We love going here---there's always a different crowd every time, unlike a lot of other bars in the area. The live music adds an authentic layer to the dining experience, and on days when we'd like quiet, the patio is a nice place to get away with your cocktail. While they are usually pretty busy, the service at Tina's is good. Best of all, I have yet to be disappointed in a meal. Their food & beverage menu has an exceptionally diverse range.

Had lunch there today. First timer. Ordered the Cuban panini. It was disappointing. The panini wasn't heated enough to melt the cheese. The ham was lunch meat. No pickle inside the sandwich. .I expected more. My friend got a Maurice salad. The pickles weren't gerkins as stated on the menu. Just full spears instead. Think it ruins that salad. Our waitress was wonderful. Really nice!

Great food and really friendly staff. They really give large portions of food. The Michigan Salad is one of the best I have had. They have great music on the weekends. Classic rock mostly. Very entertaining. We will go there often now that we have tried it. This place is really worth giving a try. It has a very wide variety on the menu.

Absolutely amazing from service to food to drinks every time. We sadly don't get to come here as often as we wish we could, but we sure damn do try. Lobster pasta, jalapeño chicken wrap. Green tea shot is amazing. Check it out. They even have a banquet hall for awesome parties!

After recommendations to try this place, my wife and I finally gave it a whirl. The service was s l o w.... very slow. It took them 10 minutes after being seated to see a waitress. After ordering our food it was a really long while before it was brought out. I had a burger and fries and some beef barley soup. The burger was ok, nothing special that's for sure. It was greasy and the bottom of the bun was dripping wet. The fries seemed like they were homemade and were decent enough. The soup was ok, but had some weird seasoning in it that wasn't too great. All in all, it's an ok place. Would I recommend it? Nope. It's very average at best.

I really like this place. I'm sad I moved far far away from it. Their spinach and artichoke dip is to die for!! You must get it! Every single time my husband and I have gone here it has been PACKED. As soon as you walk in, you are greated by the bar and there is absolutely nowhere to stand if there aren't any tables available. They should have extra room by the door so you can sit or stand out of the way while waiting for a table. Service is kindda slow but their food is great. I love to try their different specials they have. I had some kind of meatloaf and noodles one day and I'm so sad that it is not on their menu. It was so good! Entrees come with soup and portions are large so you will be full!

Possibly the worst service I've ever had. Our waitress (Christina C.) wasn't attentive except when I saw her collecting tips from tables that had already left. She didn't ask how the food was or even ask if we wanted refills until she brought boxes for our food. (Our drinks were nearly empty when the food was served) It was $30 for 2 non alcoholic drinks, 2 sandwiches and a small bowl of soup. I certainly won't be back anytime soon. The only thing they did right were the homemade chips that they serve as a side, but that can easily be over looked for everything they do wrong. Sorry I was unimpressed.

I enjoy having lunch or dinner during the summer on their patio. Food is always good and less expensive than some other places in the area.

The service is kind of slow and the place isn't that big so... I don't know. The food was amazing though. Fan them on Facebook and you can see what their daily specials are. They have a large beer selection and outdoor seating so it's great for summer dinner's. And it's pretty cheap!

Tina's is a GRAT place with GREAT food! I have never been disappointed going there and I ALWAYS have a great time. Kathy & Mary Jo really know how to treat people! Summertime is awesome as well with the spacious, private patio. You can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu but I personally LOVE the steak bites!

I wrote a review a few weeks ago that I would never go back. Upon glancing at my news feed on Facebook I seen a post from Tavern at Tina's 2 days ago that read the following: Tavern Dinner Specials FRIED ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND CHEESE RAVIOLI FRIED BREADED SAUSAGE AND CHEESE STUFFED RAVIOLI SERVED WITH ALFREDO-$5.99 Soups BBQ Chicken Pizza Beef Barley Beef Tenderloin with Portabella Mushrooms Chargrilled USDA Beef Tenderloin Filets with Portabella Mushrooms And Madeira Wine Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Summer Vegetables-$14.99 There were a few other items for around the same $14.99 price, but what caught my attention was the second "dinner" as it states. So I thought I'd give this place a second chance. I order the second thing on their post. I'm thinking this could be like a corn dog idea but with Italian Sausage! So I thought I'd be getting a breaded and deep fried Italian Sausage on my plate next to some Cheese Stuffed Ravioli's next to some Alfredo.....nope out comes 5 1x1 inch Ravioli's that have about a teaspoon of Italian Sausage in it. The Ravioli itself was breaded and deep fried. That works out to be 1.20 a Ravioli that was no bigger than Chef Boy R Dee. Mind you, there was no Alfredo to be found. How can that be a dinner? We ended up disappointed again with this false advertising and had to go else where where you actually got a meal.

Finally gave this place a try on a couple of occasions. The food I have had is pretty good, although nothing particularly special. I would recommend the Chicken Fingers. They have some type of a sesame crust and are very good. The sandwiches and burgers are good, but nothing you couldn't find in a dozen other places. The service was good. We sat on the patio, which is lovely. I will go back, but probably just for appetizers and drinks on the patio.

The first time was good... This time, the food was good as was the service by Nicolle. The problem I had was the woman in the window booth..... Spread out across the seat and yelling at her kid, from across the room. Afraid it will be a time before a return visit.

A decent enough place, especially given that it's a little further north than I usually hit in my travels. Went there with a friend to meet up with a mutual friend, and had a decent enough night out there. - Drinks: good selection of beer, and the bartender who was there knew how to handle the basics of making decent drinks. - Food: solid. Of the three things eaten, all of them were well received and enjoyed. - Karaoke: Wanna make friends fast? Sing Neil Diamond or anything from the 'country' genre...just don't screw it up.

Tinas is always great! I love their tortilla soup, even though I wish they had it more often. I'm a picky eater and really appreciate their burgers and grilled cheese, both very good. Nice atmosphere, good place to relax after work. I've never had a bad experience here :)

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
