I placed an order about 20 minutes in advance. When I got to the store it was a little crowded, they told me the pizza wasn't ready yet even though they said it should be ready by the time I got there. I waited and waited for my pizza since I already paid for it, by the time I got my pizza it had been at least a half an hour wait. The wait was so bad that one or two customers left. The food was good but it was not worth the wait. I don't even remember them saying sorry for the wait or anything.

Mary Sacco's Pizza is usually my last choice for pizza. It's not that the pizza is terrible although there are a lot better places out there. It's the service that is always terrible. The employees always seem unhappy and rude while my order has NEVER been ready on time. I feel like they don't actually start making my order until after I am there to pick it up. On a couple occasions they have also gotten my order wrong.

I love cheesy, thick crusted pizza and Mary Sacco's deep dishes are delectable. I always get sick from overeating but I would never blame that on them! I recommend their chicken bacon ranch pizza and I HIGHLY recommend ordering carryout with their online system to ensure no miscommunication, I ordered via telephone and my order wasn't the way I requested, literally, three times in a row. I went back because the location is too convenient and using the online ordering, I haven't been let down. Salads are a bit overpriced for the size. I rated 2 stars because of my bad experience ordering by phone, I swear a delivery boy hit my boyfriends car, and because I feel that its cheap and unfair to do NO substitutions on specialty pizzas.

Had pizza for the first time from here this week. Really good and I'd certainly go there again. We had the Ultimate and two item pie and both were great. Definitely recommend.

I'd concur with several of the others here. Had an Italian grander, and it was definitely above average for the Monroe area. But I was told 10 minutes; it took 25, and nobody seemed the least concerned or apologetic. I guess if time is no object, you can get good food here. Takeout only.
