In Maine you must stop by a Gifford's ice cream stand. I believe this one is the original and has a small miniature golf course out back. Right on a main road so easy to get in and out and ample parking. The variety of ice cream flavors is great and not like anything you would find at other places. All flavors created by Gifford's and oh so fresh and yummy. Certainly not for those watching their waistline. Ice cream is thick and creamy and all ingredients are so fresh. Get a cone or dish with several different flavors and enjoy the decadence of Gifford's in every bite! Don't leave Maine without tasting Gifford's ice cream. Just ask the server for a taste of whatever you like so you can make a truly informed decision. May be hard to choose though! Hope you enjoy!!!!
