Bad customer service. I have ordered here nearly 30 times sincere I lived here with not many complaints. There are a few items that I would say weren't bad. But....ordered the Bruschetta and it was BAD! Really you gave me 5 pieces of soggy bread with nasty pesta spread and sprinkled tomatoes on top along with mozzarella that doesn't belong on there and say its good. I called to complain and they request me to bring it back? Sure you will see me tomorrow for the very last time! Stupid people not knowing how to keep a customer happy!

I'm not a huge pizza person, but I have Been getting their subs for quite sometime now & they are always great!! I am also a huge fan of their breadsticks. Everything is cooked wonderfully and you get more than what you pay for!

Consistent tasting products from the pizza and sandwiches to the wings and bread. Delivery can sometimes be tricky with them but today they nailed it beating the quote by 22 minutes.

Both sides of the coin....... Got half a slab of ribs..good sauce and meaty Fries...good thick cut ones Pasta salad...awesomeness !!!! I would be happy with just a big bowl of this for lunch or dinner, I think they add magic to it to make it taste so good Philly Steak sub...epic fail, not tasty, was as if the made it then frozen the whole thing then reheated it for me in the micro So looks like the coin landed heads up,,,so I guess that means Thumbs Up : )

The cheeseburger sub is fantastic! I crave it way too often. I would give 5 stars but I'm always told 25-30 mins no matter how busy they are and it seems like they don't start making it until I walk in the door. I would pay by cc over the phone if their afraid of getting burned!

My husband came home from work the other night raving about the subs he and his crew got from Zino's. So we ordered some for dinner and he was right - they were fantastic! I got the Super and it was perfect. I had planned to eat only half and save the other half for my work lunch, but I ended up eating nearly the entire thing. I love "discovering" new places to eat! We order out a lot and will definitely order from Zino's again.

This place would get 5 stars for their delicious subs. (Probably the best sub I've ever had) But the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. The girl at this location is by far the rudest person ive ever met . Her attitude and tone of voice just suck. And the place is pretty dirty also.

I love this place!! Try the chicken parm sub or the sliders if you get tired of pizza!! But the pizza is awesome too.

I've been coming to Zino's for a little over a year now. The chicken wings are great, very meaty and crispy and the pizza is yummy as well. I don't recommend the subs though, you'd be better off going somewhere else for that.

I've been a regular customer at zinos for four years now. Never had one thing wrong with my food, I never once wanted to complain. They take such good care of their customers. I have always and will always be a true customer to this neighborhood pizzeria, I feel as though if people complain about a business more then once on multiple pages then it's probably because they want a free meal. on that note. Thank you zinos for always keeping me happy!!!

Great Pizza. Friendly Staff. The Subs are out of this world. For those people who complained about time, that was probably a one time thing, every time I have gone there I only wait about 10-15 minutes. For the quality and price of the food its a great deal! Im sad I will be moving away from Westland at the end of the month. I will definitely miss Zinos.

OK, I've been to Zino's upwards of 7 or 8 times now. I still stand by the fact that the subs are good, though admittedly I've only tried the Zino's Super. I have to admit that I won't be going back though. The service ranges from completely disinterested to rude, and the wait time is ridiculous! I've never gotten a sub sooner than 20 minutes from order time. Last week I called my order in and they told me 15 minutes. I got there 20 minutes later, and ended up waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes. This place can't survive with this kind of turn around and service. Good Luck with that!

Love the subs here!! Actually I Like quite a few of their menu items. Pizza and salads are one of my families go to favorites. I totally recommend Zinos!!

The food is low quality, greasy and gross. We got a Philly steak cheese sub was nasty. It was greasy and barely had any substance. The chicken parmesan sub was nothing to brag about. The zino cheese bread had a weird after taste.

Currently my favorite bang for the buck vs taste pizza. There is no one thing that makes this pizza pretty good but rather an amalgam of competent things that add up in the end. They hand make the dough. The sauce has some zing to it. They use quality cheese. They put a decent amount of fresh toppings on when you order them. They cook the pizzas long enough to get a little crusty and caramelize the veg and most importantly not leave you with a soggy mess like 90% of every pizza joint. Undercooked pizza is my pet peeve and with an all or mostly veg pizza it is a total disaster. Never had a problem here. My favorite is a bacon and green pepper pizza. Good amount of crunchy smoky bacon. Yummy. Tragedy is they are just past the limit of getting a pizza home in a reasonably quick time due to the distance from where I live so not practical for me to get it as much as I want. Lots of subs on the menu that look pretty good but have never tried one. Right next to (attached) to the 7-11 at Ann Arbor Trail and Newburg so don't drive by it three times like I did trying to find it the first time. :) Take out/delivery only. No dining room.

This place has the WORST customer service. The food is good but the service is downright horrible. The manager Wayne and his son Dewayne are the most unprofessional employees and should be fired. Every other time I have placed an order they have forgotten to deliver something. They provided coupons with no expiration, but don't honor them (false advertising). They had the audacity to tell me today that they will no longer deliver to my location. This is the worst of the worst. Don't go here!!! They need to be banned. I will be contacting the owner to complain.
