We keep coming back. The food is very fresh, delicious, and has good diet options. My families favorite is Chicken with Broccoli. All the food we have tried is some of the best Chinese food I've eaten, and I have lived in Houston and San Francisco! We always take out. It's easy, they have the menu on-line. Highly recommended.

It appears quite divey as you walk in with some older tables that have accumulated a bit of rust however it gets a lot better. The food, whether you order fresh, or meet the small window for the buffet, is very good. The buffet is lined with fresh food that doesn't sit for hours. They prepare smaller batches and serve it fresh. The food tastes great and it comes out fairly quick. Overall, it's a solid choice for Chinese, though it's the only choice if you are in the Freeland area.

Food is pretty good but the cost is a little higher than other Chinese places when you consider other places include more for a similar price. Still though considering this restaurant is in Freeland it's a great place.

They have a small buffet at lunch time during the week. Most of the business appears to be takeout. The restaurant is small but comfortable. All the staff are friendly. The food is always good. The General Tso's Chicken is crispy with a good coating of the spicy sauce. I could always take mine spicer though. The fried rice that comes with the combos is simple but delicious. I love having the mung bean sprouts.

Poor service. English was so bad for a phone order that the woman on the other end asked me to call back later. The portions are small and prices high. They serve soda from Dollar General two liters. Good is average at best. Unfortunately it's the only option in town.

I went here because I didn't want to drive all the way in to town. I don't know if they usually have good food or if it's better freshly prepared, but the day I went it was quite bad. The food had been sitting in the buffet for hours and was a goopy mess and was really quite awful. The portions were small compared to China Palace in Midland but priced the same (I did takeout from the buffet). I would not recommend this place. Just make the drive to either Saginaw or Midland.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
