Beautiful rooms, good food, phenomenal hosts. They make you feel at home. Stayed here for are wedding weekend and could not have dreamed of a more perfect place!
I stayed here for a cousin's wedding. The building was rustic (built in the 1890's), was well kept, was full of old antiques, and the proprietors were fantastic people and gracious hosts. The bed was very comfortable, and there were whirlpools in almost every room. The B&B is also a short walking distance from the quaint downtown area that has several good eateries and pubs that would compete well with any place in Chicago. Overall a very nice stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in or near Holly, definitely consider this one.

I only come here once a year, on my way to the Wreath Laying Ceremony at Great Lakes Cemetary, but I look forward to it each time. It's nothing fancy, but the food is great, you get a lot of it for the price, and service is efficient. Can't ask for more. I seem to always order a hash skillet, and it's massive. 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and about 2 lbs of egg/potato/veggies/meat. And they're not shy with the meat. I ordered the Tom's Famous skillet this time, and it was amazing. Service is so efficient -- each waitress has a clear mutual respect for each other, that you get from working so long with one another. They help each other with tables, fill other tables' drinks as they're walking by, etc. It's very friendly. Both my MIL and FIL took half of their breakfasts home with them. I unashamedly finished the whole thing -- and until you've been here, you can't understand the feat :) Already looking forward to the next time I get to come here.
Good 'blue-collar' food; decent prices.
Waitresses outstanding and breakfast perfect. Prices great and seats comfortable.

Always friendly and very, very clean! The food is deliscious for a town diner, and a go to for a good meal. This is our families stop whenever we don't feel like firing up the stove!
Every meal I have had here has been good. Service always great. Love the setting in Historic Downtown Holly. I will continue to support.

This is the cutest little coffee shop I have ever come across. They have a great selection of breakfast and lunch meals and sandwiches, plus AMAZING cappuccinos and a whole list of flavors. They're service is super friendly and great with people of all ages (even the little ones!). This is the best place to go for breakfast or lunch in Downtown Holly!
Great breakfast burrito supreme! Both my fiancé and I loved them. We will be back.
What a cute little joint! Amidst the small Downtown Holly sits this cute cafe that serves breakfast/brunch and lunch items. This was our first time coming here, and boy do I wish we came here sooner! Plus it's super close to us, so that is great! We came close around 3:30pm on a Saturday, so it was close to quitting time (they close at 4pm on the weekends btw). The lady, however, was super nice and told us that they were still preparing food. Since they have a large selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads, it took us some time to decide what to order. After a few minutes, we ordered: Pastrami Reuben ($8.95) and the Herbed Turkey Grill ($7.95). The portions are decent for the price, but the standout of the two was the Herbed Turkey Grill sandwich. Served on Pumpernickel bread, the sandwich consisted of thinly sliced roasted turkey, baby spinach, tomato, cheddar cheese, and a thousand island-ish sauce. Since they were closing, the lady apologized for the smaller amount of turkey in the sandwich and only charged us $4. We appreciated her honesty. :) The Pastrami Reuben sandwich was pretty lean and had a nice flavor, but we still prefer the texture of the one from Stage Deli. However, for the price, it was still yummy and the portion was good. Chips were served with it, but were a tad too salty, so we didn't eat all of them. I'd be curious to see what their soups and breakfast items are like here, so I'll come back another time and give another update. I highly recommend coming here if you happen to be visiting the North Oakland County area!

I love the Holly Hotel. It has charming ambience as soon as you walk in the door. I have been there twice now using a Groupon for an 8 course dinner and it is absolutely wonderful. There is just something about the anticipation of which course is coming next and not having any idea about what it is going to be! I am a fairly picky eater and have enjoyed everything that has come out of the kitchen. The comedy club downstairs is quite fun also. Even though both times I have gone, there have been horrible hecklers. What it up with that?! If you sign up for their email list they send updates on special events on a monthly basis and I am always tempted to go in, but can't seem to coordinate my schedule when they have something that I want to try. They have a dining club and you get discounted prices and i would recommend it! It's a lovely place and its rumored to be haunted!
We love the Holly Hotel. So much, we decided to have our wedding here after seeing that awesome groupon deal they had running. I was looking for a no muss no fuss wedding experience, and Tricia provided that. She was great with communicating, and suggesting ideas. I am indecisive and didn't know what on earth I wanted. She was patient with me, and had plenty of ideas. She made it easy. I did not stress about my wedding because I knew it was being taken care of. We also had to luck of having all the Christmas decorations up for our wedding. Our photos are just beautiful! All of our guests commented on how great the food was. Superb experiences with everybody involved with planning the wedding. Also, we love just coming for dinner. One of the waitresses, Stella, has waited on us before and was so personable, and had great taste for recommending wines and local beers for us to try. She made our dining experience great - and even came up to say hello at our wedding. Much appreciated!
"No escargots or brie on the menu." Both were on the menu 9/3/2011. Hint: The menu changes frequently.

Good service, good food, reasonable prices. We had the mozzarella sticks, mushroom appetizers and their pizza. It was all very good. Nothing fancy. Yes, the décor needs a makeover but it is the food and service that is more important. It would be nice to have more than just 1 single bathroom for guys and 1 single bathroom for girls though.
Ever since we moved to Holly, our pizza loving family has eaten here at least once a week for the past 2 years! Best pizza in town, around, and ever! Great family restaurant for pizza and pasta and let's not forget the pazelli! Yummm!!! The restaurant is clean and you can tell the employees like being there. Our favorite is the family size pizza with pepperoni, black olives and green pepper with a antipasto salad-don't forget their house dressing is da'bomb!
Greasy greasy greasy pizza taste was ok I guess.Italian dressing for salad was very plain no flavor service was very slow.

For a small town dinner in the back of a strip mall I was really impressed with their fun specials listed on the front board. My mother go the Turkey club omelet special which was delicious, loaded with tons of sharp swiss cheese! I had the delight #3 two eggs, 2 sausage and a cinnamon roll made into french toast. I've had better cinnamon rolls but over all it was good. Great prices, quick service. I would definitely recommend it if you're in need of breakfast and passing through, or if you live there of course!
Pretty disappointing. We stopped here on our way up north, trying to avoid fast food and chain restaurants. It is a very typical small town family diner in the back of a strip mall and the quality of food and service reflect that. At first glance the reasonably priced kids meals and special comfort foods of the day looked really good but there wasn't much my kids actually wanted from the menu. The dinner menu really is (probably too) diverse so I had a hard time deciding between a Greek wrap, nachos, or the featured salad. Our waitress said they are all really good. I went with the nachos and they were covered in they gross, pale brown mystery style ground beef that you just know has been sitting in a vat for who knows how long. That turned me off right away and a few bites didn't change my opinion at all. The same ground beef was used in the mini sloppy joes my kids split and they didn't get past a bite or two each either. On top of all that there were a few flys milling about our table which - it's michigan in august, I get it - but it is still gross. On the plus side it is pretty cheap and my husband did like his BBQ chicken meal. I guess I should have stuck to breakfast as all the reviews I read had been focused on that. We won't be back to find out if it is any better though.
We used to come here for breakfast but had not been in a while and today we are disappointed. The menu is nothing like it used to be and neither is the food itself. It is adequate and well prepared but I think that some things are no longer from scratch, the corned beef hash isn't, and I doubt the hash browns are either because all they are now is shredded potato sticks when they used to be smashed with onion and green pepper. There were only a few of their wondrous skillets on the menu. We used to like their pecan pancakes and they made them today for us although they are not on this abbreviated menu but they were not as special as before. They have a good kitchen, foods perfectly prepared but oh so boring offerings. Service was excellent, though. We were there 9:30 Sunday morning, no wait, many servers, all nice. Too bad they are making more common fare now. Occasionally they used to make the potato pancakes as a special and they were the best but that too is a casualty of change.

We stopped for lunch with our kids after a day at the Oakland County beach nearby. I called ahead to make sure it was OK to bring our family since some of these yelp reviews implied otherwise - they were really nice and said yes, of course! The kids had kids meals - pretty well priced, came out quickly, fries were really good too - the hot dog was a large all beef hotdog, not a little Oscar Meyer type hot dog. We had the Thursday Burger / beer and burger / soda combos. Food was good ! Came with homemade potato chips which were great. I did appreciate the server being honest that the soup is NOT made fresh in house - so I decided not to order it. Food came out quickly, our server was really friendly and kept up with drink refills, brought crackers for the baby, thanked us for picking them all up from around her chair. They have lots of TVs, high ceilings, outdoor volleyball court. Nice menu, lots of space inside. Plenty of parking. There were 2 Michigan State Police K9 units having lunch there too. I take this as a good sign ! As a side note, I think it is really lame to give a 1 star review and potentially affect a small business because the music was too loud. When we were there for lunch, there was no loud music and I think this is not the intention of Yelp. The review should reflect the food and experience.
Loud, in-your-face music, typical greasy overcooked barfood, and not so pleasant service makes this a one star for me. When we asked the DJ to turn down the music, he argued with me. When we asked the waitress to have the music turned down, she said that they cater to a younger crowd. Apparently our group was not young enough to matter.
Cheap food and beers. A great stop after Holly.

Finally managed to go here for dinner about a week ago and I have to say I was under whelmed. We were there at about 8pm on Friday evening the place was fairly empty and they had entertainment. First of all the two piece group they had was way too loud as the place was 90% empty, but they were at full volume as if it was packed. They were alright, but after a few minutes of not being able to talk with the others at the table I had had enough of them. The service was good, however the menu was kind of fell flat for me. I ordered one of the burgers which was expensive and frankly not all that good. If you are paying $14 for a bacon cheese burger it had better be at least really good. This one wasn't. The others who were with me all felt the same about their choices also. A couple of them had the French Onion soup and both said that it was too salty and lacking in the flavor department. It was high end prices for not much better the standard bar fare quality. I'll probably try it once more, but I'm not expecting that I'll be any more impressed next time.
Atmosphere seemed great, but apparently medium rare means cook til it's a hockey puck and the meat on the nachos was ridiculously bland.
Really great food... Loved the Nachos!! The burgers and sandwiches are great too... We've eaten here a lot...great atmosphere and awesome service always!! Try the fried pickles... Also a large selection Michigan craft beers and wine...enjoy !!
