Love the open mic on Wednesday nights. Food is great. You've got to try the coconut chicken. Karaoke Fridays and Saturdays are always a good time too.

Stopped in on Friday because their website says they have karaoke. They do not, so if that is what you are going for be warned. They did say they would have it back in a few weeks due to not having an entertainment license but as were were driving from Saline it would have been nice to have accurate information on their site. The staff here are very friendly and the drinks were reasonably priced. Only stayed for one though as we were looking to do karaoke.

O'Malley's is your typical windowless bar. The bar changed owners a few years ago and hasn't been as good since. The food is pretty decent, especially the coconut chicken strips. The pizza can be hit or miss, but is generally good. It's really the waitstaff that irks me; they are so slow even when it's not busy. I only drink what's on draft, so I'm unsure of their mixed drinks. In short, O'Malley's isn't anything special, but is a decent bar.

Definitely a neighborhood spot. Went up there alone on a friday night and there were lots of friendly loners hanging around willing to chat and hang out. Food is bar food, and service is "bar" service. Very mixed crowd, young/old/families/groups/locals....

My friends and I went in O'Malley's for dinner last Friday night. I might say I was a little unsure as what we were going to run into because of the way it looked inside and out. But, just remember you cannot judge a book by its cover. I had a Cobb salad that was out of this world...Could not eat it all, took the rest home. My friends had fish and chips, they also had to take a lot of it home. You get a lot of food for the buck. Cannot wait to see the renovation completed but seems it will take awhile. Drinks were what a drink should be...glad of that. Carol, our waitress could not do enough for us. We even got a welcome from the owner, Frank, which was also very nice. We will definitely be going back there, even though its a neighborhood bar, sometimes those are the best kind....Great food and great drinks, we will be back for sure. whoever is in the kitchen, keep them there....doing a great job.

My friends Chris & Christine come for dinner and drinks every Friday and have great things to say, so we met up with them and to try this neighborhood haunt, that I had never been to, despite it's proximity! There are new owners since November 2013 and they are really making a great effort to win over their patrons. Christine says they have a FB page that lists specials, something she really liked! Food is great - including their MAURICE SALAD, which is very good and served with toasted pita triangles. Dressing was good. Pickles were thin sliced and a generous serving. Prices are reasonable. I'd like a few more windows, maybe even an outdoor patio, but still...I'll be back!

Where is GRACIE? Oh, wait, that's right, FRANK fired her stating things were just not working out. She has been there forever and several customers go there on Friday and Saturday nights knowing they will have the number one waitress taking care of them. Frank, way to go buddy, way to alienate many of your customers. We will follow Gracie where she goes.

Definitely a neighborhood place as most are greeted by name. Too bad that the hospitality is saved for those that are known, as those of us that are unknown are basically left to fend for ourselves. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and a menu. The beer was quick to arrive. But that menu? I finally had to flag down another woman behind the bar to secure one. The food was surprisingly good. My patty melt was delicious with a perfectly done burger, warm melted cheese and grilled onions dripping with butter. The fries? Eh . . .so . .so. And save the couple bucks I spent on a salad and order another beer as the salad is basically some chopped iceburg lettuce with one tomato wedge and croutons made of old bread. The best deal here seems to be the Friday night Fish Fry- and for $6.95- it is quite a large amount of food for the money On Fridays- there is live karaoke- it must get loud as all the patrons move to the other end of the bar before it began!! I suspect if I was a guy I would have found the bartenders to my liking as they spend an inordinate amount of time with the men at the bar. Silly women . . .if you had taken good care of me, you would have gotten a better tip than the guy next to me left, that's for sure! But this place is a "brodeo" given I was one of two women in the place. Cold beer, decent food. If I was a guy, I'd probably be back

Trivia on Mondays and Saturdays which is always fun. If you are looking for some good food and place where you feel comfortable this is a place for you. I don't think there is a bad item of food on their menu. Always good drink specials.

Old people love this place. So, if you love old people, then you'll love this place. I should really expand on my review a bit. The food here is not bad, but the clientele really seems be 95% geriatric, and as a result, the owner/manager seems to be a bit out of touch. I went to dinner with my parents here a few years ago, and as we sat down, the manager walks over, puts his hand on my shoulder and laughing, says, "Son, would you like a Bud Light?" I responded with, "Actually, no, but if you have Guinness on tap, I'd like a pint of Guinness." The manager seemed confused, and said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you were under 18." I said, "The drinking age is 21." He said, "Oh," and walked away. I was 26 at the time. I suppose it was an honest mistake, but why you would risk alienating a customer for the sake of making a joke entirely lacking in humor is beyond me.

I hate to say it but don't do it unless you just want to drink the food is just subpar considering you have Micknos or Masons for the price closer but the service is the worst the barmaid kept looking at us and would walk up look at our empty drinks and turn around and walk away without any interaction refilled the couples drink next to me but did not refill ours sitting on the ledge kept looking over us almost waiting for us to leave and we were ordering two full meals one of our orders had to get sent back and also a gentleman sitting next to us had to get his order sent back in considering there was only four people in there so the kitchen wasn't overburdened I really don't know what the issue was we were prepared to drink all night after our meal it's a shame the only interaction we did receive was when she came to drop off the bill and made a comment about the fan that had been blowing on us all night and when we mentioned it she said wow it's really cold over here I don't want to be standing here put down the receipt and walked away I agree with the other posting the regulars get special treatment for all four! that were there I feel bad for the owner she seems to be trying hard she seems very sweet the place is very clean but that's the only reason I gave two stars but I just won't be back
