I've been ordering from this store since living here in Michigan these past few months. They are prompt delivering to my house and to my office. The orders are always correct, too. When I call, I've spoken to several different individuals. Each time I can tell they are busy taking other orders, but that didn't stop them from being polite and thorough. Great job guys. Love your pizza.

Glad we decided to try a new pizza place! I am in love with Jet's deep dish. The Jet's bread is a must for the kiddo, she can't get enough. I haven't stopped in since we have only ordered delivery but the customer service over the phone had always been stellar. Pizza is fantastic, prices are right and delivery is always swift.

Aside from the uber-cramped parking situation, we've never had an issue at this Jet's location. Our pizzas are already ready by the quoted time, if not sooner, and the staff is friendly!

My favorite local pizza place! I almost always order bacon and black olive, and the deep dish is wonderful. But I just ordered it on thin crust for the first time and it was INCREDIBLE! It seems to bring out much more of the bacon and BO flavor. The deep dish is very deep, wonderfully cheesy-- great if cheese is your favorite part of the pizza, and you love the crust: oily, slightly crispy on the bottom, much crunchier at the top edge. Wings are very good! Second only to Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters. Price of pizza is a fair amount higher than other competing places but the flavor is well worth it. Service is always very good. They are usually friendly/perky, never ever rude. Remember to bring your punch card, they don't always mention it when you pay. Never had an order go wrong here w/ probably 20+ pizzas ordered in 3 years.

The cashier took a coupon that was apparently for a different location and the manager blamed me. He said I should of read the coupon and known it was for a different location and offered a store credit or a pop for the inconvenience. In my opinion if you take a customers order without looking at the coupon then you should honor it, not blame the customer and inconvenience them because your cashier didn't look at the coupon. This location is close to my house but has given me nothing but problems every time I order. Go to the one on 12 mile and orchard Lake, staff is nice and food is ready without issue!!!!

Delicious pizza. Deep dish is phenomenal - just moved to MI from Virginia, and are impressed with Jet's. I would call it number 2 ONLY to Buddy's, but since Jet's delivers, they are getting top priority.
