Pleasantly surprised with this pizza. I am always looking for a new pizza place and I would go back for sure. The crust is unique and seems almost like a pretzel. Worth a try.

Terrible customer service! We normally love BC Pizza but will never step foot in this particular store again. We arrived at 1:40pm on Saturday. We walked past the buffet to the counter, there were still 4-5 tables with people but the buffet had less than a full pizza between the 2 different kinds on the buffet and all of the salad items. We wanted to order the buffet but she was very adamant we would not be having that. There was still 20 minutes left before 2 (the buffet goes from 11-2 on Saturday). We were told there was "only 15 minutes left" of the buffet and offered a "special of a large 3-topping pizza and bread sticks". I stated I just wanted a salad (meaning off their regular menu) and turned to my family to see what they wanted to do. The guy in the back came up and said they had a "large group coming in at 2" so they wouldn't be able to put more pizza out and the gal running the register very rudely and loudly said at that point "I will be pulling the cold stuff off the salad bar in 15 minutes whether you're done or not!" I never even had a chance to explain I was talking about a salad from their regular menu. We walked out, we do not need to pay for someone to be rude to us, we can get that for free! I emailed the corporate office last Sunday (the day after this incident) and never got a response from anyone, this is Friday. Before I post a review of a business on the internet, I like to give them time to make things right. At this point I feel this particular franchise owner endorses the poor treatment of their customers. I was a manager of a restaurant for many years and would never tolerate this treatment toward customers and would personally feel terrible if knew a family was treated in this manner under my management. ***Update*** I just received an email from the owner of the Lowell BC Pizza and I did give an extra star based on his response. He invited us to come back so he could offer the proper experience. I'm glad this was not completely ignored. Based on his response, I can now feel and endorse that they are willing to address situations appropriately.

All their za is so good. but the buffalo chicken is the best there is! Nice lunch buffet. The chx wings are terrible but what can you expect, it's a pizza joint and that's what they do well for sure. Nice staff and atmosphere

Food is OK but when I was there I saw a manager verbally tear into two high school girls working there he was threatening there jobs and was being a JERK his name was Chad. If my daughter was one of them he would have been sorry.

We ordered pizza from BC tonight and our overall experience was fantastic! We order via phone and had it delivered. The guy on the phone was very helpful and you could tell he enjoyed his job! Also, the delivery was here in 25 min!! I didn't even know that was possible, usually we wait close to an hour. I also noticed on the receipt that they don't charge a delivery fee, which I think is great because usually that fee doesn't go back to the driver but in fact the manager or business...so more tip for the guy driving! Pizza was hot, fresh and it looked nice. We got the inferno-red sauce, jalapeno,banana pepper, pepperoni, sausage and pepper flakes and buffalo chicken-spicy chicken, spicy ranch sauce, mozzarella and feta. The crust on both were a wonderful hand tossed, NY style. (the crust was my favorite part of a pizza) not sure if it's home made but its awesome. The inferno was our favorite. Spicy, zesty and just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The buffalo chicken was also delicious. However it was a bit cheesy and saucy. I guess a little sloppy, but good. I just wish it had more feta & chicken. Overall, pizza, service and speed was awesome!

I had a truly extraordinary exceptional experience ordering from BC tonight. The person who took my order delivered customer service above and beyond that of an average pizza take out employee. I know for a fact he provided me with the absolute best discount available and he also enthusiastically assured me the pizza would be cooked properly when I voiced concern over the under cooking of my pizza at a non-affiliated BC Pizza by my house. The pizza ended up perfectly baked and they also put on generous amounts of toppings and cheese. He also showed a high level of appreciation for my business when I told him I drove in from GR because I find BC to be the best of the fast food pizza chains and worth going out of my way for. I truly felt like a valued customer and for as good as the pizza was the service actually managed to make the meal even better. A+

Tonight is my second time ordering here and i will say for lowell, this is the best pizza around. It tastes great and isnt too greasy. It could be a little thicker. Also, there staff is always very nice and friendly :)
