I came back here to try Zoup again, and I must say, what a much better experience! The temperature problem was fixed, and it was quite comfortable inside. Tables were clean, and more importantly, the food was awesome! I went with the Chicken noodle soup with a Turkey club. Delicious! The soup was amazing, and the sandwich really hit the spot. I'm glad I gave Zoup another shot. I really like the selection, and they had a few different soups from the last time I was there. Now that it's cold outside, the soup really hit the spot. Service was great, and my mom and I had a good time here. Overall, I was happy to eat here, and now that the weather's getting cold, I plan on returning in the future.

Went here the other day for the first time. It reminds me of Panera Bread with a heavier emphasis on the soup. I liked that they allow you to sample the various soups. I had a sample of the the Chicken Pot Pie which was very good. I was trying for something healthier so I got the Chicken Veggie Chop Chop and then also got a Turkey club. The soup was good. Very hot which I liked. The Turkey club was okay but I think that they forgot to put the bacon on it. My friend got the same sandwich and said his was there but was hard to find. Overall it was a good experience. Another place to go in the fast casual category. I will most likely to again.

Dear Zoup - YOU ROCK!!! Please don't ever go away! Best lunch in town. Amazing soups - and that's coming from a girl who makes her soups from scratch. xoxoxoxoxo

I had the crab soup with a small bag of veggie chips. It was really good. Paying $5 for fast food soup is ridiculous but this is soup that would rival any white table cloth restaurant. so it is a steal at this price.

Always loves their soup varieties! Soups are usually made with an animal-based broth, but they offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan friendly soups and more! It is not limited at all! The service at this location is the best out of the few I've tried, price for a decent launch meal averages about 8-10 bucks, upgrades are reasonably priced and generous. The tuna sandwich is so good with the capers in it! And finAlly a cheddar broccoli soup I can have!

The soup here is pretty good but I think the business model in general is kind of flawed. My wife has brought carryout from here home a couple times now and like I said it's okay soup but it's also pretty expensive for what you get. I would rate the soup alone higher but the value factor brings the score down. Imho.

My visit to Zoup was not a great one. While there was a good variety of soup to choose from, the bowl I ordered ended up being cold and the side bread was extremely small. In addition, the meal was pretty expensive considering it's quality. However, the soup's taste was good and filling. All in all, this Zoup is certainly not my first pick, but isn't terrible if you're looking for a quick bite to eat.

Seems expensive to me $14 for a bowl of soup, roll, salad with no meat and a coffee. They also had no creamer and said they weren't offering coffee on the future

I never get to go to zoup as I live across the country but when I'm in the Detroit area, I always stop by and get the Lobster Bisque. It's soooo good! Also the Pot Pie is great, the butternut squash soup is a favorite and summer gaspacho is cold and refreshing. If I had the $, I'd franchise one of these and put it in LA.

Dear Zoup!, I love you, so much. Why aren't you in the Northern VA area? Oh well, I guess I will just make it a point to stop in for a visit whenever I'm in suburban Detroit for work, which is almost often enough to satisfy my new cravings for your delicious and healthy soups and salads. Seriously, folks: if you are a soup fan, they have like a rotation of 30 soups, and they have an amazing selection of salads as well. If you are following some sort of a regimen (Weight Watchers, calorie counting, whatever), their nutrition information is very comprehensive and very easy to acquire. Their ingredients are simple and their food is fresh. Oh, and their employees are very friendly. Another plus? I got out of here with a filling cup of spicy chili, a big fresh salad, and a piping hot sourdough roll for under $8, including tax! I tried both chilis - delicious! Also, they offer samples of their soups if you haven't made up your mind. This place exceeded my expectations!

good stuff! It's like a Panera bread with a much wider and better soup selection. The chicken pot pie soup is a must try.

Just what I needed after starving from airplane sleep deprivation. A cup of soup. It was really good. I was a little nervous because it was mid day and we were the only people in there besides the overly enthusiastic soup servers. If tool three people to serve me my soup. But it was good. What can I say?

I had a big meeting at our offices today and I decided to have Zoup cater the lunch. We were 17 for lunch today and I spoke with the manager at Zoup and took his recommendations for a nice meal that was comprised of a very large half sandwich per person, five large jugs of soup, a large side salad and the nice breads that Zoup provides along with the soups we ordered. The lunch exceeded our expectations. The various soups we selected were wonderful and they were delivered nice an hot. The assorted sandwiches we ordered were also top notch and enjoyed by all. The salad was tasty and the presentation was very nice. The rolls and butter were fresh and appreciated. After all the dust settled, we had leftovers, even after some of the people went back for seconds and more. The order was delivered right on time and not a single item was missing or wrong. The ,meal for 17 people came to around $ 171 including the tax. When I placed the order, I found that the restaurant itself was neat and clean and the service at the counter was second to none. We will certainly use Zoup again for future business lunches. It was great!

Just like other Zoup! locations they let you sample as much as you want and are patient as you try to basically sample everything lol! They get busy at lunch but the staff remains patient and pleasant. They offer a vegetarian and vegan option and clearly label it. I find that some of the choices at Zoup! have an aftertaste and are salty. They have good salad options. If they fixed the flavor issue, this and all Zoup! locations would be a solid 4 star option for me.

There are always 9 different soups in rotation. The combo is a great deal - soup and/or salad and/or half sandwich. Great selections. Healthy options. Free samples. Today, I had the pumpkin bisque. DELICIOUS! I usually order the grilled cheese - it is a great comfort food option. Today, I tried the chicken fajita soup - very tasty but too spicy for me. They also have free wi-fi.

So, this was my first time eating at Zoup. The establishment was well kept and inviting at first glance. Aside from a short wait which is why I am knocking down one star, I was very satisfied with the experience. Now for the food: I sampled 3 different types, Lobster Bisque, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee and the White Bean Chicken Chilli. Although All three were good I decided to go with the chicken chilli. It had a healthy mix of chicken, veggies and obviously white beans. For the price you pay you really do get a large and delicious portion. I paired this with a with a Chicken Toscana Sandwich. They call this a half sandwich but I must admit this was a very large half sandwich, the peppers and onions tasted fresh, the chicken was flavorful, no complaints. Upon leaving the manager/ owner apologized for the wait and asked how my first experience was. Customer service and quality of product go a long way for me, I definately recommend!

Soup is absolutely delicious! Chicken pot pie is really good for winter and lobster bisque has delicious chunks of lobster. Sandwich selection could be better.

Had the lobster bisque, it was delicious! Chunks of lobster, best I have had in a longggggg time! Very clean! Bathrooms are weird, Mens are far left of store Womens are far right around a corner, I thought someone was playing a joke! Could be an issue if someone was having a "bathroom emergency". But once in they are clean and nicely decorated!
