Freakin’ Unbelievable Burgers Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Stopped here driving through on vacation based on Yelp reviews. I created a bacon cheese burger & husband had bbq burger. Both were really good. Not the best burgers ever but better than average. Really good fries! Counter staff was very friendly & helpful. They are a little over zealous with the name but very good. For me the patty needed more flavoring. I would put them on par with Chipotle.

Excellent burger joint for those looking to get a QUALITY burger. Great atmosphere and solid beer selection.

I have been here a few times and just realized I haven't given them a Yelp review. This place really deserves the 5 starts. The topping choices are out of this world - and some are off the wall. Though, some people might like eel sauce... Their boom boom sauce is very good and goes very well with their fries. Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers can even make your burger naked (in a lettuce wrap) if you are watching your carbs. The burger isn't messy at all with the lettuce wrap and I must say I really like getting my burger naked. Love visiting here and look forward to it every time I am up in the Flint area.

Food is always really good. Burgers are juicy and delicious. They need to train staff better on menu. And call in orders can be bad but everyone is nice and corrects issues.

This is a BORDERLINE five-star establishment with a few small kinks to work on. The food is righteous - from the array of gourmet burgers, the endless options available in the 'build-your-own' line-up, the daily specials, the beef alternatives (like salmon, chicken, turkey, or portabellas), fresh-baked brioche buns and drool-inducing sides - fries with a million sauce possibilities (sauce-a-bilities?), the perfectly seasoned crispy onion strings, milkshakes and more. On this visit I got the daily special - a bison burger with chipotle mayo, onion/pepper jam and gouda. The meat was flavorful and had a nice, firm texture. It was very clear it was good quality LEAN bison meat and the team did not skimp on the toppings. I also ordered it "naked" style on lettuce which was fresh and well put together, albeit a bit messy to eat. My fiance got a BYOB with the boom boom sauce (a savory horseradish blend, which I highly recommend) and sauteed mushrooms. The bun was so good that I had a bit of carb envy... but at least I got to try a bite. A friend of ours swears by their chicken tenders - though I've never had them myself. My one watch-out on the menu is the "cinnamon sugar" on the sweet potato fries. I personally prefer a savory fry, and the amount of sweetness added here is way too much even if I didn't. Related, the other small ding I have is for the service. We had asked for sweet potato fries sans sugar but both orders at our table came with it anyways - and then took a long while to replace. Overall a beyond-solid spot to crush a burger craving and a guaranteed great meal even if you're not going for ground beef. The price is right (two gourmet burgers, a huge order of onion strings and a shake only ran us $20) and the location is convenient - just off the freeway. It's a great stop-over if you're passing by... but worth venturing out of your way as well!

Best burgers in Flint! Love all of the create your own burger options. Can't beat the price and service is usually always good. We've only had one bad trip where the appetizers sat in the window for too long and nobody brought them to us. But we said something and the manager gave us two freebies for our next visit and apologized profusely. If you haven't been yet, definitely try it out. Everyone I have taken here loves it!

Not sure if it's because I haven't eaten anything else today or because I'm hungover, but this burger was crazy awesome. I am 28 days into the paleo diet and was happy to see that a lettuce wrapped burger was a menu option. I went the BYOFB route and built my own mega burger with a side of sweet potato fries. It was DELICIOUS. My only qualm was attention to detail - sugar on the sweet potato fries when we asked to not have it added, and my burger had two burger patties while my boyfriend's only had one. I will say that they were very friendly and happy to fix any issues with the meal. Bottom line: I fist pumped in the store it was so good.

Had the olive burger! It was amazing, has a mixture of olives and peppers in mayo on the burger! I've also recently had the fire burger which has siracha sauce and fresh jalapeños on it, tastes amazing, hurts later! You can buy a key chain with their logo on it for 2 bucks and get 10% off on your next visits. Sounds like a deal to me!

Yummyyyyy! Husband and I came here after a friend recommended it to us. I was unaware of the fact that this place has the same owner as Harvey's in Saginaw. I've never been to Harvey's, but after coming here, I'm curious to try it out for comparison. Freakin' Unbelieveable Burgers just opened last week, and the description of the place appealed to both Husband and I. Located in the business district of Flint Township, across the way from Walmart and Lowe's, it is in a great location that has curb appeal. From the outside, I the color of the building reminded me of Chipotle, but the inside had a modern, yet rustic feel to it. There were quite a few people there already, and it didn't take us long to decide what we wanted to eat. We ordered: - Freakin' Burger ($4.99) - Basically the classic burger with American Cheese, sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion, Husband said the flavors were great. Moist, juicy beef patties in between a house made brioche bun, this was quite a burger! The size itself was double that of what you'd get at Five Guys. He decided to make it a meal by adding sweet potato fries (which are lightly dusted with brown sugar and cinnamon) and a drink ($2.69 additional). - Upper Crust Burger ($5.99) - Topped with Boursin cheese, cucumbers, Gouda, and a roasted garlic onion jam, the flavors were awesome. I just couldn't believe HOW MUCH MEAT THERE WAS! As with Husband's burger, the flavors for this were great, sweet and nutty from the jam, smokey from the Gouda and Boursin cheeses, and a nicely toasted brioche bun. They advertise themselves to serve gourmet style burgers, and they definitely deliver on that. I'm amazed at how they only use certified angus beef that they GRIND THEMSELVES IN HOUSE, and they also make their own brioche buns. I applaud their attempts to make fresh tasting burgers, and the price is a true bargain. They even have beer and wine. :) For smaller appetites, I think ordering one burger and splitting it is plenty because each burger has TWO patties. :) I definitely see this place becoming a favorite of our's whenever we have a burger craving, and bonus points that it is a local establishment! So, if you find yourself in the Flint area and are in the mood for a great burger, stop by this place! We sure will come back!

Starting to lose quality and flavor. Burgers are smaller then 5 months ago, more bun now then anything else. 3 out of 4 times it was superb, this is the only reason they get 3 stars from me, I will give then 1 more chance but looks like they are going to be better at selling franchises then selling a FREAKIN BURGER.

It was good... I had a Southwest Burger, it's wasn't bad... could've been better... My boyfriend had an Olive Burger, he said it was good... The olive sauce was good... The fries were really good too ... The boom boom sauce was also good... We also got chicken strips & had to send them back cause they were under done... We had chocolate shakes to drink, nothing spectacular....& we both though it was a little expensive... we paid $30 for 2 meals...

So I stopped in to see what this place was all about and I must say it was delish!! I got the olive burger and it was fresh, hot, and fab!! I got fries with my order and they were seasoned thick cut fries which I love. Cool dining area with a couple of TV's and music playin in the background. I will be going back again!!!

  • Daron D.

Good food here i must admit. Went here to try it today based on a recommendation, and it was great. I would say that first that this place is similar to a Bagger Dave's. Now for my meal i built a burger (my personal recommendation because hey who knows what you like better than yourself) which was excellent (all burgers are double patty and the best thing to me about the burger was brioche bun). Also had the fries, which are great (they just don't give you enough to me) and they do have a beer selection here (all bottles except miller and bud light). Good prices and good food means that yes i will be back.

Great burgers! Decent prices, especially if you have a coupon! Although, not impressed by loaded fries... the cheese sauce on them is nasty! my husband thinks this place is better than Red Robin!!!

  • Jackson C.

Best burger place in Michigan. Seriously. And cheaper prices than even Applebee's or Red Robin! They have a huge list of items and sauces that are free to add to your burger, like grilled onions and olives. The staff is great and decor is very appealing. The fries are fantastic as well.

  • M P.

I'm going to rate the burgers and fries! The burger was so good, I was impressed. Coming from California where I had a wide range of any food imaginable I was disappointed coming to Michigan and the various food choices. I have found this place, which is very comparable to Five Guys (which is also amazing) The burger is too large (if that's possible for a burger :)] It's meant for two people and the fires were really good. I ordered quite late too around 9:00 pm on a Saturday and the food was so fresh and warm....I will go back.

Not worth the price, and again, you are paying for gourmet toppings like Red Robin. Why do people keep falling for this trick? Hey Unbelievable Burger, why does your Motto say that you can have a burger any way I want it, yet! I can not order it to be cooked anyway that I want it? if you are a legitimate burger establishment, you are not scared to have people eat the beef the way they want it. You only cook it well done? Are you afraid of your quality of meat? You overcook the meat and cover it with butter, that does not equal delicious, that equals masking your product. Why in this town would you ever settle for this burger? The Torch BABY! Get it right Mateen Cleaves, if you have shit meat, you shouldn't be in business, If you believe in unbelievables product, then let people have it cooked the way they want it. This is called bullshit. E coli scare? Well... hire real cooks instead of ruining what a burger should be. Well done...you should be ashamed of yourself. And don't tell me i can have it anyway I want it because that is false advertising.

Their olive burger is outstanding! Reminds me of what Halo Burger used to taste like. Nice having craft beer to go along with the burger even if it is $4.50 per bottle. Ouch.

I love this place. I always build my own burger. I like the quickness of everything and that you aren't served. The fries are delicious. Nice, clean, and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I had the drunken mushroom, YUM. The burgers are pretty big, so next time I'll just get 1 patty. I love mushrooms and they definitely pile 'em on, yay! I really liked the buns they use too. Overall, Fan-freakin-tastic!

  • Todd B.

Outstading burger - beats Halo hands-down. BYOB is a great option, or pick from one of their specials on the board. Michigan craft-beers + regular drafts and other great drinks (AWESOME fries) Will be back again and again

Great value for what you get - several very good burgers in the $4.99-$5.99 range. However be aware fries and drink are +$2.99 so a $6 meal can become a $9 meal very quickly. I had the Ancho BBQ burger, which was similar to other BBQ burgers - onion strings, etc. Cooked well, good size and very juicy. Excellent fries. Fried pickles appetizer was average. Ambiance described as "hipster" but seemed almost industrial - metal plates, mirrors, kind of retro-diner feel. Was very loud - even normal conversations carried a great deal when the dining room is busy, Not the best burger ever but I would come back and try another style.

This was a GREAT place to get a gourmet burger but after my last visit on 3/26/14 I would have to say I would not go back. I know that is harsh. My son and I have eaten there on many occasions and we both enjoy a good burger like anyone else. The meat that was served to us ( ground beef ) was on the grade of FROZEN BEEF PATTIES from the local market. The flavor that we got in the past was not there. These burgers were terrible compared to burgers we have gotten in the past. Its a shame to see such good burger place result to serving sub-par beef. Sorry to see this happen. Also the fries we got were about half eat able on both plates. A REAL SHAME.

  • Laura W.

This place was delicious! Possibly the best burger that I've ever had. I had the Upper Crust Burger: Boursin Cheese, garlic onion jam, cucumbers and gouda cheese. It was such a weird combo that I thought what the heck and boy was I happy that I got it! It's a bit of a drive for us to go there but I would definitely consider driving back if I really want a good burger :)

  • Rita M.

Tried the Thai Burger. Taste ok...fried won-tons on burger were chewy, not crunchy at all. Fries were good. I'd try something different if I go back again. I think I'd rather drive a few miles farther and pay a few more $ for Red Robin.

Ate here this weekend after reading several really good reviews. Maybe they were just off on Sunday, but it was a major disappointment. No better than Wendy's. The cashier didnt know that the fries were seasoned (just salt she told us). The burgers were dry - overcooked. The onion crisps were lousy - I think the grease needed to be changed badly. I can see how this place could easily get a high score, but they didn't do the job for us.

Quality burgers and toppings at under $10. Very similar to 5 Guys (although better, in my opinion). A cross between fast food and seated dining. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a good burger.

Food: They have loads of toppings; at least 40. It's almost overwhelming, but you can build whatever kind of burger you want. And they have a selection of predefined burgers you can pick from. I had the Ancho BBQ Burger, which had loads of toppings. As far as the quality, the meat patties are average or above-average grade -- about on par with Red Robin, but not spectacular. The taste is reasonably good. Update: The patties appear different since my first visit -- they appear to be hand pressed and don't have any kind of frozen taste to them. Cost: Expect to spend less than $12 a person eating here, with fries and a drink, as long as you don't order alcohol. They will charge you for everything you add, and it can add up. The base price of the burgers is $4 - $6, but if you add anything on, such as fries and a drink, you will see your price add up. Atmosphere: Decent. You can still see some of the remnants of when it was a Fazoli's, but only if you remember what the old place looked like. As far as the seating goes, the tables are close to the benches, if you select a booth, and they are quite rigid and at a nearly 90-degree angle, so you won't want to sit there long. The chairs are more comfortable, so if you plan on spending some time with your food, get a table. Service: Their hours are good, open later than most restaurants. As far as the way it works, you order at the counter, and they will deliver it to your table, much like Culver's or Fuddrucker's. They're very quick, and the people were pleasant enough. If you order a soda beverage, expect to get it yourself. Overall: I will definitely be coming back. Next time I will be ordering a beer, and I want to try their mac and cheese bites. Other thoughts: They currently only have one restaurant, but they are certainly branded and marketed well enough to be a chain. I'll call it now, and say they're going to be a hit, so long as they can turn a profit with this low-price, good-quality model they have working in their favor.

FUB is just okay to me. They do have some really good chili and I like their olive burgers. The food here can be a bit pricey, but the service and the quality of food you get is worth it. It is definitely a must try as they have a number of burgers to explore. PS: I see Halo Burger is alternating their burger menu to keep up with FUB.

A little better than Smash Burger or Bagger Dave's. Good quality, Good presentation. You can see they spent some money on the buildout.

Should be called, "pretty good burgers." Not bad, not amazing. I would eat there again but its sad when big burger chains have better quality/tasting meat (fuddruckers, red robin)

THE. BEST. BURGER. I've ever eaten. Hands down, no competition. Simply amazing. I had the Fire Burger. Fries with sirachi mayo. TDF. Can you tell we love it? It's a good thing it's way on the other side of town or I'd weigh 300 pounds.

Their names says it all...FREAKIN' UNBELIEVABLE BURGERS!!!! LOCATION: easy to find, located on the north side of the street, just down from the Walmart. BUILDING: I like the look of this place. Very clean and to the point. The setup reminds me of a fast food place with the drive thru and order counter. STAFF: Very nice staff when we came (7/6/2015). Everyone was friendly, smiling, greeted us right away, paid attention to the customer, excellent customer service. FOOD: here's where it gets good, yum!!! Their food is FREAKIN' UNBELIEVABLE! The burgers are so good, best I have had. They serve more than just beef.. check out their turkey, chicken, boar, Salmon, Veggie, Portabella Mushroom, & more burgers!! Beef Blue Cheeze Burger ($6.99) - WOW, this is so good, if you order the original, its 2 patties of Angus fresh ground beef on a fresh made brioche bun (with all the yummy extras like bleu cheese, onion straws, etc on it). I make it a meal with fries & drink for an extra $3.49. Their fries are fresh cut & tasty! You can order any burger as a single which I think I would do next time. Beef BYO (build your own) Burger ($5.29) - SO GOOD, again came with 2 patties of Angus fresh ground beef on a fresh made brioche bun. My hubs put a TON of stuff on this burger and enjoyed every bite. Some items cost extra to put on (bacon was $1.49 & Gouda $0.80). He made his a meal with onion straws & drink for an extra $3.49. Onion Straws - so good! Light, crispy, great seasoning in the batter, the dip sauce that came with it was very good. These were delightful. Not greasy. Kids Chicken Strips with Apples & Drink ($4.99) - This is some tasty chicken strips. The batter was not thick, they were crispy, and had a nice seasoning to it. Apples were served with caramel sauce for dipping. You also get to choose a dipping sauce for the chicken stirps. Kids Cheeseburger with fries & drink ($4.99) - Again see above description for the burger & fries :) I will say this is the BEST burger place we have tasted to date!!!! We will eat here every time we are in the Flint area. We need one of these in my area!

Wow. Portion sizes have gone down immensely. My stepdad got a double turkey burger and the parties were literally the size of sliders (not to mention they completely messed up his burger). We hardly got any French fries with our orders, either. Disappointment is an understatement. It is definitely not worth the money eating here anymore.

On our way back from skiing and decided to stop for a burger. Figured there had to be a good place off of I75, so we decided to check this place out. It looks to be a smallish chain. Lots of options for toppings - if you can't find something to put in your burger here you aren't trying. Patties are on the smallish side, so if you are hungry definitely go for two. Good flavor - done but not dry at all. Roll is freshly baked on site and adds good flavor to the burger. Lots of options on sides - we stuck with the fries and were not disappointed. Thick cut with lots of flavor. All in all a good place to go for a burger.

My first few visits were very enjoyable, however my last visit.....will be the last visit. I had a problem with the coupon I received for responding to their survey. I was told I needed to purchase more than what was required on the coupon. I proceeded to read to the employee the requirements stated on the coupon. The employee begrudgingly used the coupon, but she developed an attitude and immediately disappeared into the kitchen. When I received my burger, it looked as though it had been tampered with. When I picked up the bun, the double burger was in pieces and all the toppings were covered with a thick glossy substance. I contacted the manager, who said she would investigate and get back to me, but that did not happen. I do not plan to return again.

My Mom and I ate here and found it pleasantly surprising! The building looks like a repossessed bar perhaps. The interior is nicely done, but the carpet needs a scrub. The burgers are definitely great! No frozen patties here! I had the hot one and it was really good! My mom had the mushroom burger and she really liked it too. We were both stuffed after eating here! We'll likely go back.

Can it get any better than having a quick burger place that has adult beverages? Hellooooo no it can't! I love their olive burger that came out only about ten minutes after I ordered it. Their burgers are better than the other upscale burger restaurants around town! Oh and you can order your fries loaded....love the green scallions they put on top of it. The front door use to be really heavy and hard to open not just for us wheelers (wheelchair users) but for a lot of people. I'm glad they fixed the hinging and it's easy breezy now. They have an accessible bathroom and tables (100% accessible). I should let you know there are plenty of options besides just beef...check out the turkey, chicken or bean burgers if you like!

For a burger joint this place has exceptionally good food. I love the freshness and seasonings they use. Better that the angel hat chain.

The burger was as good as I expected. We came in at about 8 and the food still tasted very fresh, their onion straws are a gift from heaven. Would definitely go out of my to go back.

They grind their own beef (certified angus). They make their own brioche buns in-house, fresh every day. Their toppings list includes ridiculously awesome add-ons, including but not limited to: grilled pineapple, onion straws, green olive tapenade, wasabi mayo, fried wantons, thai sauce, boursin cheese, fresh jalapenos, ancho bbq sauce, roasted garlic onion jam.... the list goes on... AMAZING options for spectacular burger fusions. But the cherry tomato on this burger awesome: THE PRICE! Each burger is well under $10, closer to $5, which is crazy considering that a regular order includes TWO patties. It is, dare I say, Freakin' Unbelievable. A little more artisan than Five Guys, with more ingredients for a full on customized meal. The full menu, fresh food and spectacular variety of sauces, toppings and cheeses in addition to craft beer options and sides/desserts are more reminiscent of a Bagger Dave's set up, but in my opinion, Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers wins every time. What I ordered: the Drunken Mushroom was excellent, as were the sweet potato fries, and props to them for having water cups that are a decent size. Onion straws were also very tasty, with just a bit of spice in the finishing flavor.

I've eaten here maybe 8-10 times total. I've had salmon, chicken, and turkey sandwiches/burgers. Everything seems to be A-OK. Recently I had a chicken tender salad and a cup of chili. The tenders were so good that I am definitely getting them next time. Chili has lots of topping options which is quite cool. I like the sweetness of the chili and added jalapeños for fun.

Yum! Burgers made with creativity. Boursin cheese', mushroom sauteed in red wine. Gourds they have the perfect combination. I recommend this stop if your traveling along I75 to head north. Moose approved#

Found these guys on Yelp! For lunch time burger while I was traveling. Ive been looking for a gourmet-type burger, and finally found it! these guys have a great concept, the pricing is nice (not too steep), and the execution is almost there! The menu had a Build Your Own Burger (BYOB) option, with lots of unique add-ons. They also serve multiple gourmet options and a Daily Special Burger (today was Habanero Burger). Feeling adventurous I had the Fusion Burger ($5.69) - Two slices of beef, wasabi mayo, cream cheese, cucumber, fried wontons and lettuce with eel sauce! Was really really good! The burgers taste like they might've been fresh ground in house. Ours were unseasoned and pretty flat (so no moisture) but from the other reviews this seemed more like a fluke than the norm. Although the burgers come with TWO patties, you can request only ONE. The buns seemed homemade and was a lot of bread, and ours were served cold! However, 5 Stars on the fresh-cut, skin-on very well seasoned fries! If it sounds like I'm being harsh it's because this is a 4-4.5 star burger that with a minor tweak or two could easily be 5 stars, and the very best burger in the area... Possibly putting any nearby competitors out if business. The are quick, unique, fresh and priced well! I HIGHLY recommend it!

Great burgers, great prices. I was afraid this place was going to try and charge $8.99 or $9.99 for a burger like some places, but $4.99 or $5.99 is what you get. Sweet potato fries are awesome. The best part of the burger is probably the bun. I could that thing all by itself. Chewy, just a little bit sweet. Freshly made, a light crispness on the meat, lots of different flavors to try. You could spend this much at Arby's or Wendy's, or you could come here. They also have beer!

  • Jessica S.

Service was quick! The burger was pretty good. Got the fire burger, and if it didn't have the jalapeños, it wouldn't have any other spice to it. So I was sorta bummed about that. I eat jalapeños on the regular so it really wasn't enough for me. Overall the burger was good, but the burger at The Torch downtown is way better.

The burgers are very good and hold up pretty well. Must try the onion straws. The place itself is pretty clean on the inside.

Where to begin... well I'll start with the food. I ordered a cup of Chilli which was really tasty. I never expected to like a Chilli recipe, that wasn't made at home, so much. My boyfriend got some barbecue burger that he really enjoyed and that was overall great. Now the bad parts.. when we arrived we were trying to figure out what we wanted and the cashier asks me if I am with another gentleman who was also placing his order. Well, the reason why this was bad is because we didn't walk in with this man, we didn't talk to this man, look at this man, hold the door for this man or stand anywhere close to this man. So why did she think that I was with the only other African American person in the restaurant (at the time)? My boyfriend also didn't understand this and he could not figure out any possible reason why she would think that I was with a total stranger in line. Or why she hadn't even bothered to apologize for her blunder. But we both decided to just let it go and enjoy the meal. When this same woman brings out our food she announces that, "This is the cup or chilli or somethin'." I pride myself on being an open minded young lady who does not where her emotions on her sleeve, but this restaurant did not give me a good dining experience. While they can produce good food, they can also make you feel really uncomfortable. But everyone's experience will be different. Maybe my cashier had an off day, maybe she didn't notice that I was standing shoulder to shoulder with my boyfriend and not the other black person in the restaurant that had been there long before we got inside.

Interesting concepts, clearly a step up from Fuddruckers, but with some lingering issues. I like the decor - very sleek and comfortable, lots of interesting pictures on the wall. There are a lot of interesting choices in how to get your burger prepared. Things like olives, garlic aiola, brie, etc. It can be a little intimidating but of course you can just get a plain burger. Having a turkey burger option is nice too. The salad was a little uninspired, I was disappointed that the ingredients weren't fresher. I also found the service to be just a little snippy (maybe we caught them on a bad day?) Overall I would be willing to give this place another go - but would not go out of my way for it.
