I have been there several times and have not liked it yet. Service is OK but the food tastes horrible. Hamburgers taste like they were frozen patties. When I ordered a olive burger it barley had olives on it and the cheese was not even melted, fries are stale when they cool off. The last time I was there, there was only one table of two beside my table of two, and the first table was already complaining when we walked in. Our food took over 17 minutes and all we ordered was pancakes with bacon and a breakfast wrap. When we placed the order there were 2 orders of toast already sitting in the window which we figured had to have been a mistake but when the other said tables order Finally came out the old toast went to the table with it. Gross! Then our food came out soon after the first order and my pancakes were almost burnt on one side, and tasted old and stale. The first table was complaining that their hot water was not hot when they brought it out and complained about the cold toast, and also complained about not putting cheese on the cheese omelet they ordered. When there are only 4 customers, and they all order breakfast with two cooks in the kitchen food should not take that long and be that BAD! We decided we will not eat there again. Too bad because they are close to home and the food and service used to be good, but over the last couple of years they have gone down hill.

I like this coney island! I go there once every two weeks for breakfast on the weekend. I always order an egg white omelet with feta cheese toast and hash browns. I like this coney island because its small and seems like everyone knows each other:) It's quaint and friendly:)

Horrible in every way possible. Ordered a club sandwich with NO tomatoes (I cannot have any seeds). Club sandwich came and it looked like it had been dropped on the floor and reassembled. Upon further inspection there were pieces of tomato and tomato seeds on my club. It looked like they made the sandwich with tomatoes and then took them off when they realized their mistake. Sent that sandwich back and had another one made. The next club had NO cheese on it! Waitress was unapologetic and seemed bothered by our table. Drinks were never refilled and we were never checked on again. Friend's chicken wrap was very plain and lacked any flavor. She said the chicken was very hard and the lettuce was brown. We will never come back here again.

At at Paul's last week. Terrible service, waited 15 minutes to take our order for four people. Then once food came out, it was like one plate at a time. So, we ate by ourselves..... Ugh. One of us ordered breakfast, and waited over 15 minutes for toast afterwards..... Very disappointed. Two of ordered salads and they were very good and plentiful. Server didn't even say how sorry for the wait or explain why the wait for the other's food.... We did mention to the server we were not happy about the wait, the food is good. Just ignored it. We will not be back.
