The pizza arrived quickly, and it was hot. The order was done correctly, and the food was pretty good- not amazing, but it was good for delivery from a chain restaurant. The only complaint that I have is that the delivery man asked me for a larger tip, which I thought was rude. I was already charged $2.50 for the delivery fee, and then I gave him $3 on a $37 order. I understand that $5.50 is not a lot of money, but this isn't a sit down restaurant where I will give my server a %20 tip when he/she does a good job. I gave him a few bucks, but he insisted that I give him more money and then stood there staring awkwardly at me and my kids. I won't order from this location again because they don't train their delivery staff to be polite or courteous.

Late & not made per order. LONG hold or hung up on when called to inform. Phones make a loud "engine running" hum. Told I was wrong upon calling to complain. EXTREMELY rude young staff that claims to not know name or phone number of owner. Wouldn't let you speak upon complaint. DO NOT GO TO!! TRUSTME!! THE COST SAVINGS ISN'T WORTH IT!!

Ordered online, and they forgot our anchovies. We called to request they be delivered, and it took 53 minutes to get them. No apologies, no compensation, and no bonuses to make up for their error. Staff appeared to think this was routine. So disappointing, as we ordered from this place because they are the only ones where you can get these. Won't make that mistake again.

I do online ordering. My last three orders have been past the estimated delivery times and the pizzas have been cold. Perhaps I'm last on the delivery route.

We tried to order a chicken spinach Alfredo pizza online for $17.99. After having no success we picked up the tele and phoned in the order. Upon arrival (and after paying, my bad) we noticed there was no chicken on the pizza. We brought it to their attention and they were stuck on stupid. No attempt to offer any solutions. I hemmed and hawed back and forth about whether to take it or not. (I just finished a paramedic shift and was tired and hungry and still in uniform and wet from the rain). After a moment I said..."to hell with it. I'll take it. Just credit me for next time.". The girl took my name and number and I left. The next day I called to place another order using my "credit" and again they were stuck on stupid. First, they tried to say they had no documentation from the previous night. Then they said the girl I dealt with was due in any moment and that they needed to speak to her to get her side of the story. Then it was that they don't offer chicken spinach Alfredo pizza (when clearly they do as it's on the website). Needless to say the ordeal went on over two hours just out of principal to get my order. Whatever happened to "customer service"? I'll drive to VA before I ever pay them again. Thumbs down all the way. No stars.

Be careful, if you call them and complain, they will put you on the "do not answer list" this happened to me last night. If I could give this place zero stars I would! My pizza was delivered late and cold. Before it was delivered, I called in to check on it. I was told it was on its way and would arrive in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes passed and no pizza delivery car in sight I called back. I was told the driver took too many deliveries. He would arrive soon. Since u was still bothered by the situation I called back. When I tried to call back on my cell, Jennifer would not answer. I called from another cell, and was able to get through. Jennifer understood my dissatisfaction and comped the pizza. I know I am on the do not answer list because the following afternoon I called in and according to my phone, the call was not picked up until 5 minutes and 40 seconds had passed. I wanted to warn you and recommend you try a another location if you want some papa johns pizza to be delivered to you on a Friday night. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO CALL!

Pizza gets exponentially worse as it cools. Dominos is better. A better option than either is a sleeve of Ritz with cheez whiz

It's Papa John's. So what can I really say that is going to be earth shattering, overly useful, or the least bit novel? Well, I enjoy the company's pizza, and this store executes the company's master pizza plan very well. They run good specials and the delivery is always fast, friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Sometimes, and more often than past locations I've ordered from (including non-chain pizza places, both here and in other cities/states I've lived in), the pizza feels like it just came out of the oven. I've never had an order messed up by this location. And I've never had to wait forever for the food to arrive, even during what I would guess to be busy times. Overall, I'm glad this Papa John's is well run. I enjoy the pizza from PJ's, so to have a place get it right is nice. I've ordered from some really sad-sack Papa John's before!

Typical, quick pizza. We called in an order for pick-up and were happy to see everything hot and ready when we arrived. I've never been overly impressed with Papa John's quality, but it's solid and right in the same zone with places like Pizza Hut and a small step above Domino's. We did agree that the hot wings were pretty tasty.

Papa John's pizza is one of the best chain store pizza's around. They've got the great tomato sauce, good big toppings with delicious cheese covering it all. Pizza is still pizza... so you probably won't find a huge difference but one thing they do give here is garlic sauce; it goes well with the pizza and makes it a little extra unhealthy & salty... but that's what I like! The only fault this pizza chain has is that the side order is not as good as others. Pizza Hut has sick wing street and dominos has their bomb kickers

First of all, Papa John's charges you a $2.00 delivery fee for ordering online -- Which does NOT include tip. Second, the delivery guy showed up with no change on him, so he had to drive back to the restaurant, then back to my house just to get me my pizza, which all in all took an hour and 20 minutes. Not impressed.

I really think there is a lot of hype surrounding pizza in general. People will swear by a certain kind of pizza, but for my money, Papa John's is one of my favorites. I've eaten at supposedly legendary pizza places (Pepe's and Sally's in New Haven, CT) and I don't recall them being anything special. Normally I come in the store, put my order in, and wait. A large pizza with 2 toppings is like $11, perfect for two people.
