Health food? No. Classic American food? Absolutely! Burgers in many ways including an olive topping that my husband said was tasty. I got the deep-fried Reuben (potential culinary disaster) which turned out fine indeed. It was fried in a rye dough pocket, not slices of bread, which made all the difference. Great prices and car-side service. Time warp!

The service was fast and friendly. The fried reuben was no longer available which was disappointing. I liked the coleslaw although my fellow diner did not. The fries were not very good, and I would call the milkshakes Ok but nothing exceptional. I had a grilled cheese which was made on a hamburger bun that was good. My fellow diner was not excited about the plain burger.

Had a strawberry shake made with real berries. It was great. Wife had burger, it was good. Deep fried pizza was OK. Will be back soon to try other goodies and a shake for sure!

We heard this was the place to go for milkshakes. It was no lie. Honestly one of the best milkshakes I have ever had. My sister loved the olive burger and fried mushrooms. We will be back.

Grilled cheese isn't on the menu, but it's really tasty. I mean, for a grilled cheese with American. Milkshakes are good.

Good burgers, good onion rings, good service. Good times. We went there when we lived in Cheboygan and stopped in recently when passing through. Still good after all these years.

Was there ever a worse name for a restaurant than Yeck? But go there. It's a classic American drive-in with carside service, burgers, shrimp baskets, fries and all that. And in June/July, when Michigan strawberries are in season, they serve strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream (no frozen strawberries, no CA strawberries - only fresh MI berries while they last). Go twice a day for that!
