Had a great stay! Nice old home converted into a B&B a few blocks from shopping. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and Ola was a tremendous chef, the breakfasts were great. Snacks were provide all times of day, turn down service was very nice. Met some interesting people at the family table.

This place was amazing! From the beautiful decor to the perfect breakfast served in the morning. Our was pleasantly welcomed by a younger girl (I can't remember her name but I remember she recommended Mac Wood's Dune Rides) who showed us to the fantastic studio suit. We all slept comfortably and woke up to an amazing breakfast. When i tell you everything was cooked perfectly, I mean it! We will be coming back.

Breakfast was nice and Kathy was very sweet. Wasn't a fan of tub only in the bathroom and some aspects of the house could use updating. It's a very old house.

My wife, two kids and I stayed here recently for a night on our way to Traverse City. Kathy is a gem. Sweet and accommodating on all fronts. We stayed on the top floor. LOTS of space, a few funky sleeping areas carved out of the attic, wild shower / toilet all in same room, etc. The breakfast and staff helping Kathy were excellent. I didn't want meat, and Kathy made scrambled eggs just for me. Great place to stay.

We had just taken the ferry from Manitowoc, WI and landed safely in Ludington. I promised my wife that I would find her a special place to stay for our last two nights of our "vacation with no destination." I jumped on The Yelp while we were waiting on our car to be driven off the ferry and one of the first places that popped up was this, what appeared to be lovely, Bed and Breakfast, The Inn Bed and Breakfast of Ludington. I placed a quick call, they had availability and Kathy, the Inn Keeper invited us to stop by and take a look - before we said that we would stay. When we arrived about 3 min later, we were welcomed by Kathy with invitations of coffee, crackers and snacks, before we said we would stay. We saw truly lovely furniture and decorations trout the lower level that made us feel like we were back in the early 1900's. We were escorted up the grand staircase to our choice of rooms. (We were there a little off season and it was not busy). Every room we saw was meticulously decorated and had our own air conditioning controls. We stayed in the "master suite" that had a large wood buring fireplace, that worked, and the section of the house that had a turret. (This was my wires favorite). Every room had its own bathroom, tv (we did not use it much the room was too nice). In the morning when we awoke to the yummy smells of Bacon and eggs being prepared for us and the two other couples that were staying there, we went downstairs and were treated to taste, and enjoy, those yummy smells. We made new friends and talked about all manner of things before we started our excursions for the day. Kathy was a superb hostess and directed us to where to eat and gave us the entire history of her home and how they continue to make the Inn of Ludington better and more enjoyabe, if that is possible. Ludington has a few B&B's, many motels and a few hotels. For the price, location, and most importantly the service, I don't know why anybody would choose to stay anywhere else. Our next trip up to the area will likely involve a stay here.

We stayed here for our excursion into the "wilds" of Michigan and I don't think I could have asked for a nicer place. The Inn is beautiful. We happened to be the only guests for that weekend and it was certainly lovely. Our room was the Victorian room. It's got a fireplace, a big bed, lots of room and it's own bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The other rooms are really nice too as we saw on our tour of the house. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious...fresh baked breads, juice, eggs and fruit awaited us both mornings. It was always extremely bountiful. I'd definitely recommend staying here again if you want a romantic weekend away from the city.
