Great place for grinders! We found it by accident and very glad we did. Oven roasted sandwiches, aka grinders as those from the east coast call them. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Found this with the help of Yelp's app while traveling out to Grand Rapids and found ourselves needing a quick lunch stop on the way. Great grinders and definitely affordable! This is largely a take-out place with a few dine-in tables and serves a menu of grinders, pizza, a few other Italian specialties and burritos. What it lacks in decor, it makes up for with a friendliness and a quick, hot meal with quality ingredients. We opted for grinder combos (six-inch sandwiches, a pop and chips for about $7 apiece). The owner was behind the counter the day we stopped in here and, finding it was our first time at the place, explained the menu and how the sandwiches featured fresh, house-made bread. We had Italian and BBQ chicken grinders. Fresh veggies on the sandwiches and the fresh bread really made the difference between these tasty sandwiches and the usual run-of-the-mill sandwiches you get at fast-food places. Tim was looking for quick stops for when he starts riding his motorcycle again in the spring for longer distance trips, and this one is definitely on his list.

The customer service could use a litttttlllleeee work, but the food here is fantastic. They're known for their grinders, and it's a reputation they deserve. I've tried a few different kinds so far and have been pleased every time. Make sure to call before you go to make your order if you'll be getting it to go. It takes about 15-20 minutes at least to get your food. Overall, very food pace to get an easy dinner.

Stopped in for lunch of the highway! It was really nice to find a great place like this off the exit! I don't like fast food and this place has one amazing quesadilla! The owner made a real effort to make me feel welcome along with the fast service! I will be returning here for sure!! :) perfect place for a nice refreshing lunch! Diet friendly!!

Stopped in on the way home from Grand Rapids this weekend. Excellent grinders- the chicken and the Stromboli we tried were both very tasty- great flavors- melt in your mouth. Tiny little restaurant- probably does a lot of carry out & I wish I lived closer. Will have to remember to stop here next time we're in Grand Rapids.

A friend invited me to meet him there for a meeting. The sub was one of the best I have eaten in a long time. Reminded me of my New York days! This guy was also a New York native and he even said it was outstanding!!!
