It seems that folks have had trouble here getting their orders right but I've never had that problem. I have to admit, I don't really order anything more complicated than a Pepe with chips and a pop so my orders always come out correct. The staff is also pretty fast which I appreciate since I'm usually in a hurry when I stop in. The 'wiches themselves are pretty standard Jimmy John's fare, meaning it tastes the same as every other location I've ever been to. As such, it's pretty good compared to other fast food options out there. This particular location is also clean and never overly crowded so it's an easy in and easy out without feeling, well, uneasy about it. Works for me!

I practically run to this place every time my plane lands when I come back to Michigan. Typically I am very happy when I leave but when I arrived a little before 8:30 (I knew they closed at 9) I thought, yes!!! I made it with enough time without being annoyingly close to closing for the employees. The kid who took my order was OBVIOUSLY annoyed. He told me not to take the chips from the front and I was ok with that because maybe he just filled it. But when I ordered my drink he was annoyed again because he had to put the plastic things back on the machine. And then I tried to sit down and he told me the lobby was closed....um what? You have like 30 mins left until closing and does it look like I'm going to make a huge disgusting mess? No, I don't think so. I guess I'll have to go to another location!

This place is Very loud..lol but it's expected! I believe most jimmy johns' are like that, but at least the people are pleasant and are usually always down to business. I've only had one time where the lady on the phone barely understood what I was talking about even though I was talking about the items on their menu, but the good thing was that my order was right when it was delivered! I work right across the street from them and the delivery is usually always very very quick!

This Jimmy John's met my expectations of fast and courteous service, fresh food, at a convenient location. I've come here a few times over the past three months and during lunch hours it does get crowded because there are a lot of businesses over this area; but regardless, the service is still quick and prompt for the most part. Additionally, like the majority of all other JJs, this place is clean.

They must give prospective employees an IQ test when they apply, and if they score over 14, they are turned away. They rarely get an order right here!

A pretty simple sandwich and chips (I like their BLT). A little to much mayo and white bread to eat their every day, but when you want it it's pretty good.

Had a few business lunches delivered by this particular location. It's becoming a joke now that this place will get your order wrong almost every time! If it's not a sauce missing from one person's sandwich, then it's too much bread or the wrong meat in another's. It's not that hard to assemble a sandwich to order; to mess it up every single time is almost more difficult to accomplish but they do somehow.
