Thought I was going to have a great experience... Nope! Although the wait staff was nice (and even brought my to go order outside to me) it doesn't make up for serving inedible food. I ordered a skillet with no mushrooms. I get to my destination a few minutes after leaving with my order and there is an entire layer of mushrooms under the cheese. Hard to see in the dimly lit cab of a truck. After picking those out I started into eating. No flavor, under salted, under seasoned. I cut into and take a bite of sausage which instantly turns to mush in my mouth. Quickly spitting it out I check the rest of the sausage, cutting into it smooshes raw bloody pork sausage all over the remainder of my meal in the togo container. (Again, dimly lit truck cab). RAW PORK SAUSAGE!!! I threw the entire meal away (except for what I already ate and I refuse to force myself to vomit into a trash can).

I haven't been to Denny's in a few years. After I seem there commercial I decided to give them a try. I ordered there featured skillet. I asked for well done potatoes and I got a skillet if grease (zoom in on the picture). As I was eatting my plate of grease and eggs, I see a big hair. I showed the waitress and she didn't say anything and took it away. She came back with the bill and took the skillet off. She did say sorry when she brought the check, you could tell she didn't care. It would have been nice to have a manager stop bye...Did I mention how nasty the bathroom was? Denny's sure has fallen on hard times. Look at the pictures there was 1 other table in the restaurant during peak busy breakfast time. I could hear the waitress with glasses say "there's no money to be made today". Gee I wonder why? Take care of your customers and don't serve them garbage.

The crazy weather has been making headlines for weeks. I'm not from around here, so when two tables started conversing about weather, I thought they might be friends. They were not. Next thing you know, people at tables from across the room are jumping in about the weather. The great thing was, everybody was unique. Different ages, races, sexes, cultures, hometowns, and situations in life. I thought I missed the memo on a flash mob. It was great. People weren't self-absorbed or staring at iSomethings...they were a community. For one brief and shining moment, the world was right again. Food was what you expect at Denny's, and I mean that in a good way. Or was it Camelot?

I'm not sure what's up with the terrible reviews, but I go to this Denny's for late night with a large group almost every Saturday. Our orders are almost always right and the food has never been bad. The manager seems kind of grumpy, but the waitstaff is always polite and even know some people in the group by name.

I feel very bad but I just have to say what I think. The service was awful. I took my siblings there for a very late night bite to eat and it was horrible. The 2 waitresses were very rude and unkind. The food was ok. We felt like we were bothering the waitress every time we asked her for something. Felt rushed to order and kept giving us dirty looks. I like Denny's but they seriously have got to work on their customer service and the attitudes of everyone that works there PRONTO.

Denny's is where id go when i feel like clogging my artery with bacon fat and sugary syrups. I love the breakfast slams. So i stopped by this denny's on morning after an unsuccessful scouting mission to the twelve oak's apple store for the ipad 2. U know im about to complain if i give you that much back story. I walked in waited around to be seated. After i sat down i was given menu. Ordered an orange juice. Waitress came back 2 mins later asked if im ready to order. Ordered my food. Food came. 2 mins later the check came. Not to be weird but i hope that reflected how i felt. I felt like i was rushed through the whole thing. After i hurried through my breakfast, i then waited for 10 mins at the cashier for someone to get my check. Ive been to other denny's and the services were way better. Food wise the only complaint i have is the orange juice taste like water. Not kidding.

First of all when I walked in with My family the staff were not prepared to seat us. But when we did finally were seated,we took a glance at the menus, and then fled the place quickly having seen the prices!!! Let Me tell you why, when I was a kid, Denny's was the place to go for a good a cheap meal home of the grand slam breakfast, NOW they charge $8.00-$12.00 for ANY meal, including breakfast. We didn't stay to have a taste of their food, but if you want to spend a wallet worth on a meal, ENJOY and be their guest! Because I am not spending $8.00-$12.00 on breakfast!

My boyfriend and I go to this Denny's at least once a month. We always have great service except once when I tried to order the cranberry apple chicken salad without chicken (I'm vegetarian), my young server gave me a weird look and told me to order the house salad instead. I was insulted and angry and told him what I wanted and he got it for me (kind of wish they give me a discount since there wasn't any chicken, oh well). We never had that server again so all in all, great food and nice servers. I recommend it.

I called to get a to go order since they seem to be pushing carry out. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and eventually decided to calm back. I was told my food would be ready in 10 minutes, drove right over, and it ended up being a 25 minute wait. I will not be back any time soon.

eh....its ok. This is only my 2nd experience at a Denny's and my 1st experience was over 10 years ago. Service was slow, despite the fact that it was dead, and the food selection was crumby. There was hardly any dinner choices, just breakfast and sandwiches. I wouldn't go back unless I was starving to death - which I was when we decided to eat here on Saturday.

oh denny's......i've spent wayyy too many late nights after going to concerts here, and this one always just had a good vibe to it. the food isn't anything special, and denny's is kinda wayy more than, say, big boy, but it always won out b/c it was open 24 hours, the servers were always pretty accepting of dealing with a semi obnoxious group of kids, and it reminded my friend and i of a rilo kiley song. yeah, we're lame, but that's ok! plus they always put all the tabs seperate which makes it easy to figure out who owes what

MOONS OVER MY HAMMY I cannot say enough about this amazing breakfast sandwich...it is available at all times of the day. Unfortunately the awesome item is secret! Moons Over My Hammy is not even featured on the menu....its a secret menu item. Moons is a breakfast sandwich with Scrambled Eggs, Ham, Swiss Cheese, American Cheese, on sourdough white bread. Moons also comes with a side of hash browns or french fries. Moons is very filling and you will leave full!! Highly recommend this to anyone that likes a good sandwich. Remember that Moons Over My Hammy isn't on the menu but its secret. Trust me and order it....it's a Denny's staple! The Waitstaff are awesome and have been working there for years...I mean c'mon its america's favorite diner! And I always come back for Moons!

I would have given them 5 stars but there was an strong odor from the bathroom as we walked in. However, the hostess n the waitress were absolutely great. The food came out quick/hot n tasty. My son had a monster burger n fries w/ghost sauce. I had a fantastic 4 cheese omelette n my mom had some sort of Chicken sandwich w/onions n mushrooms on a wheat bun. We all tried each other's food everything was great

I can't really review the food or service seeing as I never was seated. Waited 20 minutes for someone to seat me and the 10 other people in line. I left before I died of starvation and boredom.

Not sure why this Denny's has such bad reviews. We went on Labor Day so I was expecting the worst, but our waitress was super nice and timely, and the food tasted great, especially considering I haven't been to a Denny's in years. I got one of the make-your-own Grand Slams, and I got it with buttermilk pancakes (2 of them), turkey bacon, toast, and ham. The turkey bacon tasted a bit too bacon-ish for me (I hate regular bacon but LOVE turkey bacon) but everything else was delicious. I tried some hash browns too that my dining companion had ordered and those were good too. My meal was about $7 which isn't bad either. The first time I used the restroom there were paper towels piled up (ie, ready to be tossed out) but the second time it was all cleaned up. That would be my only complaint with this Denny's, which surprised me because it was Labor Day too (not as many/etc people working).

Worst dining experience I've ever had. You would be better off picking up drive-thru at McDonalds. The server we had would go straight from cleaning a table, to getting drunk refills, back to bussing, then to the kitchen to get food without ever washing her hands. All this on top of the fact it took 10 minutes to be greeted, 10 more minutes just to get our waters, and another 30 minutes to get our food when there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. It's obvious that the management and servers don't care about providing a good experience. Save yourself the time and hassle, and eat elsewhere.

The menu is great, but I'm so surprised the bathrooms are disgusting. There are several People working there who are very strange and act like they are doing you a favor helping you. I like Denny's, but not this one. Oh, and if you go on the weekend late, you will see the bar crowd coming in, Management doesn't do anything to settle all the young drunks down. I do want to compliment there are a few Waitresses there that are good at there job, otherwise meh.

My first impression was that I was slightly horrified at the waitress. While she was nice, her hair was in her face and her hat was so low that you couldn't see her eyes. Gross. We ordered our food and asked for no mushrooms. We had our niece and nephew with us, so they ordered and my wife and I ordered the same menu item- veggie omelet without mushrooms. Pretty simple, right? Our food came (barely without a piece of hair because the waitress had the tray on her shoulder) and it looked gross. How much grease do you expect to see when you order a veggie omelet? None. With once glance, I could tell that there were mushrooms on my plate. When the waitress (finally) came back, I advised her that there were mushrooms. This was how the conversation went: W: "Is everything okay" M: "no, there are mushrooms and I asked for no mushrooms" W: "I wrote down no mushrooms. Are you SURE there are mushrooms? M: "Yes, here's one...here's one..." W: "Well, are there a lot??" M: "There is at least one, which is too many." W: "Maybe they were on the grill?? Do you need me to have them make you another?" M: "Well, I asked for no mushroom, so yes. Thank you." *Waitress proceeds to SHOW THE DISH to the manager....and they LITERALLY had a conversation for 5 minutes on whether or not there were mushrooms.* Are you kidding me? There were mushrooms ON TOP OF THE FREAKING OMELET!!! She brought me the replacement and said "He says he didn't add mushrooms to the first one, but here you go...." The only reason we went here was because we were in the area and hungry and had a gift card. I would never return, unless I was drunk. Stay away. Denny's needs to be shut down. Period.

We waited a bit over 10 minutes before we were approached by a waitress to ask for waters. We ordered the chicken fried steak and the avocado bacon burrito. You can't mess up the fried steak and that meal was devoured in less than 20 minutes. On the other hand, I would never order the burrito again. There was any bacon in it or avocado. There was a huge amount of eggs and onions that was supposed to be the pico de gallo. I ate less than half and couldn't stomach anymore.

Horrible horrible horrible. My 1st time back in 3 years, and worse than before. As soon as I got out of my car I was bombed with an employee on break smoking in front of the restaurant (can't complain as the manager joins him). The employee is blasting his music on his phone with every other word N-this and N-that. Inside, the only employee who greats me is the only one actually working. My eventual waitress looks at me and walks away. Where I sat I could see the door. This was normal here as the manager even once turned his back to waiting customers. After almost arguing with my waitress (after waiting for her to come to the table almost 10 minutes) over the fact I didn't want coffee, she kept insisting. When I'd get my food, she placed everything on the opposite side of the table! I sat on the other side of the booth, on her close edge. Really not a reach for her. She was quick with my bill, and never checked on my food once or even me at all after that. Thanks, Juliana. My last review was almost as bad 3 years ago (same manager) on another site. I just don't get how this place stays open (its the only late night option in the area), or how this manager keeps his job. Guess I'll try it again, in 5 years!

I've only been to Denny's twice in my life. This was my first midnight experience, and it was everything I expected, and more. Wow. Strange workers? Check. Clientele? Oh yeah. The greasiest eggs and somehow slightly soggy toast, bad coffee, and "gravy" that was curdling and congealing before the waitress set it on the counter in front of me? Check check check and CHECK! Was I disappointed? Not really. I knew what I was getting into, and it was somehow just what I was craving after watching the Red Wings finally won a game at the Joe. To be a teenager again....
