I come here several times a week, sometimes twice in one day. They are all friendly and have never messed up my order. Im addicted to their ice caps! Breakfast sandwiches are always good and hot as well as the bagel and cream cheese. I always have my dog with me and she always gets a timbit! How nice is that! That sweetens the deal for me that they like dogs.

Love Tim Hortons - but this location SUCKS. The employee came in from outside and having a smoke and walked behind the counter to help me WITHOUT washing her hands! Gross. Her reply when I asked her to have someone else help me "go ahead and call and complain..I don't care". NOTE - I sent in TWO messages into their Contact Us page on their website. It promised me contact in 24 hours. Alas. NOTHING. Stay classy Tim Hortons. You just lost my business.

The management here leaves a lot to be desired. You'd think after having to have a breakfast sandwich without egg made right after getting it wrong 3 times would at the very least be met with an apology, but instead I guess a sarcastic "have a good one" after bringing it to their attention is how they are trained. By the time they got it right, the rest of our order was barely warm. If you're in a hurry and have kids in tow, do yourself a favor and drive across the street to mcdonalds where at least they'd apologize instead of making you feel like you're the one that screwed up 3 times!

Not the best Tim Hortons I've been to.. I ordered two boxes of the 10 Timbits and usually I wouldn't complain about one Timbit missing but when they miscount by 4... Seriously?! That's just rude! I will not be returning to this location!

I go here, too frequently. Only ever through drive-thru with occasional run in for coffee and out with in 2 minutes. Very friendly and quick. Have had my drink made wrong once, wayyyy too much cream when milk was asked for. They replaced it even though it had been like 1 hour since I first got it, and gave me a larger size. Donuts are fresh and they did a fabulous job with the football donuts last year. Hope they bring those back.

Have been to this location (inside) many times. It is always memorable for its disorganization. It is almost comedic how bad the service is although the employees are nice they need to be trained pronto. It takes at least 10 mins just to get drinks! It is like watching a 3 stooges video. Honestly, send a trainer to this location and help these poor people out.

Couldn't pay for my food because there credit card Machine said my Chase bank card was declined... The card had almost a grand on it and was still in date. No problems else where just here. This has happened at a few other Tim horten locations so it leads me to believe its there machine.

Love this place for the coffee! Tim Hortons is my favorite place to get a cheap cup of coffee. The bagels and doughnuts are good. I just wish they had more vegetarian options on their food menu.

This is the best Tim's in the local area! The coffee is always fresh, they actually do make fresh every 20 minutes. The place is clean and everyone is very nice. I've gotten to know the staff pretty. Give Janet a shout when you drop in! She's cool and she'll make sure your coffee s the way you like it.
