I love this bakery. If you have a sweet tooth or just like excellent baked bread this is the place to go! They have normal "bakery" type stuff like bread and donuts, but they also have really unique things like Kringles (layers of pastry w/ a fruit filling) and Spelt products (bread, pizza crusts, and pasta). Even their fruit cake is delicious and I've never had one before that didn't disgust me. They also have a small coffee shop so you can be sure to get your cappuccino fix while you wait. I've been there when people from as far away as Lansing or Chelsea have driven there for the sole purpose of picking up goodies from the bakery. It is a wonderful family owned business. It's not too far from 127 so if you are traveling down the freeway think about stopping and having a treat.
