Really good subs! I enjoy the employees and the service is quick. I highly recommend the meatball sub and the tuna sub.

To say the least, I'm a regular. I get the same thing every time I go, but never have had a bad experience. Great staff, environment, and food. I love when they have the guitarist here, he's great! Prices are very reasonable. No where else better to go for a fast, hot, delicious sandwich.

I love that they toast their sandwiches. Their chocolate chip cookies are AMAZING!! This place has become my top choice for a sandwich shop.

Great tasting food! I had the mushroom melt with broccolli and cheddar soup, and oreo hand dipped milkshake. They carry thier own brand of hot peppers, which were tasty on the sandwich. The bread was nice and fresh baked, soup was thick, satisfying, and comforting on this cold day. I even got these cute little cookies on my straw! The employees were very knowledgable about ingredients, very nice and helpful. This place has a really nice vibe!

The service was amazing and so was the food! Walked in with a bad mood and walked out with a smile on my face!

Super delicious subs, great especially if you are sick or Subway and Jimmy Johns. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great food, fast service.

potbelly is always been a go to for me in the past, finally we have one here. I've been several times and have been completely happy with my food and the friendliness of the staff. I cant believe that potbelly hasn't spread like subway, it's far better everything, less expensive, and wayyy better food options. I wish we had a few more of these in gr.

Potbelly is misleading. The name says pulled pork sandwiches. I came out with hard bread and poor taste. Rather go to quiznos.

Big fan of the cheddar & chicken with Mayo, Mustard and hot mix. The hot mix gives the sandwich a good crunch. The bread is fresh baked and hearty, one of the best sandwich shops in the area, even though it's a chain.

I am a HUGE fan of Potbelly, having lived on the east side of MI for a while, I was sad when I moved to west MI to no Potbelly. When I heard they were opening this one, I was jumping for joy! Unfortunately, my sandwich here was not even close to the ones I had had on the other side of the state. Turkey was barely warm, the bread was not toasted at all, and service was less than friendly. Had my order to go, so I didn't know any of this until I got back home. Very disappointed, won't be trying again for a while.

This place puts local sandwich shops to shame, warm soft bread with a variety of different sandwich options (I suggest the Mediterranean) they toast the subs and keep the toppings basic and awesome. Homemade soups, cookies, hand dipped milk shakes and fresh fruit smoothies made with frozen yogurt. They also offer BOTH Coke and Pepsi in the pop machine plus a cooler full of juices and soda. A little taste of Chicago Land here in Grand Rapids, YUM

Cool atmosphere. Lots to choose from but not overwhelming that you can't figure it out in a couple minutes. Much Better than Quiznos and Subway. Fair price for what you get. It's Real food, I'll be back.
