Turn over, Turn over, Turn over... and not the food either. Turn over of Employees at this location is embarrassing. Management do nothing in this location to encourage workers to stay on. They have workers that have been at this location for a long time and have never received a raise!!! They tell them that it is because they do not have their Gold certificate or some garbage, but Management doesn't train the employees to do anything, they make them work crazy shifts and never once do employees receive a raise??? Korryn, is a very sweet girl and has been there for a good amount of time, and her brother Toby as well. They are pleasant and helpful every time we go in here, but once we found out these workers were over worked and never received a raise, well we simply stopped going to this location! No wonder why we can never get use to a face in this place, they are not doing what every other fast food location does, give their good workers raises!!! 90 days on a job is usually the standard raise period!!! Wow, that is a shame. It is never busy in there, and I wondered why, so I did some snooping around and found out this tragic fact!!! The service we get from Korryn and her Brother happens to be the only reason we ever go in here, but now that I found out that this Arby's doesn't give raises to it's employees', we will never go back here again!! The General manager is there a lot, but she sits on her butt in the office all the time and Managers on the floor seem to be busy ducking in and out of the office all of the time, so the whole store is run by these kids that never get raises and always smile when you talk to them!!! Sad, I hope that all of the employees leave this place, no owner should ever allow that to happen to their employees. We will have to go to 23 mile from now on, because we just can't support a business that doesn't treat it's employees' with respect and show them the proper support. What a sad story. Good luck with the business, because that is why you are empty. Too Greedy to give the kids that work there raises!!! Stay away from here, they do not deserve your money, these kids are being used and abused!! Oh, and the one Manager seems to always be drinking, and she tries to cover it up but we can smell it on her, Tina. Sorry, I hate to be that brutally honest, but she is always smelling of alcohol and we are not the only ones that have said this. Bad management, bad practices and managers that are nipping on the job??? Just an observation... We will not spend another dollar here. Korryn and Toby and the rest of the Employees need to leave this terrible location and find a better owner that will treat them right! Good luck kids and Arby's, what a shame.
