There's 2 things you should know about me before reading my review. I absolutely hate leaving the house to pick up food (Yes, I'm kinda lazy) and I love subs/sandwiches. Now on to the review. First off, they really are freaky fast. I'm always amazed at how quickly they make the sandwiches. Usually the sandwich is done by the time I walk to the pick up spot. And when I get delivery (which is what I almost always do) it always gets to my house within 10-15 mins of me ordering. Everything always tastes fresh and they always get my order right. My one complaint is that they don't allow you to get Large Pops delivered. I used to do delivery for a different sub shop and it's not any harder to deliver a large then it is to deliver a regular.

As per my previous review, I'm already a fan of THIS location (yes, certain locations are better than others, I'll get around to griping in another review), but this was the first time I've ordered delivery from the 14/Crooks location. I came home after a mega-roadtrip today and simply didn't feel like getting back in the car to get dinner. So I called up Jimmy Johns. Order-time to delivery-time was twelve minutes, faster than if I'd clambered into my car and gone to order/pick up myself, even as close as I live to the shop. Delivery guy was nice as you can ask for, and my #2 was perfect. Having to tip was well worth the speed and convenience, and I won't hesitate to do it again. 14/Crooks Jimmy Johns ROCKS!

Jimmy Johns is the only "fast" sub shop I go to. Most of the locations are pretty much equally good, but I frequent this one because it's close to my house. They do delivery too, and I'm within the delivery zone. It's perfect for those mornings when I really need a sub, and would rather not drive anywhere. For those of you not familiar with Jimmy Johns, they are a place that serve subs that are of much higher quality than their competition. You know who i'm talking about. The subs only come in one length, but it's the perfect size. The french bread that the sandwiches come with by default is absolutely amazing, but you can get them with some sort of sliced multigrain bread as well. Nobody does that though. Because the french bread is awesome. The speed of service here is always pretty good. Sometimes they are done making my sandwich by the time I finish paying. I find it funny that they say "Sorry about the wait!" every time they hand me my sandwich. Yes I know you make sandwiches very fast, thanks.

I've spent more time crafting this first sentence than it takes to get a sandwich ordered. Always quick, always good, this Jimmy Johns is my favorite in the area. They're a little under a year old and the place is still pristine. There's rarely a line when I go, and the staff is always super friendly. If you've never had Jimmy John's before, you need to. You'll never eat that $5 foot long crap again. Subs are about 8", and it is much more hearty. One regular sub can fill you up. If you like a bigger meal, there's deluxe subs for a little big more, but come hungry. They're always happy to modify your order and they also have delivery. The music selection is just fine. All in all, if you have 30 seconds to space, stop in for a sub, you won't be disappointed.

Fast, that's no secret. But, the manager there is amazing! I was in there today to scoop up a couple of subs for a lunch meeting with a client and as I was ordering, the manager stepped in to make sure my order was right. In just a casual way I said, "what a hectic day today has been" and he laughed and said "well, hopefully this will make it better" and then told the cashier my order was on the house. I couldn't believe it! That is more than outstanding for customer service! The staff is always great, and I love their food, but this takes the cake :) I'm a fan for life.

This is the best I have had! BLT on 7 Grain with double everything! But....the guy who took the order asked if I wanted double mayo, good question! Because I did not and never thought to tell him. That is great customer service.

Best fast food, our favourite: vegetarian sandwich with sprouts and hot peppers. Sordough sandwich even better. Get some chips! And they also carry the best chocolate chip cookie ever. 4 stars only cause they messed out our carry out order with tuna and we're vegetarians... Not cool

I usually like Jimmy John's just fine. It's a solid sandwich, and the service is usually pretty speedy. I am rarely disappointed, but rarely impressed by anything. I am going to get this out of the way first, because this is really a positive review. Turn the music down please. The last thing I need on a hungover Saturday afternoon in January is SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE blasting my poor brain sweat meats to pieces. It really is too loud. It's not that I hate the song but come on, get real. I don't know what sort of wizardry is going on at this Jimmy John's, but this is my favorite of the locations I have been to. It's fast and clean, and the kids make a great sub. I only drop in weekends or nights, so most of the employees look like high school or college kids, but they make a mean sub, are super friendly, and seem to be having a good time! Usually teenagers are the worst, because they are treated so poorly by customers and their managers. Whoever manages this location is really cut out for it maybe. I wish they delivered to my place.

I love this place! Fast, friendly, easy. This place saved us when we were remodeling our kitchen. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. The delivery is like lightening too!

Fast and friendly like always. I went a few days in a row for lunch and they recognized me and already had a sandwich started for me before I even made it to the cash register!
