Chives is a new restaurant on Main Street in Damariscotta, Maine. It is an old house that has been converted into a restaurant. It is a pretty neat place. I was there a couple of days ago and I had one of the best lobster risottos that I have ever eaten. Very cheesy, very rich with lots of fresh lobster meat. I also mozzarella wrapped in bacon - outstanding. My grilled hearts of romaine salad was also quite good. Another strong offering in Damariscotta, Maine.
