Over the years, I have been in various pro-shops in countless bowling centers in the Metro Detroit area. Believe me when I say that some are better than others, and should close their doors for good. However, if you're looking for the best of the very best, then Strike Masters Pro Shop is the place to go. Located inside the Novi Bowl, Strike Masters is owned by professional bowler Cheryl Daniels, who brings many years of experience to the business. She can not only select the best ball to improve your game regardless of your skill level, but also recommend any accessories you may need. Cheryl, is not only a certified driller, but is part of an excellent coaching staff at the Novi Bowl, with over 38 years of combined experience. This past summer I went with a friend of mine from China to visit Strike Masters, on a recommendation from a friend of hers that lives in the area. Nancy, wanted a new ball to replace her old Brunswick product, and after 20 minutes decided on a new Hammer Taboo after talking to Cheryl's assistant Darlene. After bring drilled and loaded with finger tip grips and a thumb slug, she took her ball out and rolled two games and was blown away by how well her new ball performed. Nancy remarked that the pro shops back in Shanghai were second rate when compared to this place. So if your a bowler looking to improve your game, or buy new shoes, this is the place to go.
