I was in here the other day there was only to ppl in front of me so while I was waiting the Asian lady that runs the party store was hitting her child non stop and yelling at her.it was quite disturbing. I was in line for 15min.so I left.poor customer service

I spotted this little gem on the way to Livonia one day. When you walk through the door the smell of broasting chicken hits you in the face. It is so intoxicating! There is an amazing amount of Southern comfort food on the menu and it's ALL homemade. Don't let the handwritten sign fool you. This stuff is authentic! If you get there on the right day you can get anything from collard greens to chitterlings. Delicious cup cakes, corn bread, and peach cobbler will cure any sweet tooth. There is also a great variety of Asian foods and groceries. A little of everything with a VERY friendly staff here. I LOVE IT!!!

Customer service is horrible ! Here's a tip to the lady behind the counter who took my order yesterday ... Smile and greet your customer, talk louder I could barely hear what you were saying, I asked for Russian dressing you said you didn't have any ! Would it have killed you to get some off the shelf ? On my way out something told me to check my bag .... And I was right no pickles !!! Went back to the counter and asked about my missing pickles .. Do u think I got a apology? Nope ! I get home unwrapped the pickles and I only got 2 ! Dee has always been nice but the lady she has working there is bringing your business down!

We came in Easter Sunday to get JUST chicken. We walked out of there with chicken, cabbage with ham, dressing/gravy, pop, AND she fed my 8yr old 2 ribs, a turkey chop, and some dressing/gravy as we waited for our chicken. Yes, she fed my baby...LOL! I've known Dee since 2002 when she was just next door. She always fed me greens because I was expecting and craving them!

Been here once and my experience was good.. They have good deli sandwiches and great prices. The lady behind the counter can do a better customer service but in general my experience wasn't too bad. They have slot of diffrent product which makes it an easy 1 stop shop for your groceryies needs.
