I'm not too impressed with this place. I ordered carry out. The order taker didn't seem too enthused. Picking up the order didn't go so well either. This place seems to lack customer service skills all around Asked for one thing to be omitted from my grinder (tomato) and guess what was on the grinder??? Tomato. I just picked them off. I figured it wouldn't make a difference to call and complain. I also ordered wings and a pizza. The wings weren't that great. They were baked, not deep fried, and soggy. I wouldn't have ordered the wings if I knew they were baked. My fault for not asking I suppose... The pizza was ok. I probably won't return. Italia's in Marysville is a better option.

Stopped while passing thru on the way home from the Detroit airport. Ordered the Shephard's Pie special and it was excellent. I'd been here once before and had the Chicken Pot Pie special which was also outstanding. If the regular menu items are as good as the specials then you won't be disappointed. Service was good and the waiter very attentive without smothering us.

We just had another perfect grinder! I really like this place. It is surprising that they are not swamped with business. The price of a meal is good. The portions are large. The place is clean and decorated in a tasteful manner. They even have a jukebox and a fuss ball table. It located on a main road. Maybe it is because the rest of the plaza is kind of run down? I highly recommend trying them out for lunch. Maybe before shopping at Meijer?

Stopped here on Sunday afternoon with a couple good friends. Each of us ordered from the menu, but when I ordered last from the specials menu, my buddies decided to change their orders. So, we all ordered a daily special, Chicken Cordon Bleu, with cheesy broccoli soup. We also each ordered Arnold Palmers for belly washers. Our waitress had a pretty easy time with us :-) Since each of my dining party was former military, I thought I'd ask about a military discount. Our waitress checked, and the owner gladly gave us a 10% discount. Thank you!

This place was recommended to me by my work, I am new to the area. I ordered a steak grinder, apparently that is what they are known for. After waiting for what I considered a large amount of time given how busy the restaurant was and what I ordered I finally got my lunch. First thing I noticed was the canned mushrooms, and was immediately put off. Then I noticed they took the top of the sub bun, put mayo on it, then baked the cheese on that. OMG, I almost vomited. Warm mayo???? I just couldn't eat it. The lovely waitress seemed a bit taken back that I told her it was NOT edible. I did enjoy the onion rings, they were good. She did have another grinder made for me, I requested a pizza grinder. It came out with cheese, sauce and some pepperoni. Honestly, subway is better.

We came in and ate there for the first time. They were out of some of the specials. The food was okay. But we left smelling like our food. I wish their ventilation system was better because I won't go back to the restaurant knowing when I leave I smell like food.
