From the time these were merely Boston Chicken ( yes I was lucky enough to go to the grand opening of the first one in Springfield Massachusetts many years ago when I used to live in that state), they have been known for good home-cooked style food for the busy customer on the go. Been to quite a few of these in my life spanning the states of MA NY NH CT RI MD VA TN and MI over the years and the food and service for the most part has been ok. Nothing to write a paragraph about but sufficient. So here we are at the Canton MI one on Ford Rd and we walk into a well lit and clean restaurant. Immediately greeted by a nice friendly young blonde server who quite efficiently took our orders and even walked all the food over to our table. Upon asked when did Boston Market go full serve, she answered with a winning smile that she has worked here the last nine months and they just started this service around that time. Thank you to the folks of Boston Market Canton MI to make our visit relaxing and enjoyable. Yes I shall recommend this place particularly to all my friends and family.

Don't quite understand the critical reviews of this restaurant. Yes, it's a chain and it has its ups and downs, but everytime I have eaten ehre I have enjoyed my meal. I would say for the amount of food you get, it is a great deal. I got two of the quarter chicken dinners for my husband and myself. We got mashed potatoes, stuffing, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes as the sides. I also got a side of green beans. Both the dinners came with a piece of corn bread. All together it was $16, which wasn't bad. I probably could have made my one meal into two and had left overs for tomorrow, but I was feeling like a gluten. I really wish we still had one of these in Ann Arbor. Canton is the closest to me and it is really unfortunate.

The mac n' cheese tastes worse than the powdery kind you can buy out of the box at a grocery store. Also, I wouldn't recommend this particular one for the drive-thru. We ordered two sides of mac n' cheese and a bottled water, no one was in front of us and there were only a couple of cars parked in the lot, and it look them nearly 15 minutes. No thanks.

I went through the drive thru to get a meatloaf and they were out. Of meatloaf. So I got the chicken and when I went to order my sides they were out of cinnamon apples. I had to wait longer than expected and there was no apology for not having anything I wanted to order.

I'm a fan of the B Market, huge fan. When I need a hearty post workout meal after a workout, the Market does the trick. The prices are cheap, the service is tight, and the food is tasty and hearty. One thing I've always wondered is why my friends choose McD's and T Bell over Boston Market to get a quick meal in. In the Canton area, The McDonald's and T Bell are usually batting .233 in meal accuracy, here, they really can't mess things up as they fix your plate right in front of you. The Food - Entree's Chicken - Bird is the word and usually is my go to, especially for take out. To all the men out there, go with the half chicken. a Quarter chicken is like for 10 year olds and really tiny women on diets. The 1/2 bird is the perfect size for a guy. Taste wise, it is quite. The skin is really flavorful and the meat is exquisitely juicy. I am a fan. Meatloaf - Very good. I would get again! Turkey - Kinda dry, not gonna lie. It's okay - flavorwise, but on a bad day, it can be dry. Chicken Pot Pie - I guess you can call me a Pot Pie Guy. Chicken Ceasar Salad - Couldn't tell ya, I'm a dude, not a chick. Cornbread - Is it me or does the cornbread get smaller each year? When I first had it, it was the size of Larry Bird.......now the tasty treat's been deflated like Tom Brady's footballs......or the chances of the BoSox winning the World Series. (Hahaha, see what I did there, Boston references; How you like them apples?) Frozen Foods they sell at the grocer Used to be really good, now they taste cashed. What did they do to the Salisbury Steak and Meatloaf? C'mon man. Any Who, I'm sure they don't produce them here at this shop, I just had to say my piece, no harm, no foul for this store. Sides - My favorite Mashed Potatoes and Gravy - A must, you can't go wrong. Great texture and taste. Creamed Spinach - Oh my God the creamed spinach here, oh my God!!! It is an umami powerbomb of richness. It's like getting powerbombed by Johhhhnnnn Ceeeeennnnaaaa wearing a green t-shirt, it's wicked awesome! (More Boston references for ya) Dill Potatoes - Awww Yeah Corn - a little to buttery for my liking Mac and Cheese - "......and the best use of rotini noodles goes to, Boston Market's Macaroni and Cheese". A lot of times I go out for mac and cheese, places screw up. Not hear. Perfectly cooked noodles in a tasty cheese bath. Makes me want to be a noodle. Stuffing - solid. Crunchy veggie surprises can become annoying as Hell, but the flavor's okay. Sweet Potatoes - Daddy's a big fan. Me, not so much. I just don't want to lose my feet to the diabetes, or as they say in the comercial, dia-beet-us. Either way, it's not bad.....it's tasty, but it's just not for me. Apples - okay, I am not big into the sweets or rises in insulin, but dang man, these apples are the bomb. I think if you are on a diet but love apple pie, this is a solid option for you as most of the calories comes from the crust. I love them though. End of the day, I like Boston Market here in Canton,.....and Westland as well, I've never been to a bad location, especially considering that those are the only two I have ever been into. Their frozen entree's are cashed now, but store wise, very very good. I suggest that you see them soon for a post workout protein boost, especially before they turn their flawless cornbread side from a small handheld present into a two-bite cornbread sampling; also, check oout them Sunday coupons in the paper, they usually come clutch.

You just never know if you are going to get what you want when you go here especially if you like their turkey. Sometimes they have it, most times they don't. Today however it was available and I had a turkey bowl. It was good and hot.

It's a Boston Market, it's not gourmet. That being said it is speedy as hell. Have not been here in an age and was pretty happy overall. Stopped by for a to-go meal for six to truck to my parent's house. We wanted more sides than the four person deal and this was cheaper to do that plus we got extra chicken to boot. No one agrees on sides in my house. My mom wanted creamed spinach and roasted garlic and dill redskin potatoes. My dad and husband were jonesing for mac and cheese. My dad and I needed mashed potatoes. My husband and I had to have green beans. My dad also wanted some sweet potatoes. Yep that's six sides so we had to upgrade. Ironically we all ended up having some of each (except my mom and I both avoided that mac and cheese, not a star). The chickens here are on the smaller and more expensive side than your grocery store rotisseries. That being said they are tasty, moist and yet still fully cooked. We each had a quarter (3 dark quarters for them and 1 white for me) and we used the leftover meat for next day sandwiches. It worked. All that for just over 35 bucks. Dinner for four and next day sandwiches, cheap! The cornbreads here are oddly grainy. The sides are pretty nice, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. The containers for large sides are smaller than you would think but we still had big plenty for dinner. Plus we had a coupon for a free family dessert (ok brownies, very cakey and not nearly as dark chocolatey as they look). Like I said the service was lightning fast, ordered, watched them make it up and was out the door in under five minutes. That is even with letting another family with small kids go ahead of us to be polite. It was hopping in here at 5:30 on a Friday night, it seems quite popular. Worth a whirl for a quick, cheap to go.

What a disappointment. The food-quality-value ratio is WAY out of whack here. Maybe it was my mistake for ordering a sandwich combo. Stick with the half chicken is the moral of the story!

Food here is usually pretty darn good. Just tried the ribs and they were decent as well. Place is a little expensive for what you get and they used to take expired coupons no matter how old they were. New policy is they only take them if they are not expired for more than 2 weeks.

Food is good. A little on the high side but they serve on real plates and bus your table. Not sure but I think the staff may be zombies or clones or genetically modified servers made in a Boston Market factory. Second BM restaurant that I went to to and they all have this blank stare, move slowly around kitchen looking clueless. Never got a "welcome to Boston Market" or a "Thank You, come again". I asked if their Thai BBQ sc was spicy and no one knew the answer. After we finished our meal I went up to ask for a to go box and there were 6 employees not serving anyone else but moving around aimlessly and not one of them gave me a glance- I stood there for what seemed like forever and I had to wave my arms and AHEM until one of the androids awoke and I could ask for a box- there was some confusion on what a to go box was. Manager even walked right past me without asking what I needed to refill his own pop at the dispenser. Food was good though and Thai Sc not too spicy.
