In a landscape dotted with less than stellar service, this owner is a beacon of the blueprint for what dining service SHOULD be. Breakfast is high quality, prompt and oh yes tasty. They have recently added beer, wine and spirit's. Would of given 7 stars if I could.
The perch was amazing the owner slash chef can cook some amazing food. And the bread pudding will blow your mind you will not be disappointed with your meal. This is a must visit place.
One from Southeast Michigan, I find myself frequenting the Northern parts of the state for easy getaways. Recently my destination was Boyne City. It's around a 5 hour drive from Detroit.About 45 minutes from my destination, we noticed this small little dingey diner type looking joint. As hungry as we were, it really didn't matter the risk we were about to partake on. To my amazement, this was the best risk I have ever ventured on when it comes to food and I loved it. I love little dinery "looking" hole-in-the wall type places that fool me when it comes to food. The sign said "Fish Friday's" and my stomach said "yes". The neat thing was, there wasn't just one type of fish. The selection ranged from fresh Cod, Michigan Perch, to Meditraninian Walleye dish which consisted of fresh vegetables from the garden out back and kalamatta olives sauted in a lemony buttery type sauce. It really heightend the flavors of a perfectly cooked Walleye with a nice crunch on the bottom and a soft delicate center. Lets not forget the fresh cut fries doused with malt vinegar which I choose to add. I also had to order a salad because of the fact the tomatoes were from the garden out back and they had a Gorgonzola Vinagerette, a dressing I have never heard of.In conclusion, I rate this little Gem a 5 outa 5 stars.. It's success in the future of Cafe 32 will just alone be based on word of mouth if they stay as consistant as the experience I had. It's a must stop concluding a long drive to the Traverse City, Boyne mountain area of Michigan. I plan on stopping again on the way back south.

It is what it is. It's a dive, and claims at being nothing different. It's sandwiches, burgers, and fried foods. The decor is from the 70's, 80s and whatever. It's January, but the Christmas and Forth of July decorations were still Rockin! Service was very, very slow and disorganized. Pricing is okay. Feels like this place is happy with status quo

Definitely not closed. I had lunch there yesterday. This Subway shares a building with BP gas. The parking lot is huge and the place is busiest in the winter, when the snowmobilers drive right up to the pumps with their sleds. It's a standard Subway. Low cost fairly decent food. If you need the restroom, go over to the convenience store side of the place. There are several homey sit down restaurants in Elmira, but if you want fast food, this is the only choice.
