks and is gone for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Very good location. We go here all the time then go to the mall to walk everything off

It's a shame I have to rate this so low because the food is actually decent. Do you get that much? Not really. But the portion sizes are okay if you end up going for something like the 2 for $20 deal. The service, however, is horrible, at best. The waitresses disappear to I have no idea where. I usually eat here whenever I get a free dessert coupon from their email club, and I'm always allowed to use that coupon when I order the 2 for $20, so I don't even bother to ask about it anymore. Today, however, they would not let me use the coupon because the 2 for $20 is apparently a "special," even though it's a permanent fixture on their menu. This has never happened before, and I explained that repeatedly, but the waitress and manager argued with me and said that never should have happened, if it did. Well, I have used that coupon before, and I was never given such a problem. After threatening to never come back, both left, and returned about 10 minutes later with the bill. My waitress said my dessert was in the oven, but by then there was no way I would take it (I mean, who knows what they could have done to it). Overall, I will stick to my word and never come back here. There are much better restaurants in Roseville for food, service, and customer appreciation.
