Great coffee shop and restaurant in a great location. I eat here too often. Always good, sometimes very good. Daily soups and features are great. Pie to die for. And the folks that work here are super nice. Not a late dinner spot, and no booze wine or beer, but that's fine with me.

I was in Menominee for the first time, and ate at the Serving Spoon twice during my stay. The first time I had a simple breakfast of toast, eggs, bacon. It was perfect. I'm always scared of ordering scrambled eggs, because they are often rubbery and/or runny. These were perfect! I had coffee, and Mike (I think that was his name)(barista) was so friendly and offered quality service and java! Oh, and the price was amazing! cheaper than a greasy diner, tasted better than a 5 star restaurant. The second visit I hung out for hours in their relaxing back room, and drank a "shot in the arm" (I think? maybe shot in the dark?) it was a suggestion (by barista, Shastell) when I said I want something strong, but espresso is too strong. To have a barista able to not only make an amazing drink, but personalize the service to find me a drink I'd like, is rare these days! This place is so much better than any corporate or chain coffee hut. Try it, you will fall in love. Fair prices, jovial employees, cool crafts and things, and free WIFI. I can't imagine a trip to Menominee without several stops at the Serving Spoon!

Nice place on the water. Tuna Melt was perfect. Mud pie spice was enough for 3 people and super delicious

This is always a favorite spot to stop in Menominee. We sat inside which was really a little too hot. I would suggest fans! The food was excellent as always!! We got the caramel coffee...it was tasty. Bacon was devoured by our two children!! We ordered the chicken salad sandwich, it was excellent!! The only negative would be the flies inside. They were everywhere! But, we'll be back!! We love this cute little place!

My son was playing a baseball game across the river in marinette and during a break we decided to venture out a see the lake. I searched for 'coffee and tea' on yelp and this little gem came up. So cute!! It was on a Saturday and there was a farmers market across the street at the marina and a live band playing. We snagged a cute table on the charming front porch. It was mid morning and we weren't that hungry so we ordered some hot lattes, hash browns and a plate of bacon. Okay those hash browns were so delicious, we asked for two more orders! The kitchen was closing its breakfast menu down, but the server asked and they agreed to make us the hash browns. Honestly, so so good - I look forward to going back. A+

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. It has a lot of options for vegetarians, and a casual coffeeshop vibe that's perfect for solo diners. If the weather's nice, sit on the front porch! It's the best.

A solid 5 stars! Atmosphere was perfect, I felt like I was in a quaint little cafe in Seattle. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful as was the staff. This may be a weekly visit.

The breakfast was really good. The food was fresh, and you get a good amount for the price. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly.

Cute, clean atmosphere. Friendly faces. Coffee is delicious! My only wish is that it wouldn't have taken 15 minutes after getting our coffee for the waitress to come back for our food order. Though the line at the register was pretty busy. I will go back!

My favorite breakfast place in the area, you won't regret having lunch here either and sometimes we just come here for dessert. You'll find your standard breakfast items and one of a kind dishes as well. The Greek omelet is a personal favorite and my husband loves the breakfast burrito. Their Eggs Benedict are a bit of perfection and their fruit plate is generous too. Heck, everything is good. Great coffee and latte and if your a vegetarian, they cater to you too. And don't forget dessert. One of the only places in town that you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the marina and Green Bay. Consistently great food, friendly staff and a warm inviting atmosphere. You can't go wrong here. Did I mention they have homemade desserts?

First of all - I loved the number of vegetarian options. We tried the black bean burger and the veggie burger - both were great. Second of all, the prices were great. But - my biggest complaint is that they give you tortilla chips instead of fries. It would be one thing if they made their own salsa or Pico or something, but nope you get a burger, a pickle spear, and a handful of plain tortilla chips. It just struck me as odd.

Great place to have breakfast or get coffee right across from the lake. The food was very good but the reason I have a 4 out 5 review is because the portions are small & service was slow. Beautiful setting, I recommend sitting on the porch vs inside though weather permitting. I had the veggie omlete that was loaded with lots of stuff though could use a more cheese. My boyfriend had the corned beef hash that was good but small so he also had a crossiant sandwich. Love the many choices of toast, I had raisin bread.

This cute little cafe right off the bay just drew us in from our car cruise down 1st St. on one of those cold winter days at the end of March when you just wish it would all finally be over. Even the plunk car sitting on the ice in the marina seemed to be saying "get it over with already." We just went in for coffee and dessert, assuming (correctly) that this place would provide both high quality caffeine products as well as delicious pies and pastries.

I've eaten at the 'spoon quite a bit. Food ranges from average to very good, depending on the cook. Atmosphere not bad, but it can get a bit noisy. The owner has her good days and her bad days. Her bad days normally include calling out employees in front of customers, which is never comfortable. Prices a little on the high side for what you get.

Good coffee and sandwiches. I get coffee here often when in town. One of the few places to get a good mocha.

Ate dinner here while I was in town for work. It was delicious! I had a wonderful soup, grilled roast beef sandwich, and a fabulous rhubarb, cherry pie for dessert. The restaurant is located in a victorian house on the main street downtown with views of the lake. The price was affordable and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go there again!

Cute lunch and coffee shop just across the street from the marina in an old house. It's old wood floors and bright paint give the place a great vibe. Food was good and portions were very generous for a low price. Service was attentive and friendly as well. My veggie sandwich (not even sure of some of the veggies included) was delicious, but definitely not on the lighter side (butter grilled bread, oil, and cheese all added).
