This location is seriously AWESOME. My top Starbucks location to go to. The service is truly impeccable!!! Always friendly staff with smiling faces. They definitely know how to make your drink PERFECT. The inside is roomy & clean. If you want great service & a drink made exactly how you like it - go here!

I frequent alot of Starbucks locations as I live off of espresso. This location is newer and I love the decor. The dark wood color and contemporary style makes dining in an enjoyable visit. It has ample seating and a bar hightop center area also. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly. The best part is the DRIVE THRU! You can get in and hop right on I96 right down the street. It is located near Menard's and other major shopping centers too. Overall, I love this location compared to Telegraph and Michigan Avenue. Staff makes a big difference in whether a customer returns our not. This location has gotten it right so far.

Starbucks has really good drinks, either hot or cold. I like the Mocha frappacino, or triple cafe mocha for something warm. Staff is helpful with suggestions also. Atmosphere is clean and quiet. This location is new so the decor is modern and sleek. They have a drive thru also. I suggest getting their rewards card if you go there often.

Very friendly and fast!! My belief is hire for customer service, teach the skill. You can't change an attitude or personality. Seems like they're doing the same! I came thru drive-thru on a snowy morning. The line moves super fast. My order was perfect and the gentleman at the window told me to have a great day and drive safely. Starbucks is my guilty pleasure. I usually go to the Starbucks that's on telegraph and joy but this one is just as close. It's on my way to work, and it is a lot better than the one off telegraph. They are all very friendly, I've gone here multiple times already and everyone is lovely. They are pretty fast and have answered my questions and helped me decide on my choices. I also like that there drive threw is easy to get threw. They are always fast fun and friendly. Wouldn't choose a different location.
