By far the best meal we had during our week in Maine. Everything is homemade, even the bread and English muffins. I enjoyed the best quiche I've ever had. I highly recommend a stop here! We were only here for breakfast but i imagine that you can't go wrong any time of the day.

Our family recently purchased our vacation getaway in this cute small town. I went in one afternoon alone for desserts to bring back home and ended up spending 45 minutes chatting with the owner about the town. She's very friendly and welcoming. After that one chance meeting we have had dinner every weekend we can make it up. Love the posting on Facebook of specials for upcoming weekends. The 2 for $22 is such a great deal. So many delicious meals to choose from. The chef does an amazing job. The wait staff are all friendly and eager to serve. Each time we go they introduce our family to another great table of people from the town. So happy to gave stumbled upon this little gem. Great views of Crystal Lake. Very clean and an at home atmosphere. Love it!!

Great Pie!!! This place is hard to spot from the road. There is a sign for chocolates, ice cram and the adjoining spa, but the fact that it is a restaurant is not so obvious. Despite this, it is a great place to stop. The deck looks out on the lake and the dining room is very comfortable. The owner is very pleasant. I had the pulled port, which was very good, but the homemade blueberry pie was to die for. I highly recommend it.

This place is a hidden gem to say the least! I had spinach, mushroom and pepper quiche with a side salad. My partner had the bacon egg and cheese on sunflower wheat bread. OMG, I loved our 'bag lunch' on the run! After exploring the local mills, we stopped back for one of every type chocolate and 2 cookies. Sinful!

The outside is unassuming and easy to miss. There's plenty of parking. There is a back door with a ramp for accessibility. Excellent service and good price. The food is terrific. I passed up 4 kinds of pie because I've never had such good chocolate chip banana bread! Charming owner. Open wed-sun for breakfast and lunch, fri+sat also dinner. More hours in summer. We'll be back often!

This was a pleasant surprise. I've driven past it several times & didn't know it was a cafe. We had breakfast & it was terrific. I had a special. Corn beef Benedict. My boyfriend had cinnamon raisin French toast. All their bread is homemade. You can even take a loaf to go. Great view of the lake across the street. I would deffinetly return.
